Alex and Gerald did an excellent job explaining what was going on with the leak in my kitchen ceiling. Although the cause of the leak was more likely an AC issue the water heater was in need of repair. They provided 3 options low, med and high and throughly explained all the options. They called before they arrived and made sure they wore booties and cleaned up after the repair. They even brought in a Chewy delivery into the house. My expectations were exceeded with this team and Legacy plumbing.
Mike and Steven were phenomenal! In and out-problem solved-complete professionals, through and through! I would not use any other service for my plumbing needs!

Legacy provided great service for a leaking toilet. Prompt, wore masks and booties. We called back a few weeks later as a slight odor lingered. Wayne and Steven checked out the problem and provided a solution, without charge since they were checking their own work. Honest and friendly service.

From the moment I spoke with Megan to when the service technician, Cole, left - everything was seamless and customer oriented. This past week I spoke to Michael to book my appointment and he was truly concerned about my plumbing needs and so courteous.About the work: PERFECTION!!!! They have handled my 5-6 issues at my issues to my complete satisfaction. Always ask for Cole! Plumbing prices are high in this industry, but this Legacy Plumbing is so fair!
Both Ahndre and Steven were professional but personable, polite and informative about the job they were doing. They talked me through the process before and during the installation, and expectations after the work was completed. Got quotes from 2 other companies before I got to these guys. Legacy wowed me from the start. The receptionist Carmesha set the pace with exceptional customer service. She also went over and above to get me scheduled asap. The plumbers too time to explain everything in detail and then gave me my options (no chaser). Always on time and frankly one of the best experiences I've had with plumbers. Adam and Matthew were quick, efficient, informative, direct, and definitely subject matter experts in getting the job done. Sidenote: They also came in cheaper than the 2 previous quotes. Save yourself the worry and just call Legacy.

My 17 year old water breathed it's last breath. I reached out to multiple plumbing companies for quotes. Even though it was the weekend, Erik at Legacy Plumbing responded quickly and not only gave me a quote, but carried on an email conversation with me to address all my questions. Sean, the installer was friendly, professional and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left.Not that having to buy a new water heater is a great experience, but Legacy made it as good as it could have been.Highly recommend.

I STRONGLY recommend legacy plumbing. I have a very good experience when Kelly and Adam found and resolved the clogging issue in my house. They're very professional and with good communication skills.
Legacy came out for what looked like a simple repair on our toilet, but they found some other things wrong in the setup. They made some recommendations but it wasn’t high pressure. It was a pleasure working with Logan to get everything right again.

Legacy Plumbing is the absolute best; I will never use any other company again. Have used them on multiple occasions (water heaters, expansion tank, shut off valves, broken water pipe in yard), and every time has been exceptional service. Ask for Luis and Alex.
Excellent service! They kept the promising price even if they had to dig a few more feet than expected. The leaking was fixed on time before the deadline set by our foundation repair company.

Kelly and Gerald did a really good job. Everything fit nicely, was all plumbed up, everything was sealed and nicely, and they cleaned up after themselves completely. I would recommend them for any serious plumbing job. I would have done this myself but I'm a bit disabled and I like the idea of the warranty being on someone else!

Luis Mena came out to service several items for us today after we learned we had a couple of toilet leaks. He was very professional and polite. He offered tips for a couple do it yourself things that would help us with a horrid smell in the master bath shower. We used Legacy Plumbing to repair a gas leak in our natural gas line to the house. Both Kelly and Ahndre were courteous and professional. They explain every step of their repair work along the way which helped us understand what they were doing. They went above and beyond when Atmos came to turn on the gas and assisted with the hot water heater. Kelly gave us some sound advise on some other items he noted while on site. With a 27 year old home I need a reliable plumber. After working with some discounters and getting poor service, I tried Legacy and going forward they will be my only call. Enoch has been out here twice to resolve different issues and has done high quality work. He discusses options and does what is needed. Luke and Travis repaired a a/c condensate drain line that was poorly installed by the builder, and also cleared a clog in the line. They did the work quickly and the end result was very cleanly installed. Price was good. Both were very friendly, and they provided helpful advice on a few other plumbing projects. Will use them again in the future.

I stood by to observe, learn and asked Alex alot of questions 5 why? he was kind & patient enough to answer my questions. Price wise a little on the high side, work done pvc flange and reset but the service was great. They didn't try to sell unnecessary items. Work was done in no time. They were able to do the work quicker and cheaper than other plumbers gave me estimates for.
We had a stoped up sewer line and the technicians came out and did a thorough inspection and isolated the issue by running a camera through the line and isolating the problem. The technicians were very thorough and dis a great job flushing out the line and correcting the problem. These guys were great!
I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing! Sam and Steven were very professional, excellent compliance for covid-19 recommendations, listened to what I was saying, very respectful, and highly knowledgeable! I am so grateful for the experienced and customer-focused staff at Legacy Plumbing and will recommend them to my family, friends and colleagues. My pipe bursted during the freeze and I was unable to get a plumber out to fix it until March 22, 2021. I was frustrated and concerned dealing with the uncertainty of the plumbing cost and the extent of the work. I received 3 quotes and decided to go with Legacy Plumbing. I am thankful to Eric, Enoch, Wayne and Adam for their professionalism, guidance and expertise throughout the decision-making plumbing process. I originally found Legacy Plumbing after reading Yelp reviews on roughly 20+ plumbing companies. Based on the hundreds of glowing reviews, Legacy was my number one choice. However, I needed a plumber on Saturday, and Legacy was/is not open on weekends.I hired a plumbing company that was opened on weekends, and the plumber was not able to unclog the drains after 2+ hours (he said he didn’t have the correct equipment). He told me that I could schedule an appointment the following week and ask for their drain specialist.After assessing the situation, I decided to go with my original choice, Legacy Plumbing. And what a world of difference between the two companies!! From the get-go, Legacy was professional and responsive. I was very lucky that they had a Tuesday morning cancellation, and they sent Jonathan to fix my plumbing woes.Jonathan was efficient and professional. He was able to correctly diagnose the drain issue and fix it in roughly an hour. I also had him look at the slow drain in the shower—but that’s going to be a bigger project for another day.Overall, everyone I’ve interacted with from Thomas, Jonathan, and Eric K is amazing at his respective job and super professional. I would definitely request Jonathan by name for my future plumbing needs, and I will recommend Legacy to friends and colleagues 110%!!Thank you Jonathan and the Legacy Team for doing a GREAT job!!
Unfortunately we purchased a house with a lot of issues, one being that we needed 2 hot water heaters replaced within the first year. After having a few negative experiences with other local plumbing companies I finally found Legacy by reading reviews. Besides having sincere positive reviews; I was impressed with their monthly missions giving back to the community. It has been a very positive experience from the start with Meagan and ending with Brandon and Jose installing my new hot water heaters last Friday. For the first time in 9 months I have had a full hot shower! Not only did Brandon and Jose explain everything they were doing; they also answered all of my questions. You may pay a little more, but you get what you pay for. I have a few other plumbing issues that need to be addressed, and you can be assured that Legacy Plumbing will be my first phone call.
No stress replacement for my water heater. More than I wanted to pay, but not unexpected. I had a quote from an earlier visit that prepared me (I knew it was getting close). They were there when I needed them, did a wonderful job, professional and courteous, just perfect. Plumbing repairs are never fun, but I’m glad they were there for me and I know ahead of time how much it would cost. I expect to only use Legacy as long as live in this area.

The front yard hose bibb connects to a copper pipe that's routed through the foundation at the corner of my garage, and it taps off the main line going into the house. The pipe cracked just below the floor line (of course), where it went through the slab, making it impossible to patch/replace without tearing into the foundation.Legacy technician Johnny Olivera was dispatched to cover my service call, and after assessing the situation, he offered his expert opinion on how to fix the problem without tearing the foundation.The solution was not just a simple alternative option, where he had to dig about 1 meter of dirt just to access the area to be repaired. Nevertheless, he was very courteous, efficient, and a true professional. He replaced the main water valve and installed a new hose bibb, all with upgraded parts that my home lacked.After reading the positive reviews on Yelp, I am very pleased that I found and called Legacy Plumbing, I highly recommend them.

After having 3 different plumbing companies tell me I had a slab leak I wanted one last estimate before I reached a decision on who to have perform the repair. I was looking not only for fair pricing, but wanted to deal with a professional firm and a company that could stand behind their work.The problem was that it would be over a week before Legacy could come out for a quote and opinion as to the problem. I crossed my fingers and hoped the leak would not worsen waiting for Legacy... Boy, was it worth the wait !! Not only was Kelly professional and courteous , but after he tested everything, I was told the issue was not was not a slab leak at all... but actually a small issue, that he corrected while he was there. BTW His helper Ramon was great too! My expense went from over a $5,000 bid from plumbers who were trying to sell something I did not need to repair that had misdiagnosed the problem to a bill for.. to $241.00 from Legacy.And... I gave him a check for $271.00 in error and he told me the repair was only $231.00.. That type of honesty is hard to find these days... In the future, I will be calling Legacy Plumbing for my plumbing needs.Honest, Dependable and CourteousGood Work Legacy!!

Wayne and Brandon replaced our water heater this week, and did an excellent job. They were punctual, knowledgeable, helpful, and obviously committed to the best in customer service. Legacy installed a water heater that I had purchased on 8/19/2019. I was doing some regular checks and maintenance and found that the pressure relief valve could not be lifted. I was able to break it loose with some pliers and no water/pressure was coming out of the pipes. Not good. I shut down the unit, attempted to drain the tank and this two almost two hours, again not good. Once I removed the pressure relief valve I found it packed with pipe dope! The valve would not work at all and thankfully I found this before we had a water heater blow up through the roof. I then removed the drain valve, and surprise - it was blocked with pipe dope as well. After another $90 I now have a proper working relief valve and drain valve. Very poor quality workmanship and excessive use of pipe dope could have been disastrous. Do not recommend Legacy Plumbing at all. Better check your installations as well.

Kelly McGinn and Dhezan helped us sort out (who am I kidding...THEY figured out) the source of a series of ceiling leaks. They were 100% professional, efficient, and thorough. They even took the time to cut some new ceiling tiles to replace the ones that were stained from the leaks, and got the new tiles in place. The cleaned the work areas when they were done and left everything in order. We highly recommend them.

Enoch and his apprentice Gerald were great! I've been having issues with a gas leak under my range unit for a while now. I asked for a quote online and a rep called me in less than 10 mins. Enoch and Gerald showed up right when they said they would and had the leak diagnosed within 15 mins. Both were extremely personable and knowledgeable. They explained what was wrong and exactly how they would fix it. Enoch even fixed a drain issue in the upstairs bathroom while Gerald worked on the gas leak. All in all it took about 45 mins to address both issues. Very efficient! Do not waste your money on other plumbing companies! I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing!

Once my husband and I discovered that we had a foundation leak, I wasn't sure who to call. I reached out to friends for recommendations and I received several including Legacy Plumbing. The soonest any plumber (from any company) could get to our house for leak detection would be the next morning (24 hours from my discovery of the leak)....BUT Wayne and Tyler from Legacy Plumbing found a way to work me into their schedule and called me to let me know they could come in just a few hours. They arrived shortly thereafter. They were dressed neatly and quickly verified that I had a slab leak. Then they began working on their plan for repair which would begin early the next morning. They used the least invasive method to fix our slab leak, and they were careful to ask where I would like any necessary cuts to the drywall. They explained all of their work to me in detail and even replaced the drywall once the leak was fixed so that I could easily finish repairing/repainting it. They were great at explaining payment options to me, and they allowed me to make my final decision on payment after the repair was completed. I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing to anyone. Be sure to ask for Wayne and Tyler, too!
i have used legacy plumbing for years. when i have a plumbing issue they get the call. recently, i had mike collard replace my rusted outside water box. it now looks great. once installed, he checked every faucet in the house to verify they worked well. they have very competitive pricing. try them.

Sean and Alex were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Sean answered all of my questions, and I was impressed by the resolution of the problem, as well as Sean discussing what potential issues might arise in the future. I did not feel pressured in any way, which earned my trust. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterwards! I highly recommend this company!

