I have used TAM for several years. They are professional and always take care to make sure the job is completed.

The professionals at Texas Plumbing Solutions, LLC were great! I hired them to fix several issues at our house. They came out at my convenience, were punctual, polite, and managed to safely fix all of our plumbing issues well within the time first estimated. It was a great experience. I highly recommend them!

I'd go elsewhere for a slab leak, these guys had a hard time locating what was a very audible leak...ended up tunneling about 20ft to the left when the leak was always about 6ft to the right. Of course they found some marginal things along the way, so it was all on my dime. Going in from the foundation vs through the floor seems like a good idea until you realize how crude the detection method is. The sub-floor reroutes reduced the hot water flow...still annoying a year later.

The Team was able to get me in ahead of schedule and were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and left the area completely cleaned. Steven and Logan explained the scope of the work and what they needed to do to fix the problem, as asked if there were any other issues that needed to be addressed while they were there. I actually have a home warranty that covers my plumbing needs, but prefer to use Legacy instead.

Due to recent extreme Texas weather, we had what we believed to be a burst or leaking pipe (wet drywall in master bath, combined with very low pressure in nearby shower heads). Two people recommended Ingram Plumbing Services, so we reached out. Not only were they quick to respond to our inquiry, they gave us good advice about waiting until things were thawed to make sure we caught all issues. No other company recommended this, and it seems like common sense when you think about it.

Anyways, our tech, Joshua, came out and spent 2.5-3 hours looking for and confirming we have no leak. He checked crawl spaces, pressure, looked at every area of the house and found no evidence of a leaking pipe (other than the wet drywall). To make absolutely sure I didn't think he was taking me for a ride, Joshua took me out to the meter at the street and we waited for the analog gauge to move... It didn't at all. No evidence of a leak. So to investigate further, he climbed up on our fence to take a look at our roof line near the master shower and we noticed a vent where snow could fall in if it piled up. Sure enough, we confirmed the insulation below this vent was wet. But we solved this without cutting into the drywall (which we appreciated!).

Roofing isn't plumbing, so he never overstepped and only suggested we consider having someone look into solutions for it, which I appreciated. Throughout this whole tour of the house and plumbing, Joshua made sure I was familiar with other areas including how to turn water off at the street (I only knew of our master shut off in the garage), certain things to watch out for with our outdoor vacuum breakers, and even issues he'd seen with our Moen faucets. Ingram was already a cheaper than expected, and the money we did spend was well worth all the lessons we learned.

Will definitely use again.

I had some plumbing issues at my house that needed professional help so I called and spoke to John (I think) he quoted what it would cost to fix the issue, and I was relived because I thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg, but ended up being very reasonable.
