James was referred by a customer of his and now will be my forever plumber. He saved us hundreds over what the other guys were charging. He is professional and considerate of your home. He kept his appointment time and left no mess behind. He was honest and done what needed to be done, with out trying to charge for something that wasn't necessary. A real company that I can trust for all my plumbing needs. He is listed in my contacts now...for future plumbing issues.

Had a great experience with the guys at Proficient Plumbing. My water main valve had corroded and I wanted to get it fixed before I had a leak that I couldn’t shut off. They came out quick, gave me a fair quote, and got to work right then and there. Can’t say I know much about plumbing but the photos speak for themselves. They’re my go-to plumbers from now on!

I rarely do reviews at all. But Considering how this company saved my Family today I felt the need to do as such. I called, and im not exaggerating, over 20 companies on my Friday Morning when I Noticed my AC was out and blowing Hot air. I got blown over by every one of them telling me they can get to me maybe on Monday. Its 109 Degrees outside and you want me to wait for the weekend? On and On it went, until we Came across Duncan and they Said they would take care of us. I Kid you not 10 Minutes later they called me letting me know a tech had finished early and was on his Way. Very professional shows up and takes care of business. I got my AC back on Cooling down the house within 10 minutes of that. I could not recommend this Company more then I do. They will be getting all of my business that I can possibly give them. Don't waste your time with other Companies. They obviously didn't want my Business. Proflow plumbing always bail me out of sewer problems.

Very prompt and courteous service--Technician arrived in 30-40 minutes after my calling. Had my AC going in no time (20 minutes) as he actually lived nearby. Replaced the Capacitor and was on his way after paying with my Visa CC. This was about 5:30 PM on a very hot summer day.

Very good experience Done right the 1st time

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! We had them come and change out the pipes from galvanized pipe to pex lines. One part came loose, I called the first time and they came out and took care of it but instead of fixing it right they put it back the same way it was, so it came loose again I called and told them it came loose again but they came to fix it right they ignored my phone calls. I had to have another company come out and fix it and I have not had any more problems since. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 😡