Legacy was available same day to fix an issue we had with our shower and outdoor faucet. They gave excellent recommendations for maintenance during the job and even did some on site maintenance to our vanity faucet that they just so happened to notice. Very professional and personal. Will definitely use them again with any plumbing needs from here on out.
Alex is professional with excellent experience to locate a then complex problem and fixed the issues at reasonable price.
Legacy Plumbing and their technician Cole were very professional and responsive. The city inspector came today and described Cole's work as textbook. I had called Legacy a few years back and rather than take my money they gave me some sound advice. Based on that experience I decided to use them on this job and was very satisfied.
I reached out to Legacy Plumbing regarding upstairs sinks not draining. They immediately called me back and scheduled the service for the next morning at a time that was convenient for me. I usually try to fix these kind of things myself but thankfully my wife talked me into calling a professional because the job turned out to be much bigger than I expected. It took Jose Cuellar Jr. about 2 1/2 hours to get them unclogged. He gave me a quote as soon as he arrived. Even though it took him much longer than expected he stuck with his quote. He even checked my water heater and water pressure while he was here. They were very professional starting with making the appointment and during the entire time Jose was here. I'll be calling them again if (when) I have another plumbing issue.

I left a water hose connected during the cold weather and busted a pipe in the garage wall. I called a couple of companies and they both priced the repair around $350. One of my neighbors said he used Legacy in the past and they did a great job, so I called and they came out and price it at $250! $100 savings! They sent Cole out and he was professional and very knowledgeable and showed me what he was and repairing and how he was repairing the faucet. I could not have been more please! I will certainly be using them again in the future if I have any plumbing needs. 10/10 recommend

Very impressed with this group! The stopper on my bathroom tub broke in the stopped position. They first tried to fish out the broken part but I was resigned to having to do a major repair including moving a toilet and opening a larger access in a wall to get to the problem. Another plumber in the area gave me a $3500 quote. Cannon, Jordan, and Gerald found a way to remove the blockage for less than $300! I will definitely be using them in the future.

I am a first time customer of Legacy Plumbing. I will absolutely become a repeat customer. My garbage disposal sprung a leak and created a bit of a mess. I called first thing on Friday morning to schedule an appointment and they got me in on Monday, but assured if there was a cancellation they would let me know. Sure enough, by Friday afternoon they called and said they could come immediately. Tony and Gary were incredibly professional, personable, and efficient. They went out of their way to check on some other projects /concerns I had in the house and confirm the age and condition of the water heaters (unprompted). They were not pushy but rather just wanted me to be informed. The pricing was very reasonable and it was evident they focused on quality. Could not recommend them more.
They were on time but are very expensive. Called to have work done on a rental house and charged $50 service fee plus $187 for a $20 flapper kit and valve.

Last year my home had a plumbing issue and Legacy sent out Taylor, who was just the best, knowledgeable, professional, confident, and overall friendly. Well today we had another issue and Legacy sent the team of Sean and Evan, who were EXACTLY the same. Even Megan from the office was calming, assuring, friendly, and professional. Legacy Plumbing is top notch, not just in plumbing services, but customer care, which in my opinion shoots them to the TOP of the class!!!

I love using Legacy Plumbing. I wouldn’t use anyone else. We’ve had Sean out numerous times over the years and he is always so helpful and honest. We had Sean and Jonathan out today to repair some things and as usual we are very pleased. I can’t imaging using someone else!
Absolutely 1st class Team of Plumbers. Called Legacy Plumbing this morning about a leaking cistern and they had a team sent out to me within a couple of hours. Extremely polished and professional Team (ask for Alex and Jose) who explained everything to me and what repairs needed to be done. Reasonable costs and certainly worth every dollar. I can not recommend these two (Alex and Jose) highly enough who are a great example of what this Company stands for. 6 stars +

If I could give 10 stars I would! My experience starting from my initial call with Legacy Plumbing to completion of service was exceptional! We noticed a sulfur-like smell from our master bathroom shower and wanted to call a professional before trying to MacGyver the situation, lol. They were booked out a few weeks but it was worth the wait. Steven and Jordan were a God send! They fully investigated the issue and although the cause of the smell in these types of cases is not always clear cut, I appreciated their honesty and recommendations. (I must add I also appreciated that I was fully informed about this prior to the visit by the person on the phone to avoid any surprises. I moved forward with the service as I wanted to be sure to rule out anything serious).While here they also took care of a clogged drain in the upstairs shower. After taking a look they found that tile spacers were down in the drain. Not the best representation of work for my builder! But it was a thorough catch by the Legacy plumbing team! Steven and Jordan also took time during the visit to evaluate any other potential issues that we might see down the road and educated me on the appropriate maintenance.If you are looking for a fair and honest plumbing company please look no further! This is the second time we have had Legacy Plumbing to our home to do work. A year ago we had a water leak in our main line from the street. Wayne did an incredible job of replacing the line and putting our yard back together. Today we had Wayne and Dre come out to repair an outdoor faucet and they did an exceptional job. The masonry work looks better than it did before. We will continue to use and recommend Legacy plumbing due to their wonderful service, knowledge and customer care.

Mike called 30 mins before arriving. Upon entering the house Mike and Steven put on shoe covers and introduced themselves. The time they spent locating the source of the slab leak was within 15mins or so. They both worked dilagently together as a team while explaining and showing me what was going on every step of the way. I am very satisfied with the results and the professionalism they both portrayed. I had a small issue under my kitchen sink. I called on a Saturday evening (did not leave a message) and received a call back after they saw the missed call. Appointment was scheduled for Monday and Steven & Ahndre texted me when they were 20 minutes out from my home to make the repair.They did a great job and were in and out within 45 minutes.Thank you!
Steven and Sam were the technicians that were at my home at the start of February to repair cracked sewer lines due to tree roots. Trees are great, but the problems created by roots can be awful and they were able to do a great job of repairing the lines and making sure the system was secure. Both Steven and Sam were very professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done as professionally and thoroughly as possible. They went as far as tracking down the best parts for the project to make sure the job was done right. It took them longer than expected, but they were determined to not leave until it was done properly. Immensely thankful for their dedication and thoroughness.

Mike and Adam showed up on time and completed a challenging repair in inder 4 hours. The hot water pipe under my foundation was leaking. They were able to trace the leak and repair the pipe without drilling through my slab. These kind of repairs are not cheap or trivial and require experts on pipe leaks under a foundation. Mike and Adam are specialists in this kind of repair at Legacy Plumbing and their expertise is why they could complete this work in a short time. Highly recommend Legacy. Their customer service staff are professional and know what they are doing.
My wife told me this morning there was no hot water. I found the hot water heater leaking. Turned everything off. Got on Good Contractors List and called Legacy Plumbing at 7:15 am. “We can have a crew there between 8 and 10 this morning.” By 1:30pm, my new system was in, water at 120F and water flowing nicely. Enoch and Alex were awesome and helped me to understand all they were doing. Great response. Great people. Great service. Great job, Alex and Enoch. I called Legacy Plumbing about a washer clogged drain line and they responded within a couple of hours on that day. Their technician, Alex, was clean and friendly and knew what the problem was immediately. He resolved my issue and even resolved another issue stemming from the original. I am very pleased with their work and their courteous service.
I have found Legacy Plumbing to be reliable and efficient while delivering first class repairs. Their office staff are pleasant and helpful. They keep the worksite clean and minimal. I never have to worry about post service clean up. Business is conducted quickly with everything explained on site. Advice and recommendations line up with my other sources of information so I can count on them to deliver good information on topics I am less familiar with. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Legacy Plumbing!We had a main line water leak and called Legacy Plumbing because of the great reviews on Google and Yelp. During our initial call we were greeted by a very nice person who said they would try to get someone to help us today but it might be the next day.This was fine because the other companies had a 5 day wait!Sure enough I received a call a bit later and Steven and Sheldon showed up ready to help us fix our concerns. Both guys were so nice and helpful I felt at ease. They were both honest about the repair and cost up front. Shortly after they arrived they found the leak, fixed it, and even removed a flow valve that likely caused the leak in the first place.After the repair, Steven and Sheldon spent a few minutes with me to make sure we understood what they did and explained our plumbing system in case we need to shut off the water in an emergency.If you need help with your plumbing, call Legacy Plumbing!

Great service today from Wayne and Branden. They fixed a leaking toilet in a jiffy and gave me lots of tips on how to make small adjustments myself, like tightening the handle (it's threaded backwards on purpose) and adjusting the float height. Very friendly and helpful.
Luke and Philip came out to help me with some weird sounds in my pipes and odd toilet filling issues. They were incredibly professional, respectful, kind and so patient. They took the time to explain to me how certain things worked and what they thought the problems could be. They displayed trustworthy behavior and I will be using Legacy plumbing again because my experience was so good.

We live in a house built in the 1950s which has had a lot of changes. As a result, our plumbing might most kindly be described as interesting. I called Legacy Plumbing (and three other companies) on Thursday afternoon because I had a water leak. I had no idea where the leak was coming from. Legacy was the only company that could get someone out the next day. Canon and Brandon arrived at 9am Friday morning. They were appreciative that I was paying attention and asking questions as they looked for the origination of the leak. The leak was found in about 45 minutes. The job was completed by 1130! Cutting walls and crawling around in the attic was required. They were very respectful of me and my home. Cleaned up beautifully when they were done. I loved the way the two of them worked together. I could genuinely tell that they both loved what they do and they enjoyed working with each other. I will 100% call them back again when the need arises.

You don’t have to plumb the depths any longer: just call Legacy. They’ve been our plumbers ever since we experienced an epically disastrous plumbing catastrophe with another plumbing company (rhymes with Blister Shooter — AVOID THEM).Legacy’s plumbers know what they’re doing: water heaters, toilets, sinks, sewer plumbing. Mike has come out for us the last few times, and he’s always professional yet personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. Most recently, he removed what appeared to be a small animal from our tub drain. We’ve been pleased with their service, and will continue to call on them. Keep up the great work!

Steven and Ahndre came out to the house to repair an outdoor faucet. They were on time, professional and very knowledgable. They also answered questions about another plumbing issue I had. I will absolutely recemmond Steven and Ahndre and use this company again.
I discovered a small leak behind our master bathtub and feared an expensive and time consuming repair. I called Legacy Plumbing due to their excellent reviews. Sam and Steve arrived right on schedule and proceeded to quickly identify and resolve the problem. They went above and beyond to fix some of the novelties they found in how the bathtub had been installed while addressing the leak and did so while being the utmost courteous and professional in all aspects of their work. Enoch and Gerald came over to the house to fix a clog for us and arrived shortly after 10:00 (our window was from (10:00-12:00). I was greeted at the door by two smiling faces, both gentleman were very pleasant and friendly. Upon entering the house they were very clean and put on booties each time, they assessed the problem and fixed the clog in a timely and efficient manner. They also had to reseal the toilet in our guest bathroom (this involved removing the toilet from the ground) and when they were done you wouldn’t have ever guessed they were in there it was so clean. I really appreciate the timeliness and cleanliness! They did a fantastic job! Thank you

I had a water leak in my yard that I initially asked and irrigation company to assess. I was advised that it was a plumbing related issue. I sent a message to Legacy on Sunday night, got a phone call that same evening. I was impressed that I was able to get added on the schedule the next day and Matt and Sean were very through and professional. Sean even provided some tips about consideration of attention to other aging plumbing problems that could be in the not so distant future. This is my fourth plumbing related project that Legacy and done the work. Top notch, fair pricing and all around a good experience to work with.

