His crew of three pretty awesome guys him Mason and Hunter are pretty much the A-Team in the plumbing and septic business! They are very Thorough and detailed with everything they do. Excellent service, price, and fast response. I appreciate that Saturday is a business day for them because I'm too busy during the week and I don't want to pay the emergency rate. I called them Saturday morning and Harold came by just 3 hours later to fix my garbage disposal. He was very friendly and professional and he was able to unclog the disposal and get it working perfectly again, which saved me hundreds from having to buy a new disposal. The price was excellent at $89. I will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs. Thanks!

Good team! Service was great and everyone was prompt and responsive. However based on your problem Roto-Rooter sends specific people to help with certain issues. I think thats a good thing because they're sending out individuals with those specific expertise. However the confusion comes in, is when you have 3 different men with different stories that doesn't quite align or corresponds to what the last person says. And you don't want to fix something that is or is not a problem according to a different outlook. Long story short do your research to help fill in the gaps for peace of mind.

Reggie came recommended from a customer so we assumed he would be reliable . He seemed very pleasant . We met and I was told he would provide a quote Monday. He knew I was in a bind in regards to needing a plumber. Monday came . Nothing . I sent him a couple of texts . Nothing . At that point I assumed he was closed in honor of MLK because why would an owner of a company ignore a potential customer? Tuesday I called the office after 10 AM to see about the quote. Reggie ‘s son apologized for his father not responding to me. He assured me that he would be calling. Close to 4 PM in the evening I called back and his son was apologetic again not understanding why his father hadn’t called me. He then shared that his father had a funeral to on Wednesday which I was aware of already and apparently Reggie (sr?)verbalize that he wasn’t certain whether or not he could actually do the job to his son .Not to me the potential customer but his son. I repeated myself multiple times saying that is fine just to please let me know one way or the other if he could do the job anytime during the week that I was in a severe bind. And that it was OK if he could not but just to please let me know. His son apologized again and said that he would let me know personally today. He did not . As a small business owner I want to always support other small business owners however when it comes to such lack of respect shown as Reggie the plumber did to us I would not recommend this company to anyone. We went with Zurn plumbing . They communicated well and showed respect for the customer .

Everything you would want from a good plumbing service. They communicate well, show up on time, and do a fantastic job. They've replaced my water heater, and also went above and beyond to contact all their suppliers to find a part for my old toilet. A+. Will continue to use them for all plumbing work.

Quick response to fix an outdoor plumbing issue. Tim Robinson knows his stuff and spends the extra time to do things right. Polite, friendly and professional.

Hector has been helping us since yesterday with a sewer/water line issue. He was out here until 11pm in order to make sure we got running water for the night. He's been extremely helpful and professional and we appreciate all he's done in trying to solve this issue!

My configurations had gotten changed and I called Estes to see if they had an appointment. The guy that came out was real thorough and he took care of my issue in timely fashion. Would definitely use them again.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.
