Elijah was our service technician yesterday and he did a fantastic job from start to finish. Elijah made several suggestions and recommendations before beginning the job of replacing our water heater and then fully explained the new unit and it's workings to me after completing the install.I would highly recommend Roto Rooter and especially Elijah.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

I was really worried about the water damage at my place, so I searched on internet for someone to clear this mess and I came across this company and called them instantly for help. Tim has done various plumbing work for me over the last two decades providing excellent service. My house is old so over the years have needed various services. The most recent service was on December 14, 2022 when services were needed for the bathroom and kitchen sinks. As always, Tim did an excellent job and was very responsive when contacted. He scheduled a service within 24 hours of being contacted. I strongly recommend Tim.

This plumber ran off with $2250 of my money and was at my house for 2 full days. He only worked for about 3 hours during that 2 days and really left me in a pinch to get my plumbing job done. Thank god I was able to find Rescue Rooter to come do the job that he was supposed to do for the exact same price. They were done in 2 days. None of his helpers have a clue how to do plumbing. They all stood around not working and telling stories of their past the whole time they were at my house. Like my house was a local hangout or bar. His main focus is his personal life the whole time he is on the job. His girl friend or ex wife will not let him see his kids and he is constantly texting her while he is on the job. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER HE IS WORTHLESS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! He said we would work things out and now he won't answer my phone calls or text messages. I'm about to file theft claims against him with the City of Kennesaw, Cobb County, as well as local code enforcement.

I had called for service at my business and was very happy with their service and price. Very professional and they know what they are doing. For any plumbing work they will be my 1st option.
