Jose did a great job. He unfortunately showed 40 minutes after window of time promised. That being said he did a complete and thorough job on our system. He had to go get unexpected parts to install. Total time on our call was 11:40 to a little past 5pm. At the end all questions were answered and system was working properly.Kudos are deserved.

Had Milestone and specifically Conner, come and research poor water pressure that I thought was due to the very cold temps this last week. They found no leaks and did find heavy buildup in my water lines and small tank. They figured it out and resolved our low water pressure issues. On a complimentary service check this Man completely sweated out a t-shirt checking the units in my attic as well as cleaning and servicing the outside units. He even called my AC Unit manufacturer to check if we had a warranty on our unit to possibly save us money. Thank you Milestone for the complimentary service and special thanks to Jose Argueta. They needed to come out to get the water heater centered on the pan correctly,? Was positioned such that the back of the water heater was over the edge of the pan, had it started leaking on that side, then water would not have went into the pan. This was corrected. The guys did a good job.Put them in for a pay raise !

Jerry and his partner did a fantastic job on stopping the leak of my electric toilet and also of installing the pressure reducing valve (PRV). My water pressure in the house was 90 lbs, so with the PRV, it's now below 80, as it should be, and will make it less likely that my water heater tank will burst from excess pressure buildup and flood the home. Annual Electrical Safety Check:Would 100% recommend Shawn Bullard and Neil Miles!!!They both came yesterday to do my annual electrical safety check. You will get text alert and photo of the service technician before they arrive. They both wore the shoe cover to be respectful of the home cleanliness.They both were professional and very delightful to work with. Shawn presented a thorough summary of the safety check and recommended giving me hand written options to update some of the electrical units or system with no pressure. They resolved a loose switch in my kids bathroom and replaced bulbs in my garage.I am thankful to have bought the Milestone Advantage Plan protection just last week, to have peace of mind to have protection with any of the listed services for Electrical work, plumbing work, or HVAC work or any installations as listed under their services.I recommend highly and will definitely ask for Shawn Bullard and Neil Miles when I have work in my home!!! Came for scheduled annual heat inspection. Cleaned the outside compressor but couldn't continue with inspection because for some reason my unit doesn't have auto heating strips. Paul was reluctant to do a heat test because it's too warm to not risk damaging something.The recommendation is let outside Temps drop comfortably below 65 and have Milestone back out. That might be a hassle for them or me but it's a great focus on doing it right for the customer, which is what I appreciate about Milestone as a whole.

Chris is an ace. His installation team, George and Chase, were like ninjas--they were quiet and left no trace of their presence. We had received two new toilets through the city of Dallas low flow toilet replacement program and needed them to be installed. Chris estimated the job mid morning and both toilets were replaced by mid afternoon. I will be honest. It wasn't cheap. But these guys are not contractor cowboys (all hat and no cattle), and we had talked to a bunch of those types of folks prior to calling Milestone. My friend who recommended mile stone said they're spendy, but you get what you pay for. They included brand new valve lines with quarter turn shut offs and they asked whether they should caulk around the bases of the toilets or not, and if so, what color caulking we preferred. They took away the old toilets and all of the packaging from the new ones. We didn't have to do anything except be thrilled that we have two new toilets that actually flush.

I’m a contractor, I know the game enough, you came to my house to quote me $4,000 for a service that requires a $400 switch panel & a few hours of labor (3-4 tops). You missed the window and I waited around the house for you. We could have both saved the time on the phone, as I asked for a ballpark from your phone reps. I understand you have your procedures, but suckering people into $99 quote trip fees is outrageous. Glad I insisted on waiving the fee before you came out, I was right to have my suspicions.People … don’t ever pay for a quote, and know that Milestone seemingly charges 3X the market average.

I can't say enough good things about Salvador and his team. I had all my ducts & vents cleaned and sanitized as well as a new UV light installed in the A/C system. He was on time, carried out the work professionally, quietly (as possible) & with minimal interruptions to me, and kept me informed throughout the process as needed. Chris Rivera came on time and displayed true professionalism in workmanship and recommendations. Emily really persevered when troubleshooting the problem with my outside outlets--No power was going to any of them, causing our newly-installed Christmas lights to not work. Emily very quickly deduced that the problem is with a GFCI outlet somewhere in the house, but finding the culprit was another story. She and a colleague combed my house up and down for almost three hours. I thought she would have given up a long time ago. Thanks to Emily's perseverance and encouragement from a supervisor, she finally found the problem outlet!

