I recommend Priority Plumbing. They were on time, worked quickly, fixed my outside water faucet, replaced the toilet water line and replaced my kitchen sink faucet. They only asked me to pick out the faucet for the kitchen sink, then they worked quickly to do the rest. Price was good. Both gentleman were very polite and asked all the right questions.

You can't beat it.

3 hours of work cost $500. Very polite, but that seems excessive. Won't use again.

We had a leak last night from our attic and called this company to see how much it would cost to have someone look at the problem and provide an estimate. We were told on the phone that it wouldn’t cost us anything (which is in line with their website), so we had a technician come out. The technician was in our house less than 3 minutes and told us that it was the HVAC leaking and that their company doesn’t service HVACs. As he’s leaving, he asked us to pay $200 for a service fee so that his “rating doesn’t go down.” I explained that he didn’t’ service anything (didn’t even get off the attic ladder) and the estimate was supposed to be free, so no… I will not be paying that money.I called the next day to make sure this technician was not trying to scam us, and indeed he was not. This company considers a free estimate as someone coming to your home and not looking at anything. I’m assuming you can do this over the phone? If they even glance at the leak, they charge you a diagnostic fee. Complete false advertisement and I don’t deal with companies who are not upfront in their charges.We went with Ragsdale, who did a wonderful and professional job. Please be wary in dealing with this company and their hidden charges (that they boastfully advertise to not have).

Everything you would want from a good plumbing service. They communicate well, show up on time, and do a fantastic job. They've replaced my water heater, and also went above and beyond to contact all their suppliers to find a part for my old toilet. A+. Will continue to use them for all plumbing work.

I had some serious A/C problems. Unit kept blowing fuses and A/C would shut down. Several repair guys came out (different HVAC companies), but could not fix the system. Estes (I have a service agreement with them) finally sent me Erick H. and he did an excellent repair job that no one else could figure out. It's been working for a week now and it's been HOT as Hell. Thanks to Erick we're enjoying the comfort of our home again. He's a fine young man, very respectful, with a nice personality and very knowledgeable about his work. Thanks again to Erick. I really thought this was a good company. They came out and diagnosed a problem I had with my sewer around April of this year. The 24 hour availability is I was most impressed with, however my disabled neighbor had a plumbing issue so I recommended Sharpe's. They NEVER showed up. They gave him a 7pm appointment 5 hours after 7 we could NOT reach anyone by phone. To this day they NEVER called to explain what happened. Reliable is not their business practice.