Enoch was so helpful and did such a great job fixing up our leaking pipes! He accomplished the task with such a clean, precise, and professional finish. Tech Mike came out on Monday 8/5 to service intermittent issue of gurgling toilet while showering. He was awesome! Very nice and professional and educated me on some things. He was thorough and let me look into the camera that he ran through the pipes and kept me informed every step of the way with everything he was doing. This week I had Legacy plumbing replace a kitchen faucet. Alex and Tony made the repairs. Alex replaced a broken sewer main last year for me. At that time, I purchased the annual warranty which saved me a trip fee, and I received a 5% discount on this weeks work. Alex and Tony called before their arrival, installed the new faucet, checked for additional plumbing issues I might have to save another visit, and my house was as clean when they finished as it was before the work was done. I called Legacy Plumbing after our own failed attempt to unclog our toilet/tub. They were able to send people out the same day for a flat fee, which i prefer to hourly. Kelly and Gerald were our techs and they were friendly, speedy and efficient. I described our issue and they immediately knew what to do, explained what they were doing and fixed our clogged line! One word to describe Legacy Plumbing, Theron Young, and Jose Cuellar, EXCELLENT!!!We had a water leak in our front yard, leak was in the line from city meter to valve. Previous plumbing company that I was working with said that there's only one leak and they can fix it. I paid $1900 but water was still leaking.I didn't know what to do so I called Legacy Plumbing for advise and talked to Theron. He was courteous, honest and professional. Theron sent Jose Cuellar to inspect the leak. Jose spent over an hour to inspect and explain to me what my options are. Jose was also courteous, honest, and professional. I have been using Legacy plumbing since October 2018 and have needed their services a number of times since then. I am so happy I found them! I had a dripping bathroom faucet and broken valves. Mike and Alex came out and fixed the broken valves with ease. I also had couple of issues were I needed a plumber's opinion and asked for quotes on water heaters. They inspected the water heaters (found that the roofers had messed up the venting when roof was replaced) so re-attached the venting on all three - no charge. They also took apart the diverter in my shower so I could see what part I needed to order, and found the part for me online, as well as the faucet part that needed to be ordered. Thank you Mike and Alex for going above and beyond in not only doing my repair, but helping me to save money by letting me (or my spouse) do some of the work ourselves. Thanks for taking the time to fit me into the schedule at the last minute, and also to spend the time with me to answer all my questions, and help me determine the right parts needed.
Jose at Legacy Plumbing was so helpful and his troubleshooting spot-on during two recent plumbing jobs. He first found the cause, and fixed, a water leak that only occurred if a specific outside garden hose was under pressure. Next, he found a tiny crack in a patch applied to a water pipe buried deep in my front yard. The patch was welded onto the water pipe years ago to fix a similar leak, but because the previous fix used an inferior patching technique, the patch failed causing a huge build-up of water in my front yard. Coincidentally, the water made its way to the surface a week after a city contractor was digging in my yard nearby. I thought the contractor might have caused the leak; however, Jose took pictures that clearly showed the failed and rusted pipe patch. He also kept me advised of what he was doing at all times and what my bill was so there wasn't a big surprise in price at the end of the job. He also wore covers on his shoes when inside so he didn't track mud into my house. He still managed to track in a small piece of dirt once, which wasn't a big deal. However, Jose grabbed a towel from his truck using it to clean the dirt off of the floor. Now that's what I call attention to detail, but it is only a small example of the above and beyond customer support Jose provided during these two jobs. I absolutely recommend Legacy Plumbing and appreciate Jose's expertise.
We have used Legacy plumbing for several years - toilet replacement to water heaters. Each time the technician and staff are top notch professionals. The last time (May-June)we used Legacy was to replace two outdoor faucets that leaked and was beyond my skill level. The technician (Juan) explained options and was upfront on what may happen once he removed old faucets (20 years old -original when house was built). Everything worked out and Juan could not have been more communicative on work and job. Faucet was replaced and brick reinforced with new concrete sealer. We will always use legacy plumbing.

Today Legacy plumbing replaced our water box. Adam and Henry quickly assessed the problem and gave me a fair price for the job. They explained each step prior to proceeding which really helped. I was very pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. Our place was left clean after the job was done. I will definitely call this company again if we need future work done. Alex and Luis kept me informed the entire morning regarding their whereabouts and arrival time. It felt like a verbal version of the Uber and Lyft driver tracking app! I really appreciate being informed. Upon arrival Alex and Luis recognized the likely cause of my first floor clog and tackled the issue with skill and professionalism. They had the tools on truck to get the job done in 75 minutes total (and the issue was way beyond my ability or tools to either detect or fix). Legacy Plumbing sent Mike and Steven to my house to resolve a hot water leak in the foundation. They quickly found some alternative methods to fix the situation and spent time educating me on those fixes. Their recommendations saved me thousands of dollars over what another plumber had quoted plus Mike was much more willing to discuss how the repairs would be made so I understood the entire process and exactly what it would cost. I feel very fortunate to have given Legacy a call after the sticker shock I received from the first plumber I had called. Legacy now has life long customer!

I've used Legacy Plumbing before to repair a damaged gas meter and we were about to take on a major remodel project so I gave them a call to give the plumbing and sewer a check up before we began work. Mike Collard arrived on the day of our appointment on time. He used a camera in the sewer lines to check things out and explained everything he was doing. We had a history of backups and sure enough he saw the reason. There was a sewer line ruptured under the slab in our master bedroom. He gave us a quote for the repair and we were able to adjust our budget accordingly preventing costly repairs down the road after our remodel.I was so impressed with Mikes work ethic that I offered him the job of handling the plumbing for our kitchen remodel which included the install of a tankless water heater, running of some gas, water, and sewer lines for a laundry room relocation. He gave me honest quotes on the spot for that work.In the following 2 weeks Mike and his handy English apprentice Alex returned to our home 3 times to repair the sewer leak, then the tankless install, and finally the finish plumbing work for the remodel. All their work was done quickly and at the quoted price (or better). Mike and Alex were not only professionals doing good work but over the 3 days in my home became quite good friends with my wife and I.I would not hesitate to call Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing issues you may have. I don’t have enough good things to say about this company or their service technicians. They were on time, honest, and efficient as well as knowledgeable and personable. Wayne and Ahndre really restored my faith in the plumbing and professional services business with the unprecedented level of caring, diligence and thoughtfulness they put into their work. I would recommend these guys to ANYBODY who need plumbing services. They are consummate professionals and you would be hard pressed to find that level of service or quality workmanship anywhere. Going above and beyond is an understatement. I’ll never even think of using another plumbing service again. It’s just too bad that all service techs aren’t as great as Ahndre and Wayne.

Sam was exceptional at listening to our primary home repair issues, offered his insights based on the age of our home and was very upfront on repair estimate range for each job. We've been in our home for a few years, but we still don't know everything we should about maintenance on our equipment and the special maintenance needs for this region. I contacted Legacy Plumbing because of a leaking toilet and to get some help with isolating the source of an odor coming from a guest bedroom bathroom. The usual solutions for getting rid of the odor were not working. A master plumber called me back and offered some ideas in isolating the smell. He had some great ideas that I tried. I appreciated the call with the ideas! Cole and Kameron were the crew that came to the appointment and they were AWESOME! The job was to replace and toilet and check for sources of an illusive odor in that particular bathroom. Cole offered options along the way to reduce the cost of the project. He showed me the cracked flange in the sewer connection and gave me an estimate to fix it. When finished, Cole showed me how to change the parts on the inside of the toilet and how to easily remove the seat lid. Finally he did a free water heater check and offered another idea about tracking down the odor in the bathroom. No other plumber has ever been so customer service oriented! Legacy Plumbing has a new loyal customer!

Canon and Aaron were awesome from the minute they walked in the door. They made a huge problem absolutely painless for me and explained everything they were doing as they went along. When calling a plumber, you expect the typical “plumber crack” kind of people to show up. Canon and Aaron were nice, clean, respectful and super friendly. I believe I have the coolest plumbers around! Even FaceTimed with my husband since he was out of town. They walked in as strangers and left as friends. I've added an update on the latest work I had done this month 9-22 where Legacy Plumbing replaced the Double-Check valve adjacent to the front curb of the house. Jeremy & Brandon did a great job replacing the valve. They gave me heads up call before arriving on-time, provided a break-down quote of the work along with a time estimate, setup and performed the job in a timely and organized manner and cleaned up leaving the work area clean. They even hauled some excess dirt to an area on the side of the house so that I could use it later. They did a great job along with Thomas who I originally spoke to in order to understand the job & cost and setup the appointment. While no plumbing job is inexpensive, they were up front on the cost and it was reasonable for the job performed.I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing. Everyone that I dealt with acted professionally. The person who setup my appointment explained the estimate for the work that I needed done and the tech who came to the house, Gerald, did a great job. I received a call the night before my morning appointment to confirm and Gerald called as he was leaving in the morning. When he arrived at the house, Gerald wore a mask as I requested along with shoe covers. On his iPad, he explained the cost breakdown of the work and I signed off on the invoice. I had my water heaters flushed and had an AC drain blockage cleared. Gerald worked efficiently in the hot (August) attic to clear the drain blockage first. He laid down tarp where needed and dusted off the small amount of attic insulation that accumulated on his clothes before coming down from the attic. He then flushed the two water heaters, checked the compression tank and removed some hair blockage from the bathtub drain. Gerald did a great job and completed the job very quickly. He checked for leaks before finally cleaning up and we settled the bill and he was on his way in around 2 hours. Also, I forgot to ask for the senior discount when I paid Gerald and after calling him back minutes after he left he worked with Legacy management to honor the 10% discount as I got a call in the afternoon explaining so. Legacy Plumbing is the best - professional, reasonable detailed estimates & pricing and provided an overall great service.

Canon and Alex are absolutely amazing! What three different plumbing companies charged me for and couldn't figure out, Canon found a solution for within 30 minutes. One of the most honest, knowledgeable plumbers I've ever encountered. Will not be going to anyone else. Ever.
Alex and Ahndre did a great job on our mini plumbing needs today! They were prompt, polite, friendly and informative. They were very clear about what was wrong, how they could fix it and how much it would cost. Sometimes they uncovered an unexpected issue, but were quick to inform me as well as the options available to remedy the situation. Overall, I gave them both an A++ and a smile. :) No need to worry about any virus, every time I saw or spoke to either one of them they had a mask on. Great JOB!!

Speechless....Alex and Hubert came to my home today to relocate a exterior faucet and all the insulation, drywall cutting and everything that goes into a project such as this. They were AMAZING! Personally, I think plumbers have a bad rap but after using Legacy Plumbing, I will never look to another company again. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, personable and at a very fair cost. I’ve used Legacy Plumbing for several years now, starting with a major foundation leak I had around 5 years ago. They are bar-none the only plumbing company I trust because they do things the right way, and they stand behind their work. I consider myself a highly educated consumer, and I perform most of my work DIY as it’s usually the only way to make sure it’s being done properly, so I was thrilled when I found Legacy Plumbing as their standards exceed my own personal expectations. To top it all off, they are just really great people from Theron on down to each of their employees. I’ve called multiple times with questions and each time they have the owner Theron call me back and he discusses my issue in depth and offers me real solutions without ever pushing me for business. Tell me where else are you going to find that kind of customer service?! I just had a major gas line upgrade done by Sean and Jeremiah to support my two new tankless water heaters. They were quick, efficient, made sure all of my concerns were eased and above all friendly great guys and pleasant to work with. I can’t say enough how much I enjoy working with them. They clean up after themselves, and the work is beyond exceptional. Like the last major job they did I know the work will stand the test of time. Don’t waste your time with any other plumbing company, Legacy is worth every penny!
I was on my 3 rd plumbing company to repair and reinstall a pot filler, touch less faucet and repair a leak at dishwasher line. Sean & Andre with Legacy Plumbing arrived on time with earlier follow up of their arrival. Everyone from Cindy who left me a voice mail, to the person who answered the phone when I called back, was friendly and very courteous. The tech, Luis, was professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Water heater busted Thursday afternoon. Legacy Plumbing came out and replaced it Friday morning. Awesome turn-around. Great experience, reasonable cost, A+ all the way around. Tech was an encyclopedic rockstar. Next plumbing issue = me calling these awesome people.
I am so glad I found these guys.. I had struggled with multiple other plumbing repair services. I had issues being able to get a honest quote from most companies. 2 failed to show on the scheduled day. And another tried to hide the cost and when pressed for numbers, they seemed to raise the rates because of my zip code. Finally I found Legacy Plumbing. They were able to give me a honest estimate on cost and they got someone out the very next day. The person that showed up was Sean. He was professional and kind (an undervalued trait that seems to be less common these days) . He got my issue repaired quickly, and promoted a can food drive in which they were waving a $50 service fee for 10 cans of food. I felt like he was a neighbor helping me vs a con man trying to max out what he could bill for. It was a night and day difference, and because of Sean's ethics, I feel I owe it to any of my friends that need plumbing to give them his number. I cant let them go thru the hassle I did before I found Legacy Plumbing. This is not a paid advertisement, just a grateful home owner that was tired of the games other companies play. These guys shoot straight, and in Texas, nothing else is acceptable.

After foundation repair, I needed plumbing work done when the house failed a Hydrostatic test. Legacy Plumbing should have been my first call, but I went with one of the plumbing company recommendations from the foundation repair company. Big mistake. I had Legacy come in for a second opinion since I felt something was wrong. Thankfully they told me what was really the issue and fixed it. Never again will I make that mistake. Legacy Plumbing has been my go to plumbers for years, and will be so in the future. Mike was great! And so were the other plumbers from previous visits.
Having had negative experiences with plumbers in the past, called Legacy with hopes for something better. Wayne and Adam are not only better, but the best in my opinion and why I have already recommended Legacy to relatives and friends. I was overwhelmed by their enthusiasm and professional expertise. I had pipes freeze that burst in the wall. First they listened to my concerns relating to repairs, then answered all my questions and provided experienced professional advice and service all for a fair and honest price, well below what I had experienced in the past. I for one attest to their “Legacy of Integrity”…and sincerely appreciate it! I needed the gas grill in my outdoor kitchen coverted from propane to natural gas, as well as run a line and connect it to the gas stub. Legacy sent me a message prior to Sean (the plumber) arriving and Sean also called me. He arrived as promised, assessed the job and quickly completed the work. Sean was professional, friendly and left a clean worksite after he finished. I'll use Legacy Plumbing again.