We needed a bidet installed and a GFCI outlet to power the control panel for the bidet, this required an electrician (Noah) and a plumber (Brandon) with a plumbers helper (Travis). These gentlemen are assets to Milestone and never wasted a moment performing installation tasks like a well-oiled machine.Noah and I discussed all the available options for the outlet installation and we decided to install a new breaker in the electric panel and run the wire over to the bidet location to install the GFCI outlet. Noah explained the differences between the green, blue, and regular breakers and the applications of those breakers and we chose a regular breaker with a GFCI outlet, which translates to a reset at the outlet if the circuit trips rather than a trek to the electric panel to reset the circuit. I found this information rather valuable and very much appreciate the time Noah spent time making certain I understood the work he was about to perform and asked permission to proceed before an opening was made when it would save time and money to do so. Noah recommended the Advantage Program which saved us a great deal of money on both installs. Thank You, Noah!Brandon and Travis started installing the bidet as Noah was working on installing the new run. Brandon thoroughly checked the plumbing connections for integrity and performed a service run on the various functions of the bidet. When Brandon was satisfied there were no water leaks from the installation, he demonstrated EVERY option on the bidet and saved the levels of heat, water pressure, and additional comfort settings as he cycled EVERY function on the bidet. I realize these gentlemen enjoy their work, and it's outstanding to see their enthusiasm while the job is in progress and their professionalism after completing the work. We will use Milestone for many more projects soon, and you have made a customer for life.The precious person the bidet is for is starting chemotherapy and radiation treatments today. I believe comforts like this bidet can make stressful days more tolerable. I asked if the work was worth the expense, and the response I received was a hug with a whisper: Thank You for thinking of me.Thank You for taking care of US.

Pricing was pretty expensive but I needed to fix the issue because the circuit breaker was tripping way too frequently. $600 for a quick fix seems steep. I had smoke pouring out of one of our outlets. I was hesitant in calling Milestone, but after looking at their reviews, I decided to give them a call and that's where my experience began. The scheduler, Rebecca, listened attentively as I explained that I had a toilet leak in my upstairs guest bedroom which leaked into the kitchen below. She assured me that a technician would be out at 8am and would take assess my situation and take good care of me. Sure enough, Rick showed up at 8 am and, as promised, took good care of me. After showing him the problem, he took his time to look over everything to determine what course of action to take and then proceeded to thoroughly explain what needed to be done and knew exactly how to resolve and fix the problem. His extensive knowledge of plumbing issues and experience put me at ease and I felt very comfortable with the service Milestone was providing. I have to give kudos to Brian and Jon who repaired the leaks and they took as much care with their repair as Rick did assessing the issue. They checked and double checked their work and made sure I was satisfied with the repair and left my bathroom looking clean. I highly recommend Milestone and even signed up for their Milestone Advantage Plan, so all I can say is that if you are in need of any plumbing repairs, do not hesitate to give them a call and you will be glad you did! I truly appreciate it when repairmen take the time to explain the issue and offer a solution that will not only fix the issue but also make it better for the future. Michael came just to make sure my system was ready for the hot texas heat and found out why the air conditioning was not cooling to the expected level. I really don’t understand all the great reviews! I used Milestone for a few small projects and they were fine, but when I had a problem with my AC that changed my opinion. My AC wasn’t working so I had them out to take a look. They told me that the whole system needed to replaced and it would cost $10,000. My husband said he wanted a second opinion and the other company said it was a small repair that would cost $500. That was 5 years ago and the AC is still working!!!

Professional and thorough work. Found and fixed a few problems that were detected as a result of the installation of this new system. Thoroughly explained new features with the new system that I was not familiar with. He also told me what Milestone would do as far as routine maintenance, and what I needed to do as well. He explained the importance of each one of these tasks. Took extra time to answer a few questions I had about the functioning of the system, what to expect over the next 24 hours. And also, very importantly, explained safety items and checks for carbon monoxide detection, gas heating safety and general AC Concerns. Lastly, before he started the install, he gave me an estimate of when the installation would be completed, and he finished exactly at that time. Very impressive considering the complexity of this installation.

Yes, like most folks that post reviews, they aren’t always the cheapest, but I’m not always interested in going with the lowest bidder. I more focus on getting the job done right, the first time and without any headaches down the road. My home was new construction and Tempo installed. Told since they installed to then have them complete the warranty work or if new unit is needed, they could handle. I just signed up for Monthly service Milestone as their reviews were great...But I learned it does not make sense if someone else installed and still under warranty. I will just use Temp monthly service. Milestone did nothing wrong and have been great with all the communication just shocked they did not want to handle warranty when they are an approved Lennox vendor.

