The PlumbPros team came to my house on a Sunday after a water backup issue had us scratching our heads. Our technician helped us identify the problem, fix the problem, and get it done for less than we thought it would cost at the outset. He helped put my mind at ease and walked me through the entire process until it was fixed.

I had to replace a valve in my toilet. I paid $400+ but was in a bind and had no choice. I felt like it was a little pricey for the labor as the part was only $30. Probably won’t be a returning customer.

Tyler and David arrived early this morning and after a quick introduction to my home they got to it. They installed a new, complete HVAC system in my home during a heatwave in June! The guys were proffesional and communicative throughout the install. They did great work and finished more quickly Than I anticipated. They left all spaces they worked in clean and cooling rapidly. Thanks for your hard work.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

My wife and I have used Chen Plumbing since the mid-1990s, when it was a sole proprietorship owned by the elder Mr. Chen. Mr. Chen was recommended to us by my mother, who began using Mr. Chen sometime in the 1980s. From the mid-1990s through the last time we used Chen Plumbing three days ago to install a new toilet and prepare the basement copper plumbing for installation of a new dishwasher, Chen Plumbing has always been prompt, professional, and reasonably-priced for the quality of the service. We've recommended them to friends and neighbors for almost thirty years.

I spoke with some one set up my appointment and never heard back from anyone from this company again! I called 20x looking for the service technician once I seen my appointment window had expired but no one answered and the next business day I have still yet to hear from them even tho I’ve went with a more replicable company and received service they don’t know that! DONT DEAL WITH THEM KEEP SEARCHING ON GOOGLE PLEASEEEEEE

As with prior reviews, this plumber has no-show issues. I set up the appointment about 3 days in advance; here's how the day went:

7:00 AM appointment ->
Said he had a dentist appointment, moved to 12:00 PM ->
12:30 PM said traffic is terrible on 75, he'll get there as soon as possible ->
1:30 PM said traffic is terrible on 75, he'll get there in 45 minutes (yes, he repeated it) ->
2:30 PM he said something came up and that he'd have to cancel

I told him Don't worry about it., called up another plumber, who got there at 5:15 and finished in 20 minutes. I'm sure he does a great job but he's a small shop, so if he mentions anything about being busy, look elsewhere.