Discovered a gas leak and had it shut off Monday evening. Johnny was out and had everything fixed by Tuesday afternoon—even though it was Thanksgiving week! The price I was quoted Tuesday morning is what we paid, Johnny was kind, friendly, efficient, and wonderful to work with, and by Wednesday afternoon city inspections were done, gas company was back, and Johnny returned to make sure all was well! We had an urgent need for some assistance with a hot water heater. We’ve had excellent service with Legacy Plumbing in the past and they once again did a fantastic job. Clifton helped with scheduling and Luis, who did the job, gave me a call later that day so that I could meet him in an efficient manner. He gave us excellent information as we considered the best plan for remedying the situation, and he completed the repairs in a timely fashion. We appreciate the professionalism of Legacy and their team members. We’ve used many plumbing services over the years, and we are grateful to finally find a reliable source for plumbing needs. Having used them for about 5 years, they have been excellent with every single visit and they also take care of our parents’ home now. Canon and Adam were here quickly to assess our needs and gave us a thorough and honest evaluation as well as explained everything that needed to be done to correct the problem. The excavation team run by Cristian Acerro was here quickly and took great care to move plants and minimize the impact to our landscape. They did an impressive job digging a tunnel under the house and filling it in once the repair was finished. The repair work was taken care of by Kelly and Adam, who did a wonderful job of repairing the break as well as improving the nearby pipes and connections near the affected area. Luis and his team from Legacy Plumbing did an excellent job to address a couple of issues. Luis and team were very professional, thorough and addressed all of our questions. I highly recommend them.
Last week our, age old water heater broke and we had to replace it. We were able to schedule an appointment with Legacy Plumbing for the next day, and they gave us a reasonable price estimate compared to other companies. Barry and Wayne came right on time. They were courteous, worked fast (about 2hrs) and clean (50 gal tank, above 2nd floor less than $1800). All in all an excellent and very professional experience. Thanks! We will come back!
Jose's quality workmanship and work ethic will have me calling and referring Legacy Plumbing when a plumbing issue arises in the future. We were faced with a difficult plumbing issue that two other companies had been out to assess. When rounds of clearing the blockage and hydro-jetting did not solve our issue, we opted to call Legacy to come out and assess the issue. Matthew was out on both calls and he approached the problem systematically. He found the blockage towards the front of the house and cleared it on the initial visit. The plan was to see how quickly it would block up again and then confirm the depth of the blockage from the front clean out. Less than 3 weeks later, we were clogged up again and Matthew was scheduled to return. The blockage was in the same location and the cause was an object in the main drain pipe. Matthew was able to move that object enough that he could extract it from the pipe. He took the time and effort to approach the problem in a manner no one else wanted to. His efforts on this problem will make us life-time Legacy Plumbing customers. I cannot thank Matthew, Joey, and Luke enough for their efforts on this repair.

My family gets wonderful service from Legacy Plumbing. Jeremy and Ahndre came to our home, quickly assessed issues with my kids' sinks and my bathtub faucet, and fixed them on the spot. We've gotten service from these gentlemen before on our toilets after last year's freeze, and it's great to know that we never have to call them back for the same problem.
I called Legacy plumbing for some minor repairs. The customer service from the initial phone call was great. Mike the technician called before arriving on time. We contacted Legacy Plumbing to replace 2 toilets. They sent us info on their equipment and pricing and, after our agreement, scheduled us for the following morning. Steven called at the beginning of our appointment window and said that he and Ahndre were on the way. Steven and Ahndre were very professional, both knowledgeable and polite. The install and cleanup was an easy experience for us and the pricing was comparable to others. Both Steven and Ahndre explained all of the process and took time to answer all of my questions. Johnny and Adam were both very professional, knowledgeable and friendly while they replaced our water heaters, fixed the PVR and also checked on a separate leak in our front yard. They were trustworthy and we won't hesitate to call them again should any more issues come up.

We had a constant issue with an upstairs sink. After 3 DIY tries to fix it, we finally called Legacy. Mike and Gerald came out and did a tremendous job, FINALLY resolving the complex sink apparatus (which somehow even connected into the AC line -- go figure!). I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for your plumbing needs. They recently installed a Rheem 50 gal electric water heater with a flood protection value. The water heater is located in a closet on the second story of our home so we wanted to mitigate the risk of unexpected flooding as much as possibe. From my initial call to the company for pricing to the actual installation, I couldn't have been more satisfied A professional crew from start to finish! Legacy Plumbing arrived on time and provided a call 30 minutes prior to their scheduled arrival. It proved to be a relatively quick and efficient installation despite our old water heater being difficult to remove because of heavy sediment. They protected the flooring where the installation took place and cleaned things up once completed. Lastly, Canon, the job supervisor, thoroughly reviewed the operation of the new water heater and answered our questions. We will definitely use this company again.

We had drain issues with our hvac system. Adam & Henry were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They discovered the problem that other plumbing companies had overlooked. Then took the time to go purchase extra parts to correctly fix the issue. Now we will not have future problems. Legacy is definitely the friendliest and the best.
I don't live in the area, but this company has helpful information on their website for homes dealing with slab leaks and foundation repairs. I called since I'm dealing with similar circumstances and they let me speak with their master plumber. The company took my information and the plumber called me back quickly to answer my questions. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them for service.

Legacy Plumbing is so much more than just a run of the mill plumbing company. They go the extra mile to satisfy their customers at a very reasonable price. My hot water tank had issues and they gave me tips over the phone on what to try to be sure it was out. They made sure I was up to code and left with everything clean. Very knowledgeable and extremely polite. They also give to their community with coats, clothing, food and whatever is needed. I don't think you could find anyone better.

I had an issue with no hot water throughout the whole house. I assumed that it was a water heater issue and assumed that I would need to replace the unit. Legacy Plumbing was able to come out the same day as I called. They gave me a 2 hour window and they actually were able to arrive a bit early! Mike and Alex were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. They diagnosed the issue quickly and resolved the issue in no time! Instead of trying to get me to replace the water heater right now, they visually inspected it and said that it looked to be in fairly good condition. They said that I did not need to replace it right now. They gave me a quote for replacing it in the future when I am ready to do that. Mike and Alex were awesome! Thank you again!!

Within 5 minutes I received a call back from Johnny who is one of their technicians. My pilot light had gone out and I didn't know how to repair. Johnny patiently walked me through the process of reigniting my pilot light over the phone. So so grateful for Johnny's and Legacy Plumbing's help! In both cases they were thorough, polite, informative, and (most important) they did excellent work. Last week I had them install a new faucet in my kitchen. This estimate was in line with quotes that I received elsewhere but I chose Legacy because of their excellent reviews and my past experience with them. Not only did they take care of the faucet installation but they fixed a problem with my dish washer (no water entering). Legacy Plumbing saved us from carbon monoxide poisoning. The shower diverter fix we called about was simple, but Sam was incredibly thorough and wanted to make sure everything was in working order afterward. He discovered that our hot water heater exhaust line had become disconnected and was venting CO2 straight into our home. My husband had been getting headaches and nauseous lately and the CO2 was probably why. I don't know when or if we would have discovered the dangerously disconnected vent if Sam hadn't been so thorough. Sam didn't try to upsell any services, but he may have ended up saving our lives.

I've used the same place for plumbing problems since 1996. I had a strangely unfixable problem in my house last November or so, and I felt like I should talk about it. My usual people came out to fix my downstairs plumbing problem: toilet was backing into the shower, no amount of plunging would help, and products from home depot didn't work. They told us what was wrong, gave an estimate, and we thought it was very high. Long story short we called Legacy Plumbing and all of my dreams came true. Great price, less invasive solution, and very professional yet fun people to deal with. I waited to give this review to make sure our problem had been fixed and I'm glad because I can honestly say that we've had no problems and I'm super happy with them. After all these years I'm changing companies for good. Yay me and good for them!

I just had a great experience with Legacy Plumbing which started with a call this past Saturday after submitting some info about a leak I had just learned about via their website. I wasn't expecting a call until Monday but received one just a couple of hours after reaching out, had an appointment scheduled for two days later, and received some great info on what I can do in the mean time which helped me feel better about the situation. Today William came out, communicated clearly and concisely, managed my expectations from when he would arrive (which was right on time), and reiterated the scenario assessment and cost which aligned with my call on Saturday. The work is top notch and completed quickly and efficiently. William even did a quick water heater safety check and made time to give me a few pointers which were valuable and answer questions I had of other plumbing considerations in the house. I work in customer experience - and don't write many reviews - but it's hard to not write one when you come across a group of people who take their craft personally and understand what it means to do a job well from communication to delivery. Cole and Alex did excellent work at my home. They were friendly and helpful and made sure I understood what was needed, I would definitely call on them again if I had a plumbing issue.
What can I say, being the first house with my wife we have been very new to this entire house repair and upkeep process. After having the company who originally maintained our water heater come out we were told that we needed a brand new one after the “plumber” looked at it for 5 seconds. We called legacy plumbing because of their very high ratings and decided to get a second opinion. After ACTUALLY looking at our water heater. Mike Collard arrived ahead of schedule which was greatly appreciated. He knew exactly what parts were necessary to plumb for the new pot filler water line. Quickly secured those parts from his well stocked Legacy Plumbing vehicle and in no time the fitting was installed exactly as requested. He even installed an extra brace so nothing would move. He then installed the two pieces needed to repair the shower (roller ball drain assembly and water diverter for tub/shower). Sean and Alex replaced our broken garbage disposal. They were on time and very attentive to the issue and additional plumbing issues we have had.
Great company, called to confirm appointment. Very professional well qualified and experienced plumber. Explained my options and cost before he started. After he ran the auger from my kitchen sink to the clean out in the front yard he ran a fiber optic camera and inspected the same distance to check my old cast iron 1980 pipe. Fortunately my pipe was in good shape. I will definitely use them again.

I recently had some other plumbing work done that did not look right to me. I called Legacy Plumbing to get a second opinion. The dispatcher had me send a picture so their plumber could take a look at the work. The dispatcher then followed back up with me to answer my questions. After that experience, I thought I would try them for my next job. I contacted them yesterday. They provided a quote (which was reasonable) over the phone and sent out Enoch that same day. Enoch was fantastic. He was courteous, answered all my questions, and best of all did a great job. He also asked if I wanted him to check any other plumbing items while he was there and left me with his business card should I have any future plumbing questions. All around good experience and I will use them again.
Mike and Steven did a great job with our point of source water pumps. One of the pumps didn't work when it was taken out of the box from the manufacturer, but because they're good plumbers they knew how to take it apart and fix it.Even though I know the principles behind 85% of each plumbing job, the guys at Legacy Plumbing get the job done right each time and save me the pain of figuring out the final 15% that I have no clue about.We also had Matthew Tygart from legacy plumbing out to fix our bathtub drain since the pipe was broken and spinning freely. Matthew ended up having to cut the drain out and did it expertly so that the tub has no nicks or dings. He took his time and did the job right.I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing and will be using them in the future.

Outstanding customer service from the first call when Vicky calmed my nerves and put me in touch with Theron who also was patient and kind when discussing how they would test and locate leaks under the foundation of my home. Then I had the absolute pleasure of Mike C. and Ahron completing the work. These guys are honest, professional, kind and fair. They completed the work in a timely manner and ensured everything was back to normal. Mike coordinated city permits. Oh man, where do I start? I know...at the beginning!We found a hot spot on our tile that felt like a heated floor. While our cat enjoyed the warmth, we researched and found that we may have a hot water line slab leak coming from our water heater.Legacy Plumbing came highly recommended by a co-worker that owns several rental homes. I submitted my online request and Thomas called me almost immediately, and then had me speak with Theron, Legacy's Master Plumber, who gave the complete rundown of what to expect, including pricing - best and worst case! Then Thomas scheduled me for Thursday but also explained that they'd do their best to get me in sooner - and the next morning, we were asked if we had time to get Legacy in to do the work!Our techs, Matthew and Jordan arrived on-time, were thorough and honest, and got straight to work! Even though we joked around a bit, these dudes were professional through and through and went above and beyond to make Legacy Plumbing a household name!We appreciate Legacy Plumbing for fitting us into their schedule so promptly, and for having friendly and knowledgeable staff throughout the process. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

Jose installed an ADA toilet for us in July. We were so pleased with it that we had him come back and install another ADA toilet in our guest bath.We have always been very satisfied with Legacy and more specifically with Jose. His workmanship is superb and he is a pleasure to work with. Jose is the consummate professional.
Matthew and team did a fantastic job diagnosing and quickly repairing a crack in our main sewer line that had allowed roots to get into the line and cause a backup. They had to dig down four feet or so in the middle of a landscaped area of our yard but when they were done we couldn't even tell that it had been dug up. I've used Legacy Plumbing exclusively for the past 9 years and have always had good experience. I'm sure they aren't the cheapest out there, but more often than not you get what you pay for.

