I called based upon previous reviews and the fact that the company was 24/7. I had an issues with my water heater he stated that he would be there by 11 am and was early. Diagnosed the issue (fried water heater). Next day he helped select new heater and installed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use his services again.

Delta Plumbing - and especially Brian Jackson - have definitely come through for me in 2017! I first called for a water heater replacement/upgrade, which Brian handled really well despite the challenge of fitting in tight quarters. I called for Brian again to replace/upgrade the original junction valve and fixtures for shower/tub combos in 2 bathrooms [one to fix a leak, the other to be preventative]. Prices for each job were estimated and explained in advance, and were certainly reasonable. But most importantly, Brian was great to deal with and did a terrific all around job taking care of things!

Scott at Plumbpros came to figure out where a sewage smell was leaking into our bathroom. Of course, the smell was not present when he was there, so he could not immediately determine the source. The only option seemed to be a smoke test that would have cost hundreds of dollars, would not guarantee that source would be found, and would not include the cost of fixing the problem. All hope seemed lost before Scott, using his super powers of investigation asked when the last time the master bath had been used. The answer was at least 2 years. Scott bet his mother's life that p-trap was dry and the smell was leaking in through there. We ran some water through the tube and the smell has not come back. We had a stopped up drain in our bathroom that I couldn’t clear. The plumber from Atlantis was able to clear the drain of a blockage about 6 ft down. He also suggested preventative maintenance that will cut down on clogged drains in the future. The fee seemed reasonable. We were happy with the service.

This plumber ran off with $2250 of my money and was at my house for 2 full days. He only worked for about 3 hours during that 2 days and really left me in a pinch to get my plumbing job done. Thank god I was able to find Rescue Rooter to come do the job that he was supposed to do for the exact same price. They were done in 2 days. None of his helpers have a clue how to do plumbing. They all stood around not working and telling stories of their past the whole time they were at my house. Like my house was a local hangout or bar. His main focus is his personal life the whole time he is on the job. His girl friend or ex wife will not let him see his kids and he is constantly texting her while he is on the job. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER HE IS WORTHLESS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! He said we would work things out and now he won't answer my phone calls or text messages. I'm about to file theft claims against him with the City of Kennesaw, Cobb County, as well as local code enforcement.
