TAM Sewer & Drain Cleaning Service - Plumber Garland TX

Only plumbing company I will use and if you are in the Garland area I highly recommend them. Kent was very knowledgeable, came prepared to meet our urgent need (plumbing backing up) and was persistent in resolving the problem. For all he did he was very reasonable. I had called several big name companies and they were only interested in making money not my situation. I am very grateful to this family owned local company and it’s integrity. They have gained my trust and business.

Fast friendly and did a great job

I've used T.A.M. Plumbing for around 3 years now and as long as they are in business (hope forever) they are the only plumbing company I'll ever use. I live in a home built in 1974 in the Carrollton suburb. These older homes come with ALL types of plumbing issues. T.A.M. has tackled each and everyone of them as they've arisen.
Their work is excellent, prices are fair, employees are all very knowledgeable and they just don't mess around. Mentioning employees, the newest has been with the company 12 years. That speaks volumes!
I really hope the next time you have a plumbing issue or problem you'll contact this company. You will be treated with respect and get all the answers you need!

I appreciate the work that was done for my particular situation. The previous plumbers that I called came out once and never returned. Tams employees, father and son were right on it. I recommend this company whole heartedly.

he was very nice, professional and friendly. He fixed the drain clog and charged me a fair amount. I definitely recommend him for any plumbing issues. Great service!

TAM Plumbing came out to clear out a double sink in the upstairs bathroom. It got it cleared out in a matter of minutes with their snake. They cleaned up the area afterwords. Very Professional and courteous. I would recomend over any of the large box Plumbers that over charge for anything they do. Good People!

TAM has come out a couple times to unclog my shower and bathrooms. They have always been speedy, efficient and extremely nice and well priced. I use them for everything! Highly recommend!

We had a faucet break on the outside of our house at 5pm and was leaking a lot of water that we had to shut off the water to the house. I called TAM and they were out before 7. They fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very fair pricing, extremely nice and knowledgeable. Most definitely using them again, already have jobs lined up for them.

If I could give 0 stars this company would be well deserving. Poor communication and unprofessional. We did not go with this company since they were unable to provide a service they supposedly provided. I would not waste your time. We went with a different company that was quick, professional, and had the issue fixed the same day. Good luck

I am perplexed. First experience was good if a bit odd. I was told they would come out the next day for a drain problem and would call one hour before coming. However no time frame given. Around 1pm I called to see about what time to expect them. The man who answered said he'd cleaned his truck out and had lost all the phone numbers from the day before. I think this was an odd excuse. If I had not called again, no one would have come. He did send someone that afternoon. The plumber who came was great. I was very pleased. I wrote off the dog ate my homework kind of excuse as just someone having a bad day. Or maybe he did really throw away all of his phone messages? A couple of weeks later I called to have an outside faucet replaced. The man who answered -- I think it was same man I talked to on phone the first time I used them --- said he was in his truck and he would call me back. He never called me back. Thus the low rating. Good work was done but too hard to try to get them to do the work. I called another company.

Responded in a timely fashion, fixed the kitchen sink drain issue to our satisfaction. Good job. Personally felt that they are a little pricey but am not sure in this post Covid onflation era what one can expect.

I highly recommend TAM plumbing. A top quality service and a very reasonable rate. They are my GOTO for all my plumbing needs.

I just used T.A.M. this evening for a main line clog that I could not get cleared on my own. They even came late in the evening after I advised they could come in the morning. That alone deserves a 5 star rating in my opinion. Excellent service, wonderful communication and extremely friendly technician. I am very impressed with this company and will recommend them to anyone in need of service. It is nice to see a company with good values.

They don’t show up when you call like they say they will. No call to even mention that they won’t be able to make it out. Even when you live in the same neighborhood.

Called them when local plumbing company was not able to deal with a grease clog in a kitchen sink drain pipe. They came on Friday evening and worked the problem until it was fixed. Charged less than the initial quote from the first plumber. Highly recommended.

The guy came to my house and ran the snake in in the clean out for about 2 minutes then my toilets started flushing again so he packed up said everything is good now just don’t flush anything other than thin toilet paper and you won’t have any issues, charged me $209 for that and left.
The very next morning my toilets stopped flushing again but luckily I had ordered a snake and it was gonna be delivered that morning, I ran it my self again in the clean out and I got so much more wipes and other stuff that should’ve been already cleaned out.
We just moved into the house and we had no idea how packed up the drains were and we’ve been very careful with it.
I’m not sure if he intentionally barely opened it so it would backup again and I would have to call him again and pay him another $209 to get it the rest of it or he just simply doesn’t care. Either way lesson learned.
Stay away and don’t waste your money.

These guys did a fabulous job at my house unclogging a drain. This was no ordinary “too many potato peels” clog either! It was in the major kitchen drain pipe and years of grease from the previous owner. It was a fight but he got it done! The plumber was a nice guy. The price was fair. We’ll recommend them to others!
