My experience with this company was exceptional from the start. Professional, knowledgeable and certified plumbers ready to serve and address my needs. They gave me options as to the best routes to take for my repairs and completed the job in a timely fashion. When you’ve got plumbing issues, you need someone quick. They exceeded my expectations and the staff were very courteous.

Terrible all-round experience. Literally any other plumber in Atlanta will be better service and value. Missed two scheduled night time appointments, after calling over and over to tell me that their repairmen were just running late. Not much point in having 24-hour service if it takes three days to show up after saying they could be out the same evening... Then, they showed up early in the morning, completely without notice, to the surprise of my tenants and myself.When I finally got a quote, it was for over $850 for replacement of a garbage disposal (labor only)--that's an hour job tops for a pro, probably less. Simply insane pricing--I easily found another plumber for much, much less. When I refused the service, the repairman started dropping prices, which seems slightly unethical, and then when I continued to politely refuse, he berated me saying Well why did you call!? Never will I use Roto-Rooter, they are the worst example of corporate largess where service is poor and prices are overinflated just due to their name recognition. Literally anyone else will be cheaper and more professional based on this low, low bar.

Ben was great the only issue very expensive. 425 to fix a pvc pipe. Because it was christmas day and everything closed no water ..had to do it unfortunately.

No hot water on a Sunday morning. I called at 11:15 am and David S. was here at 12:00 pm. He replaced the heating element and got it up and running. He didn’t try to oversell me on a whole new hot water heater, just assessed the problem and fixed it. Highly recommend and will use again.

Hendrix visited my home to check out all of the electrical components. He did a full inspection from top to bottom. He even checked the outside outlets. He made recommendations to ensure that I was getting the most out of my system. I recommend adding on the additional services.
