Robert & JJ provided excellent service today. Unfortunately we needed a new hot water heater but they made the process as painless as possible. They quoted us a better price than other plumbers we reached out to so that’s what made us choose them. I didn’t feel like they were “getting over on me” because I’m a woman. IYKYK. They were affordable, professional & cleaned up after the job was complete. Thanks Delta Plumbing!*****Update******Two days after Robert & JJ installed our new unit, my husband & I smelt gas. I called & Jerry came out within the hour to install a new line. He said it was a small leak & my husband had a good nose. We haven't had a problem since. Thanks guys!

I have referred Mr. White to many family and friends in the Metro Atlanta area and everyone, including myself, has only used Priority Plumbing for years. They are always on time, honest, clean, polite, professional, and reasonably priced! Keep up the great work!

This company is amazing! Incredibly fast response. Honest, reliable, hardworking plumber Richard saved our home from further damage. We will never use another company! In the midst of a rash of burst pipes, they came out quick and solved our issue. Prices are fair.

My technician Ryan was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable.The review is for the company. Their prices are egregious. I live in a condo. I had a shower pipe leak that needed to be seal. The tech moved the washer and dryer with the help of the maintenance guys and he also had to make hole in the drywall to access the pipes. I was charged 1,200, very pricey. But I understand it was a process and labor accessing the pipes so I didnt mind the price. However, in the morning I realized I didn’t have any hot water so I called the company thinking it was something the technician had done. The next day the same technician comes and states that his work didn’t have anything do to with the hot water. Long story short, my hot water had been turned off by the maintenance guys and just needed to be switched back on. Well roto rooter tried to charge me $180 for literally turning ON the hot water switch. I was very “lucky” they only charged me $150. I understand it was my fault for not checking and that it cost gas to come to my place, but their prices are insane. I will never do business with this company ever again. Their prices are astronomical. Do yourself a favor and take your business else where.

We chose this company because of the high Google rating. I wouldn't believe most of the reviews after the awful experience we had, it seems most were rated highly by people who only have posted one single review, and it happens to be for this plumbing company. Use your own judgment.I’ve read in other reviews that technicians make 50% of what they charge for services.. this is why we and several others have been ripped off.We had this company come out to look at our shower because it wasn't getting hot enough. The plumber came out and didn't fully explain what the issue was (an anti-scald guard was in place, which required him to unscrew the faucet, and remove a plastic ring, then re-screw the faucet back on). He was there for 15 minutes and charged us $325. We called another company to get a quote afterwards- they said they didn't even consider it a plumbing issue, more of a handyman or DIY job.Atlantis did offer to take $100 off this service, but in no way did the service warrant that cost. When I called to explain this to John, he immediately talked about his own issues and costs as a company- there's no money in your $225. Do you know how much it takes to get the truck out?At this point in our phone conversation, he had the audacity to claim I was having a problem with my marriage and not with this company. How is that appropriate to speak about as a business?I'm fully aware that services cost money, but having paid that money (even if it's minuscule to him) I should be treated with respect.He talked over me, interrupted me, was extremely rude and in no way was the model for customer service. I'm astounded that this company is in business. Unless you have an expensive issue, assume you won't be treated kindly.And as far as the comments he made about my marriage- I'm incredibly insulted that he felt that was okay, and disappointed that this man who treats people like this is still employed.*** EDIT- the fact that you, Michael, the owner of Atlantis agree with and condone this kind of speech to customers by your employees says a lot about the values of this company. It’s reprehensible. It’s not about money, it’s about your morals and respect. It’s clear now you don’t understand that.Also- As someone who solely relies on reviews and word of mouth in choosing services, my conscience requires me to share what I experienced. It was truly the worst customer service I’ve had.

Troy did a great job repairing our leak in the bathroom. He was fast and efficient and on time. Will definitely use him again

Fray and Ruben were excellent on the heater install. They were courteous, kept us informed and worked through some hinderances of space to get the new unit, filter, drain and other tools up and running. They taught us how to work the new thermostat and answered any questions we had. Great job!

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

I called WMF to help me in cleaning some water damage and mold that I had at my home. They came and did what they said they would do! They even restored my bathroom and it looks fantastic! WMF has a great team!

I spoke with some one set up my appointment and never heard back from anyone from this company again! I called 20x looking for the service technician once I seen my appointment window had expired but no one answered and the next business day I have still yet to hear from them even tho I’ve went with a more replicable company and received service they don’t know that! DONT DEAL WITH THEM KEEP SEARCHING ON GOOGLE PLEASEEEEEE

We had a major repair recently at our older house, and Davis Plumbing was fantastic. Melvin was professional, on-time, and did a great job. From now on, we'll always call him first, and we feel lucky to have found someone who we can trust, who is reasonably priced, and who we know will take the time and effort to do a great job.

He (no exaggeration) saved us thousands of dollars, and we have higher confidence in his work than from the other companies with much higher bids. Hopefully no other major systems have issues in the future, but for big or small jobs, we're glad to know Melvin's phone number!