Recently, I started having some problems with my HVAC system. It’s an advanced system and its performance is quite good. Andre came out to take a look at it and went through extensive tests of the system to isolate the cause of the problem. These included both assessments of the physical installation—such as the drain lines with their associated safety switches—as well as the equipment and the system settings.In addition to isolating the root cause of the problem I was having, Andre also discovered settings in my system that were out of spec—and in fact was causing the cold air to blow from the register over my desk, freezing me out!Thanks a lot, Andre!When you make a significant purchase as I did—three new furnaces, three new condensers, and thermostats completely installed—know that systems must be maintained. Milestone has agreements by which they will maintain your systems and also respond quickly to troubleshoot and restore your system to full operation. Andre arrived the same day we called and was on time. He assessed the problem with our garage door opener, demonstrated it to me, and provided 3 options for fixing it. We chose to replace the motor, door sensors, and rails, and change the old noisy chain drive with a new belt drive. All of the work was done professionally in under 2 hours. We love our new whisper quiet system. The embedded lights now brighten our whole garage. Andre provided simple maintenance tips, lubed the system, furnished us new remotes and a wall switch, and installed a new key code box where we specified outside. The price was very reasonable too, given the scope of work. Andre is a total professional who gave us an outstanding customer service experience. Milestone came out to perform an HVAC inspection. My HVAC system was having issues cooling the house. They cleaned my system and repeatedly told me the HVAC system was installed wrong and that it would need a whole new system even though my system is from 2019. I was hit with an 18k quote to replace the entire system. I called Reliant AC who came over to my house and inspected the system. I gave them the Milestone quoted and we all shared a laugh. He replaced my air filter which rectified the problem. My AC has been working perfectly since Reliant came out which is why they are gimmick free since 83. I just don't understand how I can be quoted 18k when Reliant fixed it for $99.

Most of my interactions with milestone have been pretty pleasant, but ultimately it feels like they're in the business of selling you something you don't need. 2 summers ago, I had someone from milestone come over and do a routine ac check up (i had the mam plan). Ultimately, the tech told me my AC was okay for now, but would need to replace my AC unit really soon. He was nice, and gave me price details for a new unit and installation (around $10k)...I spoke to my wife a bit, and eventually told him, that we weren't interested. His attitude completely changed, and he ended up getting pretty salty about me not wanting to purchase the new unit. He questioned my decision and asked in a degrading tone, What are you going to do once it starts to get hotter and your AC stops working? Anyway, it's been 2 years, and my AC is still working fine. I've had 1 or 2 repairs done to it, but no other company has tried to sell me an entirely new unit.

The technician Ben Hamilton was very courteous and knowledgeable for the job of adding a 240V/50A sub-panel in my patio, and he completed this with 1 helper in a half day. Let me start by saying that I’ve been a loyal client for five years.I called and setup an appointment for a plumber to come out and fix my daughters faucet. On the day of the appointment, they were a NO CALL / NO SHOW.On the second appointment, they sent out a plumber / up salesman to come out and fix my faucet. He claimed I had a back flow leak in the front yard and it was endangering the water supply to my family. He charged me $1,100 for a faucet, $3,750 for a back flow valve and $400 to clear two slow drains.All of which he couldn’t do, so they would have to reschedule another appointment.If you’re keeping track, that’s two missed work days, to fix one faucet.Here’s the real kick in the teeth. Ends up, I didn’t need a new back flow valve, because when the guys came out to replace it, they said I didn’t even have a leak. It was just water seepage from the lawn sprinklers. They ended up replacing the back flow valve anyway and while doing so, they broke a pipe to the lawn sprinklers. How do I know? I woke up the next morning, with water vigorously flowing down sidewalk and down the street.When I called Milestone, they said I was in luck that someone could come out that day to check out the leak.When the representative showed up, he looked at issue and he said, the good news is, we know where the leak is, the bad news is, Milestone doesn’t fix irrigation systems. He said, but don’t worry, we’ll sub it out at our cost to a third party.If your keeping track, I’ve now lost three days of work, I have a sprinkler system that doesn’t work, and I have a faucet on the outside of the house that a warranty manager is supposed to come out and see if they will replace.I have yet to hear back from Milestone about the third party fixing the irrigation system and nothing from anyone about a warranty manager coming out to approve fixing an outside faucet that they installed.I am cancelling my membership, that really has NO BENEFIT to their clients and I will never, ever, use Milestone for any of my home repairs.If you think you will have a different experience with this so called FAMILY RUN COMPANY; Best of luck to you. But if I were you, I would use a plumbing company for plumbing, an HVAC company for your air conditioner and heater, an electrician for your electrical work and a garage door company for your garage door.I’m embarrassed to share this story, but I would hate anyone else getting screwed by this company.Buyer beware!!!

