Elijah was a great tech. He was prompt, helpful, personable, quick, able and answered all our questions. We are so thankful to him and roto-rooter for servicing us the same day. Took only about 2 hours to get things fixed. Would highly recommend.

We had a water leak on a Friday night. No water and a holiday weekend upcoming. ROBERT CAMP of Atlantis Plumbing came out at 8pm and spent the next two hours getting very dirty and fixing our problem. Fantastic job in difficult conditions. Worth every penny. Great job!! Amazing experience with Zippy! Noticed a leak at our water main on Saturday afternoon, Robert came out the next day and was even an hour Ahead of schedule! He was totally professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He checked out the leak and spent some time looking at a few other potential issues around the house, but figured out that everything was actually ok and the water main is a city problem, not from our line. So he didn't even charge us for the visit! Feel very lucky to have found such a kind, honest plumber who actually knows his stuff. Zippy will be my go-to plumbers from now on!!!

Company excellent Jiang however plumber,Thomas never checkedmitor. We reported smell of gas when motor started up. He checked for leaks BUT never put motor on. After he left the red light was on requiring iesbtomcall back for electrician . Max came and was outstanding!!

I had a new sump pump installed, complete cleaning of debris (grease!) tenant poured down drains that clogged the entire container and fried the pump!). They kept me in the loop as they found things during repairs and all the way to the end. Much appreciated by a landlord who can't be on-site while the repairs are done.