Yesterday at 4pm Atmos turned off our gas. I called Legacy and was told that she could have someone here between 8-10 this morning. I said great and she provided a detailed estimate. Jose called at 750 and was here by 8. He was very professional and thorough. Put booties on every time he entered the house. When done he called Atmos who arrived in 10 minutes and restored service. WOW!

Two gentlemen from Legacy Plumbing came to my home today to install a new garbage disposal. Kelly and Dzenan did an excellent job. They were professional, courteous and very helpful. I will definitely recommend them to others and call them when I have any more plumbing needs.
LP does a good job however they are too expensive. Once the job is done you can’t say anything. Replacing an outdoor faucet almost $300. 1/2 hr.
Connecting a pool heater almost $400. Less than an hour. There was no estimate during the initial call.

I just had Legacy Plumbing come out to replace an external hose bib. Dzenan and Sam came out and did an excellent job. They were super efficient, the work was superb, and they left the work area looking better than it did when they arrived. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing. We had a great experience with them from start to finish. Canon and Jordan were extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, punctual, and left our house cleaner then it was when they arrived. They took great care and patience to explain different options. They were able to troubleshoot and repair a difficult shower leak and save us from what might have been some very costly special order replacement parts (and would have delayed the repair). While they were here, they noticed a slight gas leak from our water heater that we were unaware of, and they took care of that as well. I had the pleasure of having Wayne and Branden repair a hot water leak in my slab. Wayne was dispatched to my home and was able to diagnose my problem and detect where this leak was in my slab. Wayne an Branden returned to repair and reroute the pipes, he went from the outside of my brick with minimal damage to my home with the best reroute, not only are Wayne and Branden knowledgeable in their profession but you can see their passion for their job paying close attention to details. My husband and I were pleased at the outcome we became Legacy Gold Plan Members I will refer them to my family and friends.
Not sure where to even begin this review as from the moment I called to inquire about the water sound in my wall to the moment the project was finished, it was a great experience. Upon first calling, my call was returned by the owner, Theron Young. He actually asked me a series of questions on what the sound could be in an effort to try and save me money from a service call. Once he thought it may be a slab leak, he helped schedule the appointment.Canon and Alex came to the house to conduct some testing and concluded it was indeed a slab leak. Something no homeowner really wants to hear, however these two professionals assured me they could handle the job and stated they would have me up and running in no time. My wife and I were leaving town the next day so they advised me to leave the water turned off. We scheduled them to come back and fix the leak upon our return. They were prompt, extremely professional and kept me informed with each step they took. Now here's what was so amazing; these two men were so courteous, helpful in explaining things, cleaned up after themselves and were so friendly - I felt like I had known them for years.Having been a homeowner for over 35 years, I have had several companies and service providers in and out of my homes. Never have I experienced such a high I Care factor than from Canon and Alex. I even joined their Gold program as I want these guys back to ensure other areas of my plumbing is properly maintained. I have been using Legacy for several years and they have always been very punctual and professional. I had Enoch & Gerald out today for a water heater issue. Not only were they done super quick but also helped with an additional minor issue as a courtesy. Great company to do business with from start to finish.
Cole did an outstanding job. He was very professional and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. What really impressed me about Legacy was the entire operation. When I called to book an appointment they let me know they didn't have availability until the next day. When I indicated I really needed a fix the same day, they understood and suggested I call other plumbers and gave me a price range that would be reasonable for my issue so I'd know if I was getting a good deal. I decided to book with them regardless of the wait. Then they had a cancellation and moved me up. They called to confirm it would be ok. Then they sent me a link to a picture and profile of the plumber who would be making my repair. The entire operation was super professional. This is the best experience I've ever had with a plumber! Highly recommended!

Had my first experience with Luke from Legacy Plumbing and their staff and am very glad I decided to go with Legacy!! Luke's professional and most excellent faucet install is bar none. Luke is kind, honest and I could not have asked for a better representative. Luke cleaned away the debris from the previous faucet before installing the new faucet and cleaned out the water box in front of the house where the water shut off is. This company is amazing! I had no idea this type of customer service existed. Here's the Reader's Digest version: I've had a smell in my shower and kitchen sink for years. I've had two plumbers from other companies come to my house, tell me they smell nothing, take my money, and wave on their way out the door. I call Legacy Plumbing today, their amazing master plumber, Theron, tells me to try a few things before paying them to come out. I'll admit, I thought he was crazy the things he told me to try. That being said, it worked! Unbelievable! These folks have my business as long as I'm alive and residing in their service area. Thank you Legacy Plumbing.
We had a pipe between our house and meter burst. Sam and Steven were super professional and walked us through the whole process as well as several alternative solutions. They communicated well throughout the whole repair. The team also did a great job of re-laying all of the grass in the front yard after digging a trench for a new line.
Alex and Luis installed a new disposal and new faucet at my yesterday. They both were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Luis gave me several hits and suggestions to improve my system. I was very satisfied. They even gave some healthy treats to my dog! I will definitely continue to call Legacy Plumbing when needed.

Legacy Plumbing has taken care of all our plumbing needs for the last 5 plus years. Their knowledge of diagnosing problems is without compare.Recently Cannon and Alex arrived at our home to investigate a problem with the hot water heaters not putting out enough hot water when we first turned on the faucets . Luckily, the problem was not the heaters, but one of the tee lines for our circulator was clogged and had to be replaced. It took literaly about 5 minutes to correctly diagnose the problem. Compared to a possible failure of one or both of the water heaters, this was a great day for us.I can only imagine if we had used a shady plumbing company what the outcome would have been.We would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing.

The guys went above and beyond to make sure everything was working at our house!
over $800.00 to install 2 customer provided new toilets plus $50.00 just to show up??...their prices are stupid...seem nice on the phone, that's because they know they're getting ready to bend you over...unreal...literally a 10 minute job, at the most, for any plumber...call your local handyman instead...and if you just want the internal parts replaced...$275 per toilet plus $50...a complete new toilet only costs about $150.00 depending on brand...they are screaming go somewhere else...and if they reply, it will just be to say that they care about their customers, blah blah blah...lets see how long it takes for this review to get scrubbed.Reply to your reply...my post was about your absurd prices....almost $900.00 for a about 1 hour (at the most) of work...ridiculous...wrap it in whatever excuses you want...people with Masters degrees in engineering don't charge your prices.

Had a clog problem with the AC drain line which caused overflowing of a sink. Jose Cuellar Jr fixed everything in 1 hour, for a reasonable price. Had 2 other plumbers from 2 different businesses assessing the issue prior to contacting Legacy Plumbing. They did not know what they were doing. I wish I called Legacy Plumbing right away! Highly recommended!

I called for repairing a hot water slab leak problem in my house, the office person and the owner / plumbing masters returned my call on time, and set up the service day easily. I could feel their listening to me and understanding my descriptions so well, so I decided to get service from this company. I am so glad I made this great choice!On the service day (3/30/2021 morning), master Wayne and Adam came to my home on time, and gave me a call ahead of their arrival. They are so great!!! Wayne has so much experiences in the field of plumbing, and he patiently listened to me, carefully and efficiently diagnosed the problem, and quickly found out the leaked hot water line. They did not waste any time; they explained everything to me, then they started rerouting the hot water line right away. Adam worked so hard during this service time, and he did a great job! Wayne and Adam co-operated so well, and so everything could be done fast and in a great way!!! The slab leak problem got resolved so well and fast; and they cleaned up job site so well! Our family is very satisfied! Shout out to Enoch, James and Luis who have all come and fixed my plumbing when broken turn off valves left us in an urgent situation. They were really quick to be worked in on the fly and fix the same situation on 2 different occasions, one of which was right at closing time. I had a slab leak and knew this wasn't going to be a fun fix. I had called a few plumbers and Legacy gave be the best feeling, plan forward and pricing. I was really impressed many times throughout the process.When I scheduled my appointment, the master plumber walked me through the likely options to fix along with their level of destruction, likelihood based on his experience, and costs to expect. Most plumbers I have ever called will not give any sort of quotes on the phone. I appreciate them being forthcoming.I had an 8-10 am service window. Mike called me 25 mins before he would arrive. He arrived shortly after 8 with Branden. I really appreciated that they were wearing masks during this covid-19 time.After a couple hours and testing the pressure of various lines, they had found the leak. They presented me with the options to fix. They got back to work and got it fixed.Mike and Branden did great while minimizing the damage to my house! I have attached photos below. At the end, they even cleaned up the mess they made. Great job and will definitely use Legacy again!Also when I see 4.9 or 5 stars on google reviews, the company (cough some car dealer in mckinney) will often bribe or offer a discount for services. I was not bribed or given any discount for this review. I was just asked if I would leave a review at the end of my leak repair.

Alex Maxwell was truly wonderful to work with, he took all the necessary time to analyze the problem I was having with my toilet. Once he presented all the options & suggested the best solution, we both agreed it was the path to take. I have always been happy with the work done by Legacy Plumbing. Today Kelly and Branden came to fix the flange connector to the sewer line for one of my toilets. It required jack-hammering out some concrete around the base so a new fitting could be welded to the existing drain. Kelly said it was more difficult than he had anticipated, but was able to do the work successfully, and in a short amount of time. It was especially important because we just had new flooring installed throughout the house, and we didn't want to have to take up the bathroom floor to get to the existing drain line. Kelly did the work within the footprint of the toilet, and we didn't have to take up any of the new floor. Both he and Branden were a pleasure to work with. I have used Legacy Plumbing for all my major plumbing repairs that my Home Warranty will not cover, and will continue to do so. Thanks guys!

Wayne and Alex did an amazing job repairing a slab leak. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and customer-service oriented. Their process to locate the leak and subsequent assessments were very thorough, and we never felt like they were in a rush to get to the next job. They walked us through the options for repair and were transparent about pricing and other considerations. It was obvious from the start that they were dedicated to solving the problem (vs. selling work) and so we trusted them immediately. I have called Legacy Plumbing twice in the last year or so, and they were very prompt with scheduling and showing up for the appointments, as well as very professional and courteous during the visits. On the most recent visit, the gentleman even offered to give my water heater a quick complimentary check-up and advised on how to replace a toilet part that is probably about to go out. And there were no surprise charges or fees. In fact, the job (remounting a loose & leaking garbage disposal) was actually done for less than the estimate given when scheduling (didn't take as long as expected).

They saved our house! We are first time homeowners (we've only been in the house for 2 months) and we already found a leak. Wayne and Alex came right on time. I explained the situation and within 15mins found the source of the problem. Wayne explained to me the history of the construction that the homes in The Colony were built in. He showed me exactly where the leak was, how he was going to fix it, and gave further recommendations to prevent additional issues. Both him and Alex were honest and timely in fixing the problem. Mike Collard and Dzenan came out promptly to fix a leak in our gas line. The coldest weather of the year was coming in, so we were really hoping to get the service restored quickly. The guys not only got it repaired quickly, but were able to contact the inspector directly and he was able to come out immediately. Everything was done correctly, cleanly and professionally. We couldn't be happier with the service that we received from Legacy Plumbing!

We had an estimate from a different plumber, that was going to be more invasive work and cost more. I was very pleased that Jeremy took the time do an accurate diagnostic of what really needed to be done. It was less damage to our house, faster than expected, and cost significantly less than what we had previously been told. Legacy Plumbing will definitely be the first plumbers we call from now on. I've already referred them to two people in the area that were looking for a plumber.When we ran the washer for the first time in our new home, water flooded into our master bathroom and caused the old brass flange to come of the toilet. The first plumber said he would need to jackhammer the floor and replace the lead bend, and didn't even check our pipes. Another plumber said the first one was a good deal because he would charge more, and to go with it.Thankfully I made one more call to Legacy Plumbing. They scoped the main line and found a clog. Cleaned it out, and ran a camera to verify the pipes are good now. Then when he replaced the flange, he did not have to jackhammer the floor or replace the lead bend. All told, it cost less than half of our first estimate that was a good deal. We're very happy with Legacy Plumbing and will definitely call them again.