Update: as I suspected the Milestone team would reach out and help make sure I got what I requested if I said something. Sometimes it just requires saying something to get issues addressed.The services requested were modified per recommendation which was then used to justify an upsell, rather than actually providing any of the work requested. So $100 later, I have a quote for $7k and still squeaky garage door opener wheels and leaking weather stripping. Not as fond of them as I was with their handling of my electrical issue, but still not regretting the $20/month support services.

We called milestone on Tuesday night with what we were hoping was a minor issue- they said with the light dripping they would send someone out the next day. The gentleman was here right on time, was very nice and explained what was happening, possible causes and what it would cost to further evaluate. After that evaluation which he did right then, he got a team out the same day to fix the issue. The next team was also very professional. I was worried that cutting through drywall to put in new pipe was going to make a terrible mess (thought it had to be done). Without even asking the milestone guys laid plastic over all of our furniture, and cleaned it all up after they were done. Honestly (since this was done behind the couch) they may have cleaned it better than it was before they came! Having these extremely friendly and professional gentlemen come in so quickly made a bad experience (having a pipe leaking) so much better! I appreciate all they did and will definitely use their service again- hopefully far in the future!

Wesley Zapata and his crew did an awesome job of complete removal of our 45 year old HVAC system and installed new energy efficient air handler and heat pump and all new ductwork to match the new system. Upon arrival at 2PM the entire crew set about different tasks and by 8PM the system was operational and cleanup completed. The matching smart thermostat allows complete control from anywhere via Wi-Fi. This is the third project we have completed with Milestone and are pleased with the professional service provided each time we require their services.

I had Christian come out today to unclog a bathroom sink. The scheduling process was easy (it all happen over text). Christian arrived on time and fixed the clog in no time. He also helped tighten a loose kitchen faucet that proved to be more complicated than what he expected and did it at no charge! He was so professional and just a nice person. When I saw all the great reviews for Milestone I was skeptical if they were legit...I can tell you from my experience they are real reviews. So I called milestone electric and Shan came out to install my ev plug. I will say this, Shan was a good guy. He installed it as I asked and we agreed on a fair price. Paid initial visit for $99. Said not much he could do and suggested to have pool equipment replaced before they can really check anything. Pool equipment replaced, charged $263.99 for basic diagnostic. He left two options, which were optimum solution ($8004), and Deluxe for $7469, which no detail, no information. When he called back, I asked for details about whether he was planning to cut through concrete or trench around as a solution and his quote did not include those costs.He did the equivalent of 1 shovel of dirt for $263.99, which also includes the initial $99.Sorry but, complete joke and will never call them again.

Our AC went out last friday morning and, given the heat situation in Texas this summer, we called the first company in mind (due all commercials). The technician arrived a bit late but its understandable given the amount of calls. What blew my mind was that the simple diagnostics (the 20 year old capacitor bit the dust) was going to be so pricey! When the technician told me what happened I was relieved, I have replaced a capacitor myself and its nothing complicated. However, when asked about the price, over $500 for the simple one and almost $800 for the, ahem, premium one 😱. I swear I've been sweating all day if he had said something reasonable I would have no problem paying extra, but mind you this is a part that cost less than $20. This is up to a 30x markup. I had no choice but to pay the service fee and let the technician go. I then drove to ACE Hardware and bought a capacitor for $31. It took me 10m to replace it. Now why couldn't they charge something reasonable? Even $300, given the urgency, would have been high but I would be okay with, but instead they prefer going home with the $99 service fee than charging an honest price. Anyway, piece of advice, figure out what capacitor your AC uses and buy a couple, keep at home for emergencies. On youtube there are plenty of videos walking through how to replace those safely. In fact, on youtube there are tutorials to do most of simple home work that could save you so much $$$. Plus when you learn something you can do it whenever needed. Only giving 2 stars because the technician was very courteous and identified the problem accurately. But seriously Milestone, stop ripping people off. That's not nice.
