Was very please with the free inspection for pipe damage at my home. Delta was responsive and sent a true pro in Nordia!! I would gladly call this company again and would even request Nordia personally because of her knowledge and professionalism

The introduction of plumber before his arrival was unique. If included a photo and a little family history, marital status, information about his kids and hobbies. I have never seen anything like it. I felt like I knew him before he arrive. The introduction was well crafted and disarming. There was no reason to be suspicious of the plumber on an emergency call. While he did not repair my tankless water heater he did suggest a no cost work around. He stopped the leak and left. All in all he was at my house for less than a half hour with no trip charge. I am certain that this rarely happens. Most service companies will charge a trip fee. I could not have made the repair as quickly. When you need a plumber don't hesitate to try this group. They will show in their promised widow. They will give you an honest assessment and I believe a fair price.

July 3rd had family in from out of town. They smelled gas I called the gas company and my drying gas line was leaking. Gas company shut my gas off. I called Sharpe's Plumbing and they came out that day and fixed it. Thank You very much

Who does THAT anymore! I'd like to refer them but every time I mention M. Cary to my Decatur friends they already know about them!

Justin Surrey was extremely professional and punctual. He was thorough and knowledgeable and installed my beautiful new faucet in no time. I did not have the Water Filtration System so he came back the next day which was a Saturday and installed it. Justin was also a very pleasant young man and worked deligently with my schedule

Michael did a wonder job installing a new hot water heater. The hose broke on it and was flooding my garage and laundry room I called Michael and he was here in less than 1hour he went and got what was needed and came back to finish the job.He also helped and showed my husband where to turn the water off at. In less than 2 hours he had our water back on and the new heater put in. I would recommend him to anyone needing any plumbing work done.

Brendon is super professional and a great guy. You get what you pay for. He is super efficient so make sure to have a number of jobs lined up because he will knock them out quick (and correct the first time). Trustworthy too, I have no problem with him in the house while I’m away. We’ve used him for at least a year and referred him to multiple friends and family.

Ray was a Christmas Miracle this year as a pipe burst late on Christmas Eve and no one would even take a call. Ray generously walked me through how to turn off the main (as there were complexities involved).This not only saved my house from flooding but also limited water wastage.

They were super fast and gave me excellent advise on what to do :)

We had an eventful Christmas eve and our tub wouldn't drain the water from the tub and we called Zoom Drain and they immediately came to our rescue and were very detailed and explained everything that was going to occur before they actually worked on the tub. Will be using again if necessary!
