Jacob was nice and professional, the amount the community charged was basically the way companies takes advantage of people, to unplugg my drain which took at least 45 minutes, and charged $823.00 to run the cable down the toilet drain, very disappointing, will never use them agan

I had already left a review but couldn’t find it to update it so here is another one. Several hours after Ned had left my home I discovered he had done a poor job of cleaning up before reinstalling the toilet. I scrubbed my floor around the toilet but I will now need to remove the toilet again so I can be sure that the floor is properly cleaned so I can avoid damaging my hardwood floor. I would have expected him to properly clean the floor before reinstalling the toilet as well as ensuring the surrounding area was cleaned up.

Troy was great! We had a leak in our ceiling that he fixed. Very professional and did great work. We will use again!

David was on time, friendly, and did a great job! I needed a gas stub put in a new/old home I purchased for my oven, and he was very helpful. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home. They are my go-to plumber now, and I will request David every single time.

We recently used GTB for the first time to address leaking toilet. Another plumbing company had told us all 3 toilets in our home we leaking and needed to be replaced at around $700 each. At the recommendation of a friend, we called Jon for a second opinion. He came the next day and advised that the initial problem toilet did need to be replaced and only the supply line on the others should be replaced. He gave us advice on toilets and let us know we'd found a price for one that was better than he could get, so when all was said and done we saved hundreds of dollars. Jon was very easy to work with, timely, and did a great job. We highly recommend him and will definitely use him next time we need a plumber!

This is always my go to plumber for EVERYTHING! They cleanup after themselves and always make sure that the issue is fixed for they leave. If you want reasonable pricing and quality repair, this is who you need.

When our water heater broke down, I called Atlanta Plumbing and the person I talked to was able to explain to me what have happened and what I should do. A few minutes later, they were at my door and wasted no time in fixing the problem.

Mr. Phillips was sent to my home by the warranty company back in June for a kitchen faucet leak and a tub faucet leak. He stated that he fixed the kitchen leak but needed to return to fix the tub leak. He was requested by the warranty company to return. When I spoke with him about a time to come back put, he stated that I needed to be present. I was not present during the previous visit. When speaking to him the next day, he stated that he wanted to be sure to get the tech caller. I was not present during the first visit, but paid the fee by phone. When I reminded him of this, he became belligerent and very disrespectful to the point where I hung up on him because he became so irrate. I asked the warranty company not to ever send him to my home again.

Peach plumbing & Drain is absolutely amazing.
Speaking with the dispatcher tells you a lot about the company and their team. She was very positive and sent an amazing team out at my house as soon as possible. Jeff and his helper John worked very hard and diligently on my shower and left it as if there was never a problem. I recommend them to ANYONE who has any plumbing needs. 5 stars all the way!

I had three appointments scheduled with JR Plumbing and Backflow, but at none of these times did the plumber show up. The first time, they called during the appointment time to reschedule for the next morning. That would be fine, but the next morning they didn't come or call. After that second no show, I called to reschedule for the week afterwards. Again, a no show. Not recommended, and not reliable.

Douglas was an awesome plumber. He did everything perfectly and cleaned everything up.

They are dependable and honest. Super helpful. The front office ladies are so sweet. The plumbers are very respectable and try their best to explain to me what is going on lol. I will definitely be using them again 😊

Very accommodating with scheduling and very communicative on when the plumber would arrive. However, $350.00 for a bathroom pedestal sink install - just the drain - is obscene.
