I have used That Plumbing several times. CJ is very good at his job and he is very professional. CJ responses in a very timely manner.

I just want to give a big thanks to Gary at Delta Plumbing and also the service rep. This is a great plumbing company. Everything on my water heater was serviced properly and done professional. Thankyou and I will definitely call Delta plumbing if i need future service.

Worst company ever. Their bulldozer did severe damage to my driveway in 2 spots(drove the length of driveway), you could see the tractor marks. Manager said for any concrete company I found that confirmed his tractor did the damage he would find someone that would dispute that. The tire treads from tractor and the pic of bulldozer where the damage is should be proof enough to fix. I would never recommend this company.

Jarrod and Ronnie were awesome. They made a very stressful situation painless, were very patient through all of our questions, provided great advice and education on the unit they installed. Came on time and meticulously cleaned up the work area. My husband and I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and especially these guys.

This is basically my go-to plumber now. I've been in my home for about 10 years and had my first plumbing issue in the form of a leaking toilet tank. Reggie the Plumber came up in the top of my searches and nearly every post on Nextdoor mentioned Reggie the Plumber. I noticed the issue over the weekend and called on Monday and was a bit concerned they couldn't send anyone out until Thursday, but it was fine. (I'm not sure if the time frame varies depending on how significant the issue.) I took it as a sign that maybe they had high demand because service was so good. Nothing was flooding and it was a slow drip so I put a bucket under the drip. They came out on Thursday morning and probably from start to finish took the plumber about 30-45 minutes to identify the problem, replace all the parts in the toilet tank, and be on his way.
I really appreciate the prompt, no fuss service and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I originally had Estes come and repair a problem with my thermostat. They did excellent work and mentioned they offer a protection plan for major systems like HVAC, plumbing and electrical. I immediately purchased coverage for all three systems. So far they’ve worked on HVAC and plumbing and I’ve been very pleased. They’ve explained what the problem is and the solution prior to performing work. Very clear, to point. Very good work.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Initially this company seemed to be prompt and truly customer focused. He completed the work quickly and reassured me that he guaranteed his work. A few months later, when my sink that he installed began to leak he kept saying that he would come and address the leak. After 3 no-shows and 3 weeks of not having use of the sink, I was forced to call another plumber to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this company.