Had a clogged drain that was backing up into our kitchen and half bath. Called Legacy and they could not have been any nicer. Got me on the schedule the next business day and on the day of service, I got a call saying the plumber had finished a job early and asked if they could start my job early. Wayne and Branden arrived shortly later and were able to clear the drain no problem. It took them a little more than they expected, but the price quoted at the beginning of the job was the price I was charged. This is a fantastic company and Wayne and Branden were not only knowledgeable and professional, they were cordial and even gave me tips on how to prevent other plumbing issues from occurring in the future. I would highly recommend Legacy and will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Legacy has been our go-to plumbing service since we moved to the area a little over 2 years ago. They’ve been out to our place several times, and have always been professional and HONEST. Very very happy with this company!! I initially called wanting an estimate for someone to come out and evaluate my hot water heater. I was having issues with an inflated gas bill. After asking some probing questions to dispatch, he offered to have a plumber call me back to field some of the questions. A few minutes later, I got a call from Theron, and we had a wonderful conversation which was so informative and helpful. I didn’t know at the time he was the owner/CEO! I am most impressed that he took the time to call me and demonstrate so much patience with me on the phone, especially being a first-time customer. Thank you, Theron. My expectations continued to be exceeded when Wayne and his apprentice Mitchell paid a visit to my house. They came out to assess my somewhat complicated situation. I thought I had a slab leak but it turned out to be something else causing my issue. They ended up needing to perform quite a bit of diagnostic testing and were very thorough in their approach. Wayne explained everything to me along the way and I learned SO MUCH that day! He was generous with his immense knowledge! While on site, they replaced 2 of my outdoor faucets, gave me some great tips, and provided me a quote for another potential project. So thankful for this duo and the Legacy Plumbing name.

Dealing with Legacy is like going to Disneyworld. It's not cheap but it's great value for money.We had Enoch come out to fix a leak in the water pipe coming into the house. He ended up to his waist in a NYC hole covered in mud. He put in a phenomenal amout of work shifting that heavy North Texas gumbo. He did all the work at the price quoted. Afterwards, he did a fabulous job cleaning up.We couldn't have asked for more, highly recommended

It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Legacy Plumbing! They were very responsive and professional. They arrived on time to our home and they were all suited up to not only meet, but they exceed the precautionary rules set in place for Covid.Enoch and Aarin, were very friendly and kind. Enoch and Aarin took time and detail to trouble shoot what our issue was with our leak in our home, then give us options for the repair. Once the job was completed, Enoch made sure to give us a tour of what they had fixed and how well the water now flowed. Plumber you can count on. We bought a big house that had been vacant for over 2 years. Immediately things started breaking down on move in. We made the mistake of starting service with a different plumber that also had good yelp reviews and slightly better pricing ....what a mistake. After many problems I called Legacy West back out. I need quality work from someone that actually knows what they are doing that doesn’t trash my house and Kelley and Gerald deliver. They are professional, knowledgeable, clean and quick. It is a relief to know I can pick up the phone and reach Kelley the guy that knows about my house at any time and cares about it. Called him early on a Saturday morning and his friendly wife answered and had him call me back in less than 5 minutes. If you are looking for a good plumber that you can count on even with emergencies that respects your home and cleans up after themselves and guarantees their work this is it.Definitely recommend.

We had a badly clogged kitchen drain. I disassembled the pipes under the sink and still could not unclog the drain. Kelly & Alex came out on very short notice and had the problem solved in about an hour. Great work at a fair price. I will be using them again for sure.
Jeremy & Joey were fantastic today resolving our blockage issue in the master bath, and then tackled a running toilet issue in our guest bath. Even gave recommendations for another issue we noticed. We have been looking for a plumber that we can rely on and I believe we found our match. They took a stressful situation and made it a seamless experience… doesn’t get any better than that. This is the third time I had interaction with Legacy Plumbing. The first time, 2 years ago, Kerry helped me with a burst pipe, and he was professional and efficient, and I know the quote to me was fair. So in my mind I know I like Legacy Plumbing. The second time, I called their office 3 months ago hoping to make an appointment. After saying what I needed help with, the lady who answered me suggested that the shut-off valve might be a push/pull and to try it first, and she was right! That reinforced my thinking that Legacy Plumbing is a great company. Today Matthew came to the house to address what I need. It turned out to be a bigger job, and he had Kerry and Gerald come to my house so the work will be finished faster. I am very happy with the work they did, and the phase they did it. And I really felt at ease with Matthew immediately, and that is important to me.

I am a senior with serious underlying conditions. Last week ,I had Legacy Plumbing to my home for some needed repairs. They did an excellent job on the repairs and their price was very reasonable.I was even more impressed on the safety measures they took. Mask, gloves and booties as they entered. The tech went out of his way to touch only the items he was repairing and kept his distance from me.Excellent performance all around.
So happy that Legacy Plumbing could help me right away. It is horrible to have no water! Sam and another very nice man came that morning and gave me my options, explaining everything. They were very professional, yet personal. Thank you so much for helping us get it back on again so quickly.

Our experience with Cole and Kameron regarding the recent installation of our hot water heater was fantastic. We had a challenge with space available in our attic, upgrading from a 30 gallon to a 50 gallon hot water heater, and they came up with a great solution. I highly suggest Legacy Plumbing! Kelly and Alex (hoping I got the names right - new mom brain 🤦♀️) came out and were so helpful. They looked at ever problem area, came up with a game plan and then went over all of it with me before beginning any fixes. They didn’t pressure me to fix it all and let me choose the services I could do right now. They were both so very informative, kind and helpful.They have a lifetime costumer out of me!
This is the second time I used Legacy plumbing, their plumbers are knowledgable, professional, and will not upsell of unnecessary service like others. Luis arrived on time and replaced my water heater, keeping everything clean and make sure it is installed in compliance with the code. Wayne replaced the freeze vulnerable copper pipe and bursted in the past with pex, installed a drain valve in the garage. I am now comfortable they are safe and not have to worry about unexpected water damage.
Legacy Plumbing provided professional and great customer service from the initial service call handled by Carmi until water heater was replaced by Technicians.Canon and Adam were professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain observations and assessments, making sure we were aware of the situation.We did have a follow up service call the next morning. Matthew and Henry were incredibly professional. Legacy plumbing chose to send Matthew who is one of their seasoned technician, as one of the issues we had was with (lack of) hot water plumbing in certain units !! So a) I appreciated they identified that this issue if not diagnosed correctly could potentially add up on cost and b) LP is transparent, honest, and not out to make a quick buck instead they are clearly in it for the long haul. They diagnose and present all options and scenarios and let you make the decision that best serves your need.
Legacy was very easy to work with. They were accommodating with scheduling, called to confirm the day before and when they were on their way. We had Canon and Alex and they were both friendly and professional. They found the problem quickly and fixed it without any hassle. I would highly recommend them! They did a great job!
Enoch was so thorough and very knowledgeable. He did a great job replacing a master bathroom toilet. He was informative and happy to answer any questions I had. I received a lot of bids and different opinions about repairing a hot water leak in my slab. I couldn’t decide if I wanted to go through the concrete, tunnel under the house or reroute. I decided with a reroute and chose Legacy Plumbing after discussing the details of the job with the master plumber. My scheduled repair was 3 days from booking and was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call the day before my appointment that they had an available crew to come after finishing a job early that day.I couldn’t be more happy with Wayne and Jake! Legacy Plumbing is a reliable and professional company that I have used several times. Johnny explains everything, is very knowledgeable, and puts on blue booties every time he comes into my house. I bought the Gold Plan to have an annual inspection. Someone called me before the plan expired to schedule an appointment which was very honest. I would have forgotten. This company provides excellent customer service which is becoming rare these days.
Update: I received a call from their customer service, very next day and they sorted out the issue. I am really impressed by the focus on their reputation. As I said the issue I had was with the communication and not the service.Their service was good, but they told me that if a service is performed they don't charge the service call charge but when when they came they told me that I have to pay. Won't use them again.

My parents' bathroom had low hot water pressure and they were given a doomsday quote a few years back by another company, so they decided to just deal with it. I called Legacy to ask their opinion and they gave me a simple explanation and a straightforward quote.The technician, Cole Ewton, came out and was personable and professional and kept my parents informed of what he was doing at each step. He replaced the necessary parts in no time, found old soldered debris from a previous job and flushed out the line, and just did a really thorough job.It could not have been a better experience--my parents had resigned themselves to having low hot water pressure for good but thanks to Legacy, they no longer have to endure this frustration.It's so reassuring to know that my parents have a reliable plumbing service to turn to now. Scheduling was super quick and easy, and Cole and Alex were great!! Not only did they repair the issues we brought them out for, but they surpassed all my expectations. We just bought our first house, and they went above and beyond by giving me pointers on how to properly maintain things like the water heater, garbage disposal, etc. Alex even cleaned the hard water corrosion off a shower head between tasks for me. We had hot/cold water taps replaced about a week ago. Kelly and Jordan were incredibly professional and treated our home with more respect than any contractors I have ever worked with. They did an amazing job with installation and everything looks perfect. Their attention to detail is abundantly clear in their work. I’d also like to add that their level of service and trustworthiness made me feel comfortable enough to not have to be present. It’s a weird world out there and I don’t usually allow contractors alone in the house with my wife. This will never be an issue with Kelly and Jordan. I would like to personally thank them for giving me that comfort.

Canon and Aarin from Legacy Plumbing were terrific! I recommend Legacy Plumbing without reservations. Today’s positive experience is an example of what I’ve come to expect from Canon and The Legacy Plumbing team.Today they went the extra mile to deal with a challenging tub faucet leak. Their persistence and willingness to troubleshoot the problem saved me from having to disassemble a marble waterfall tub deck and side. Without their creativity we would have had to go with a more traditional solution which would have cost thousands, required days, and been a nightmare.

I have used Legacy Plumbing for a few minor plumbing issues. They have always been polite and personal every time. I recently had them remove a broken toilet (new one to be installed by them after reconstruction is done) and install a brand new garbage disposal (one that I provided) in our kitchen. It stopped working after only a few short months. Theron walked me through it on the phone and we were able to fix it in about 5 minutes and without replacing it or them coming out (and it was FREE!). Thank you so much, Theron! I contacted Legacy Plumbing to help detect a water leak which spiked our Water Bill. The master plumber gave a detailed walkthrough of their process and dispatched their plumbers right away. Kelly and Gerald were awesome. They did a thorough inspection and detected the leak within an hour and also gave a few tips to fix the leak myself. Wayne and Hubert were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was informed every step of the way. Unlike other companies I’ve used in the past, there were no upsells or pressure to do more than what was necessary. However, in addition to the primary source of our leak, they discovered two other smaller leaks that would have turned into major issues at some point and time. I asked them to come in check gas leak, the person came in looks and talks professionally. He helped checking the gas pipe to a furnace. I did not expect it took him over 2 hours to check leak on a 2 feet pipe. The final charge was $350 +- and all I got was him saying the pipe is fine, the furnace itslef maybe leaking and plumber can not check that.I could check pipe leak using soap water in few minutes myself, not sure why it took him that long.Anyways, we paid that but picked another company for our water heater vent work instead.

They are good about calling you 30mins prior to coming so you can plan accordinglyEnoch was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly with my options for my leak from the house. There was a lot of work he had to do in a difficult situation due the amount of mud and water but he was able to put everything back looking like it it prior even though he had to dig a 3 ft hole! He even spread the mulch back to ensure that everything looked great before he left.Price was fair as he was at our house for almost 6 hours and there was a lot of work he had to do.We would definitely call them again.

Very prompt on scheduled arrival time, our technician Sean was so friendly. He had to replace a wax ring and flange and after removing the toilet there were more issues. Previous installers had not done it correctly, and he went above and beyond to make sure it was repaired, filled in and done the right way. He also replaced both shut off valves (which were badly corroded) for the bathrooms in the same visit. Also gave me a heads up on replacing our water heater in the next 1-2 yrs. Very fair pricing, quote given before any work was done, even appointment scheduling was done efficiently to not conflict with later appointments. Highly recommend.

I've used Legacy Plumbing multiple times over the past few years and have had nothing but positive experiences. It starts with the person fielding my call and scheduling the appointment and continues right up to the time they leave my home. Today I called at 7:30 a.m. Wayne and Aaron called ahead of time and were knocking on my door at 10:30. Both were friendly and professional. They addressed all my questions, made the repairs and provocatively offered information to help me troubleshoot similar issues in the future.
Great experience from start to finish. I needed a valve replaced under my kitchen sink to accommodate a new dishwasher. I called, they set an appointment, the tech communicated his arrival and showed up exactly as promised. The job was performed quickly and neatly. We've used Legacy Plumbing both to replace broken streetside sewer risers (2018) and a water heater(2020). Sean Reecer completed both projects and he is absolutely awesome! He answered any questions we had and also instructed us on how to flush our new water heater. We recommend both Sean and Legacy Plumbing for any needed repairs!
Let me start with I have been a repeat legacy plumbing customer for years. I contacted thomas last week to set up an appointment to have two toilets replaced and found out they were scheduling out in Dec. He advised we would be put on cancellation list and a couple of days later I got a call and moved appointment up to today. Stephen called and said he and his partner, andre would be here in 10 minutes.. guess what they were. Stephen and Andre got right to work, listened to the things we needed done and started. They took the time to explain things which could have potentially been a hazard in our house with the hot water heater. They fixed the issue and installed two toilets due to age. Took time to show how to put in new flappers when needed and how to prevent slow drain from air conditioner to sink. To top it off they helped me save money, when does that happen? Andre and stephen were professional and did great work. Will ask for them again when need in future.

