The care that the owner Mr. White, took with fixing the heating and cooling system in the time that he did, helped our family not having to take cold showers in the winter, or burn up in the summer. I have called on his company many times and he show the same service each time. Plus it doesn't hurt that his smile warms the room as well. His team is awesome, great leadership. My air conditioning went out on a Friday night. I called several HVAC companies the following Saturday and Matt at On Call Property Maintenance was the only one who told me he could come out on the same day to see what was going on. The fan motor ended up needing replaced on my ac unit and he came back on Sunday afternoon to install it. He quoted me a very good price especially considering he was doing all this during the weekend. I will definitely call Matt at On Call Property Management if I need help again. Thank you!

I can't say enough about these guys. I had an emergency clog in my kitchen sink that was causing water to overflow- they came out an hour after I called, after 5:00 on a Thursday. So polite and very honest about what was going on- they had my sink draining in about an hour.

This situation has been really stressful, as I was afraid to leave home with a substantial amount of water coming out of my drain regularly. These guys fixed that in a matter of hours, and I couldn't be more grateful.

He and his colleague were very thorough in their approach and provided excellent service, resolving my issue. It was a good experience and I will definitely use them again.

Tim and his crew were professional, honest and priced fairly. We used him to convert our septic system to sewer.