I had Legacy Plumbing install a water heater for me. A part went bad, they came out and fixed it under warranty for free. No charge for the service call, prompt service and speedy repair. I'd recommend them to my Real Estate Clients in the North DFW area.
I'm pleased to recommend Legacy Plumbing. They worked on a few things with me, so it probably wasn't a typical visit. Answered many questions and helped me make sense of what was going on. I can’t say enough positive things about Legacy plumbing! We had the unfortunate experience of having a slab leak and had quotes and advice on how to proceed from multiple companies and even a plumbing specialist that insurance sent out. Not a single company or even the so called specialist was able to come up with the solution offered to us by Wayne with Legacy. Wayne’s solution was the best long term for our home as well as the least invasive, least destructive and most affordable option. Wayne took the time to really listen to us and understand what we wanted long term for our home as we don’t plan on moving anytime soon. Wayne, Brandon, Mike, and Dzenan all worked together to get the job done as well as repair another problem Benjamin Franklin plumbing left us with. I will never call another plumbing company again. Wayne, Mike, Branden, & Dzenan are masters at their craft! And the icing on the cake was they cleaned everything up too and left no mess behind! I highly recommend Legacy and these guys!

After 5 plumbers over 17 years who told me that they could not repair my kitchen hot water, I had given up. I resigned myself that no hot water would ever be available from my kitchen faucet (even with a new faucet). My husband called Legacy Plumbing and Kelly McMinn arrived. Kelly opened up the wall in my recycling drawer area to find the problem. Kelly solved the 17 year old unsolvable plumbing issue. Now we have hot water at our kitchen sink!Kelly explained every step and proceeded with our agreement. I have used Legacy Plumbing in the past at a previous house that I sold. A complete redo of the sewer line. I was impressed with their quality of work and their professionalism.Fast forward 4 years.I once again summon Legacy Plumbing for my parent's house for the same issue. A complete redo of the sewer lines. lol. Yay me! I had our foundation done at the house and for the warranty to be effective, I had to get a passing grade on both fresh water and the sewer line. My sewer line fail the test and Cole quickly got to work. The whole project took about 3 days. That is without the excavation team digging and tunneling, that took 2 days. Cole kept me up to date on every process and findings while I was at work. He worked on our schedule, which is great. I don't think a lot of people would do that. Very thoroughly along every step of the way and I'm happy with the quality of work.I did get quotes with a couple of companies and Legacy Plumbing is priced competitively.I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing.

Enoch was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. Most importantly, he was able to clear the food debris from the garbage disposal which stopped the blades and got it running again. He was even able to fix a toilet flush handle on one of our toilets in our bathroom (that another company installed, but cut the chain too short). We had Cole out the other day to replace a kitchen faucet, fix a toilet, and look at our kids bathroom tub faucet. The kitchen was a simple replace. We’ve had problems with the toilet since we removed tile and kept the concrete floors. We’ve had 2 other plumbers out and the toilet still wobbled because of the different flooring. Cole fixed it! He also told us a less expensive fix for the kids bath and I appreciated that! Legacy is now in my contacts as our plumber.

We called Legacy Plumbing on a recommendation of a neighbor to fix a broken toilet flange. They replaced it in a timely manner and also installed a new kitchen faucet. We will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs
Alex and Tyler showed up on time and did quick work on this job. Replacing the water shutoff valve is not a simple task, considering the chore of digging up the surrounding gumbo soil we have. We were amazed how fast they worked and they left the area so clean that you wouldn't know they were here. They pleasantly explained what they were doing and answered all of our questions. I would certainly use them again.
Had some slow drains as well as a toilet that was running (we caught it). The gents from Legacy came out as scheduled and provided a clear overview of costs and what they needed to do. Megan - their scheduler- was great. She was able to send someone out within an hour of when I called. Mike and Steven - technicians- heard my situation and evaluated my drain. Turns out my main line needed to be cleaned out. Steven showed me where my clean out pipes were and showed me how to turn off my water in case of an emergency. They explained my guest room bathroom issues and even gave additional information about water heater replacement, in case needed for the future. I had a wonderful experience with Legacy Plumbing when they replaced two of my outdoor faucets! A different plumbing company previously looked at the faucets and told me I would have to break into my brick exterior walls to replace both of them. Legacy was able to fix one of the faucets without doing this, saving me tons of money! Jeremy and Brandon were on time, friendly, and professional. They got the job done quickly and my faucets and exterior brick are as good as new. Best plumbers I’ve found!

Chose Legacy Plumbing to come out to my house to evaluate several items that needed repair or maintenance. Scheduling was easy and they even spoke to me before coming out to consult on pricing and what my expectations for with regard to what I needed done. I had Luis Mena come out to my house. He evaluated everything on my list and gave me recommendations. I did not feel like there was any upsell. He was quite genuine and helpful in explaining everything to me. The work that Luis performed was top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for Luis again when I need help from Legacy Plumbing.

I have been a loyal Legacy plumbing customer since 2014. Although this is my first review I have had the pleasure of speaking highly of them at several points over the last five years. Whether it being scheduling emergency plumbing work before boarding a plane overseas , or just having them come in to change a valve in the shower; they always make us seem like it’ll be OK. And this is not just the professional scheduling personnel in the office, but also their field techs. And I’m not talking about just one person!!! It’s the whole lot of them: Johnny, Erick, Danny, Sam… Yes they’re local and they make you feel like they’re local. Like Frisco used to be 20 years ago when we moved here!!! Wow, Luke Adair was amazing! We had a water leak somewhere by the water meter at the street. Legacy sent Luke before any other plumbing company could. This was our first experience with Legacy and Luke was covered head to toe in mud and explained every little thing to me. He has such a great calming demeanor since I was so stressed out about the this. The cost was also great since I talked to several neighbors who had bad experiences and outrageous bills. We had a leak in a pipe inside one of our walls. The technician was able to locate it and fix it with minimal wall cutting. He was friendly and left the place cleaner than when he got there. Not going to lie that the price tag hurts, but that is just part of owning a home. Legacy did offer a discount for donating canned goods which was nice. Helps me and those in need.
The Legacy team was able to come out the same day at our request when our hot water heater went out. They accessed the issue and had everything insulted in an amazingly quick time frame. I absolutely love Legacy Plumbing! They are prompt, always come during the agreed timeframe and do their best to work with you during an emergency like when my hot water heater burst. I've used them for backed up drains, replacement of washer valves, hot water heater and toilets. They are my go too because theyhave the best and technicians on the planet like Kelly McGinn and Aarin who came out to handle my issue today. He was so helpful. Had Legacy come out to do a faucet repair at our home. Canon was very professional and completed the repair in short order. He also took the time to explain a few things that I had no idea about concerning our water heaters. He never tried to sell me anything and explained how I could do it on my own to save money. He even took the time to explain some things about how to protect the house from the extreme cold we will have this weekend. Very professional and knowledgeable. Wayne Pierce with Legacy Plumbing is a true professional who knows exactly what he is doing. We had a slab leak that quadrupled our water bill. The first plumber wanted to jackhammer our bathroom floor. The second wanted to dig a tunnel under our foundation. Our third (Wayne) took the time to fully understand and identify the problem, and he capped off the leaky pipe at its source (near our water heater). He saved us time, money, and a whole lot of aggravation.We will not hesitate to use Legacy Plumbing in the future and have already highly recommended Wayne Pierce to our friends.

I had standing water for a period of time outside my house. I called another plumber who wanted $3,000 just to fix some things outside and diagnose the problem. That didn’t sound right to me so I called Legacy based on their reputation. I had them scheduled for a Monday. The Thursday prior, however, the water moved inside! Legacy got someone out quickly - first thing Friday - so I was only without water 24 hours. Enoch came in, quickly diagnosed my problem when others could not, and fixed what turned out to be a slab leak from poor plumbing work done during a remodel. It entailed two days of work going through tile and concrete. James was his assistant the second day. They were professional, did solid work, cleaned up after themselves (it was a muddy project) and also recommended other things they saw for future to bring my house up to standards. I will only use Legacy Plumbing from this point forward. And, I’m a Realtor so I will also refer them.

I had a hot water slab leak that Mike and Ahndre were able to so effectively and efficiently fix the day before Thanksgiving. I had originally had one plumber from another company come out to investigate and was given two fixes for this issue: either break through the kitchen wooden floors/foundation to fix the pipe or run a new pipe through the attic. Mike and Ahndre were able to provide a third solution by running a slightly smaller pipe through the current pipe for nearly a third of the price of the other solutions provided by the other plumbing company without any additional cost to damages. Additionally, they were able to fix other issues in my home such as provided a water pan under my water heater and the leaky pipes under the kitchen sink without being asked to. I was so impressed with their work and value that I will no doubt recommend them to anyone I know who needs a plumber or any other future work I may have.

I had a hot water line leak under the slab. Matthew at Legacy Plumbing did an excellent job on the repair rerouting the line. The entire process from the initial call to work completion was smooth and efficient with no friction at all. Pleasant personalities, friendly and they took however much time we needed to answer all the questions we had. They were also the most reasonably priced compared to 2 other plumbing companies that gave us an estimate and Legacy Plumbing made us feel the most comfortable. Take a look at their reviews. On time, priced right, good clean work and they keep you updated on the project with voicemails or text. Absolutely awesome. I had Mike and and Ahndre on my last job - it was a leak in the water main. The crew that had to dig up the water main line were great and Mike and Ahndre were right there when it was time to put the new line back in. They scheduled all of the inspections with the city and took care of everything so that the inspections were not a problem. Simply awesome. Wow! Legacy Plumbing went above and beyond on the replacement of our 13 year old hot water heaters. Kelly and Hubert took great care of us and were fast, professional, and efficient! They called and let us know they were on the way, they arrived on time and were very professional and helpful discussing the options and suggestions (including a flood protection sensor since it's on the second floor). They were careful when draining the old tanks, installing the new ones, handled all the paperwork for permits, and cleaned up when done. I also had a faucet that was sticking - Kelly took it apart, lubricated the cartridge, and it's as good as new - Even better, no additional charge for fixing it! I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing and will use them for any future plumbing need!

Mike is always so helpful! We always call Legacy when anything goes wrong. They are quick, efficient, and honest. We have three locations that are serviced by Legacy Plumbing only. Be sure to ask for Mike! He is very friendly and you can tell he has tons of experience. Mike came out last week to fix a small issue we were having, and he was nice enough to answer my question about the water in our master bathroom (bathtub). The water for some reason had been discolored, so we thought the faucet was rusting. He let me know the issue was to do with the hot water tank rusting - not the pipes. Turns out we were having the issue in both of our guest bedrooms also, but we hardly use those. We were able to get a hot water tank installed almost immediately. Now we have clean, RUST FREE water thanks to Mike and the team at Legacy Plumbing!!!

If I didn't inspect by crawling into the tunnel, they would fill back the soil without insulating the pipe.
Our 9 year old tank water heater stopped working, so I thought it was dead. Called Legacy for an estimate for a tankless water heater. Kelly and Mitchell came out. They offered to fix the old water heater, no charge beyond the $50 service call if it didn’t work. I happily agreed. They replaced the thermocouple and the old water heater is now working fine! They also provided a detailed estimate for the tankless water heater. Was so happy, had them also replace original 1972 leaky shower valves. The old valves had scale buildup and took effort to get off, they had the new valves on the truck, and the new valves work great. Both Kelly and Mitchell were polite, professional, and knowledgable. They patiently explained my options and costs and answered my questions. Could not have asked for a better experience!
Canon & Adam were life-savers. Great work, very professional and talked me thru everything they were doing. In addition, recommended some things I needed to do on my own (they could do it, but would charge a lot) that were pretty simple. Highest recommendation, great company.

Luke was amazing. Legacy was able to send someone out the same day I called. Luke advised me of my problem, explained it to me in terms I could understand, and left the course of treatment up to me and my budget. He even advised me of work I might need done in the future and quoted me for it, but didn't push me to have it done today. He even stayed to make sure the problem was completely finished instead of getting a temporary fix, taking my money, and then running out (which has happened before with other service people I've had out from other companies). He make extra sure to clean up after himself too. I cannot thank Luke and Legacy Plumbing enough. You have a lifetime customer.

We had Mike Collard out to our commercial site he was very knowledgeable and resolved our issue in a timely manner he spoke very highly of the company and seems to really love his job I would not hesitate to use Legacy Plumbing in the future.
Our very old water heater went out on a Friday and Legacy was the only company that could come out the same day a replace it. Otherwise, I would have had to go all weekend without hot water!Logan Gnerlich came at 4 pm and due to the deterioration of the water heater ended up staying 2 extra hours to make sure that everything was working correctly once it was installed. He also had to go purchase extra parts as ours were crumbling as he was taking it apart. The fact that he stayed until 8:30 on Friday night says a lot about the support he and Legacy give to make sure their customers are satisfied with their final purchase.
Sean and Hubert took it to the next level. They diagnosed quickly, clearly explained, and promptly performed the work. One of the best family run businesses and now a customer for life.

I have never had a service business come to my house that provided the level of expertise and professionalism that Legacy Plumbing has. Kelly and Gerald replaced a shut-off valve under my kitchen sink, checked a toilet and tightened the main water control to my house which they discovered was leaking. They provided upkeep recommendations for water heaters and garden hoses. I received a first-time customer discount and the final bill was, frankly, too low for all they checked out and repaired. There is a reason that so many customers give them five stars indicating that this is the only plumbing business you should call when in need. There was something quite special about the reverence these men had for their business owner. Obviously an owner who deeply cares about his/her clients and staff. It's Legacy Plumbing only for me in the future.

We've searched for years looking to find honest and reliable plumbers. These guys are great, all pricing is given upfront and no hidden surprises. They walk you through each step of the way on a repair to inform you of the potential outcomes. We used them at my parents house to fix a slab leak, we used them to replace our water heaters, gas leaks, and now faucet leaks. Canon is awesome...one of our seats inside the faucet was worn out and instead of having to open up a wall, he found an innovative way to pull out the worn seat = saves you lots of $. Do yourself a favor and avoid the guys that advertise on TV and go with plumbers that just provide honest service and have good reviews.
Canon and Steve were incredible! When someone busted my gas riser we had a big problem. Within a few hours of my first call to Legacy, Canon and Steve were on the job. They gave me a lot of confidence because they explained what they were doing and why. The process to get your gas fixed is complicated because of permits and needing to work with Atmos. Canon and Steve led me through it to a perfect finish. The job came in on target for cost even though we needed to fix a second leak on my rusted riser into the garage.We have a bunch of houses and I fix most stuff myself. When I need Plumbing help, these are the guys I will call every time. Hopefully I can get Canon and Steve again. Legacy is a top notch outfit and this experience proved it again. Excellent service! Jose Cuellar was on time, courteous, and got the job done right. I've been using Legacy Plumbing for many years and have always had great service. The prices are competitive and the work done is always explained in detail. If you need the job done right, this is definitely the company to go with!
I called them to ask about their options to fix an outdoor faucet. First of all, they were very prompt in responding to me via email, as well as offering suggestions to fix it myself. They could have well come over right away and charged me even if it was a simple fix, but they offered DIY advice first. That's a sign of a good company right there.When I reported back that I had tried everything they suggested and the problem remained, they set up an appointment on the same day, even adjusting the time to let me get back home from work in time.Luis come over on time. He was very friendly, very professional and explained to me everything that he was doing as he did it. He also gave me information and know-how on how to fix it by myself next time, if I wanted to. He also offered a complimentary inspection of my garbage disposal unit and my water heater. Good thing he did, because he found that the vent from my water heater to the roof vent was disconnected, and any escaping gas was being let into my attic. He gave me plenty of advice on what to do next.Awesome work, Luis, I wish there were more folks like you around that take ownership of the work they do.I think I just found my permanent plumbing guys !
Mike and Gerald from Legacy Plumbing removed my old water heaters, installed new ones, tested the system making sure all bathrooms and kitchen worked smoothly. They were very courteous, professional and their customer service was outstanding. As a result of their professionalism I wasn’t without water for a very long time. They cleaned up after themselves (much better than I could have). I did purchase their maintenance plan which gives me a great sense of peace of mind. I also feel like I paid a fair price for the work and products. This is my go to Plumbing Co. and I will highly recommend the company to everyone.

Mike was awesome. We got another quote before calling legacy. They wanted $30k, and they weren't even able to definitively able to locate the issue. Mike was able to figure out exactly what was wrong and could do it for $5k. The best part is is that half the work was easy enough for me , so when it comes time to do the other half Legacy is getting my business for sure.

Legacy Plumbing is a very professional company. On our initial call they asked good questions that enabled them to give an accurate quote for the job that needed to be done. When Jeremy and Adam arrived to install the new water heaters they were timely, knowledgable, and courteous. They kept us informed throughout the process and answered all our questions. After the install they debriefed us with the logistics/upkeep on the new water heaters and set up an appointment with our city for inspection. Give them a try. They are our plumbers of choice from now on!

We had a major pipe problem that needed extensive work that included excavating under the foundation to repair the pipe to our Master Bath Toilet.Johnny was the plumber assigned and he did a masterful job from beginning to end. I used Legacy plumbing back in July to install new main water shut off valve and I was happy with their work. So far non problem and did not have to call them back for anything. Enoch did great job. Alex helped halfway and did good job too. They were very kind and explained things in details and professionally. I was very pleased with their service and I would use them again no matter who they work for. Legacy Plumbing were easy to talk with about the issue from the beginning.

WOW! Best plumber I have EVER had (and I am an old fart! 🤣). MIKE came out....within 2 hrs of my call. Earlier in the day I had service to reinstall a rocking toilet done through American Home Shield....what a disaster....you get what you pay for! Anyway....MIKE came out and redid the work....to perfection! He was extremely friendly and proficient.....HAPPY CUSTOMER!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! If I had not called Legacy my toilet would have still rocked and possibly broken....could have ruined our hardwood floors in next room....a HUGE thank you to Mike at Legacy Plumbing Services. NOTE: I had Mike and Dzensn (sounds like Gen...nan) out to do more work....replaced a hot water tank and added a water pressure regulator and shut off....Mike does great work (already know that 🤣) and I was also impressed by Dzensn! Got the number of the company from a nextdoor post which was vouched by multiple more. I would like to thank their honesty and helpfulness. Called them for a task which wasn't exactly their domain. They didn't hesitate to tell that to me. After that they also recommend me to someone they trust and work with. I contacted the other company and they fixed my issue. Charged reasonably. I appreciate the help and honesty from Legacy Plumbing.
Johnny and Jordan were AMAZING! Got multiple calls to remind me of appointment. Were on time and called 30 minutes before. Clearly discussed every option with my issues. Honest pricing upfront. This was my first time using Legacy Plumbing and I will definitely use them again. Mike C came out to our house for an issue with our master bathroom. Not only did Mike fix the issue, he educated me on why it happened and how I could prevent it from happening going forward. He also took the time to give me a tour of the plumbing under the house with his camera. All in all, it was a great experience and the pricing was fair (actually much less than I was anticipating).

Contacted Legacy Plumbing on the website and received a call the next morning, talked with the Master Plumber about my slab leak. Was scheduled within a minute or two for the following week. Mathew and Steven called while on the way, and hit the ground running 'ON TIME'. Both could not have been nicer or more professional. Found the leak within 30 minutes and got to work fixing it. They explained step by step exactly what they were going to do, and the cost. We could not have been more impressed, or elated by their knowledge, professionalism, and empathy when moving in and around the house with all the equipment, and being careful around the furniture. They truly have a servants heart that is refreshing, and appreciated!! Thank you so much!!!
Legacy Plumbing rocks!! Not only were they able to get a slab leak specialist crew at my house quickly, Mike and Steve expertly diagnosed the leak and fixed the problem with the precision of heart surgeons performing bypass surgery or inserting stents in an aorta to save a life. In this case, they saved me from the massive disruption that can result from inept plumbers hammering through a slab unnecessarily. They are my heroes!
Excellent!! Today a PRV replacement is done by Johnny Olivera. He is so professional that he knows what to do and the work is done as he explained. Price is reasonable. I had some chatting with him and found the company has employee-friendly environment and lots of donation & contribution to neighborhood and people who needs help. For this visit, Legacy was hired to remove and install new kitchen sink and faucet. This is the 3rd time I've used Legacy Plumbing to solve my issues and every experience has been top notch! The other 2 times it was for water heater installation and shower control cartridge replacement.

Alex and Jeremiah did a fantastic job for us! We first had low water pressure and then a few weeks later all the pipes in the house started rattling.Alex clearly explained the cause and what he recommended.Gave us a great deal on replacing the pressure regulator valve along with two new water heaters.Once the job was complete Alex explained how everything worked. For such a big job the work was done quickly and professionally. Alex and Jeremiah left the install areas very clean.I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing!

Needed a plumber and called several to get soonest time schedule I could book and it was 5 or more days away. Then I came upon Legacy Plumbing and they were my last shot at scheduling a closer date.I gave them a call, they answered promptly and I explained my situation, they quoted me a price lower than the previous Co.'s and they were also able to schedule the same day so, I booked it and got it installed and I am very happy!More important, I was assigned Sam DeAngelis, and I could not have been assigned a nicer and professional individual! I received an estimate of $5,700.00 from another company to tunnel under our house and repair a hot water pipe break. Legacy Plumbing said no tunneling would be required because the leak is in the wall. Bottom line: Legacy Plumbing did the job for over $5,000.00 less! I should have called them first and will do just that in the future. I believe in the integrity and honesty of Legacy Plumbing and am happy to highly recommend them to anyone.
The Team was able to get me in ahead of schedule and were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and left the area completely cleaned. Steven and Logan explained the scope of the work and what they needed to do to fix the problem, as asked if there were any other issues that needed to be addressed while they were there. I actually have a home warranty that covers my plumbing needs, but prefer to use Legacy instead.
Mike from Legacy Plumbing came on time and fixed our gas leak issue. He was professional, courteous and explained what had happened and how he was going to fix it, and went on to do just as he said. And his truck was kept so neatly! Very impressed - This company appears to be as great as all the reviews state!

Logan and Mitchell were the technicians that came out to fix our water pressure regulator. They were thorough in their explanations about what they were doing, happy to answer any questions we had and encouraged us to reach out to him if we had any questions in the future, and were very friendly. Unparalleled customer service! I called to have a sink installed. It turns out I needed much more than I thought - countertop contractor to cut the granite and for them to under mount the sink. Then I would a plumber to redo the pipes. Canon was informative and readily available. He told me the Legacy pricing over the phone. He walked me through the scope of my project and even told me how to do the plumbing myself so I could save some money. I was amazed. I asked why in the world he would help me do the job he could be getting paid for. He told me about the mission of Legacy and that they exist to serve their community and treat customers as neighbors. I’ve never seen this practiced by a business. This is my go to plumbing company …their number is saved in my phone.

I’ve had to call out plumbers to our house more times than I would like. Legacy Plumbing is one of two plumbers I use. They are slightly more expensive than my other plumber, but they’ve always been professional and got the job done. My last job, a PRV replacement, they quoted me an amount and an estimated time. The job ran well over that time (no fault of Legacy) and while they did have to increase the cost a bit, they would have been justified in charging more. Solid company that I highly recommend.

We had a slab leak in the back corner of our house. We had a different company come in and quote us $7,500 to tunnel underneath the house, fix a 30 year old pipe, and refill the hole. I called Legacy who we had used on a smaller job and spoke with Canon, who may be the most competent tradesman I have ever spoken with. He explained to me Legacy's methodology behind fixing slab leaks that has nothing to do with digging a hole. They were able to run a smaller, more durable line, within the pipe under my house and effectively kill off the old pipe. The other options they had explained was to reroute the water through the attic like you would find on a modern build. Canon and his assistant Alex were the best option we could ever even imagine. The fix was done in just a few hours and cost almost a fourth of what the first company would charge. And the best part is that pipe will never leak again. I cannot recommend Legacy enough for this job, or any other job.

When the plumber that I normally rely upon could not make it to the house, I went to Google to search for a plumbing company with the best reviews and found Legacy Plumbing. From the first phone call I received, I was treated with respect and urgency. Mike and Colton arrived at my house at the designated time and performed two separate repairs with efficiency and expertise. I am very satisfied with the service I received and also the price. I'll use Legacy Plumbing for future needs when the time comes.
Wayne and Mitchell are awesome! In and out in 3.5 hrs, and just did an outstanding job. Slab leak was detected in the hot water line. One plumber (not legacy) said they’d have to dig the foundation, and another (not legacy) said they would reroute the pipe through the attic. While the second option sounded ok, there was going to be significant dry wall work as a follow up, which was way more hassle than I would want. I called legacy plumbing. Wayne walked in and said they would do a pipe in pipe. Easy, peezy. No digging, no patch work. Wayne has a VAST experience working in this area and knows the plumbing systems in and out. Save your time and just reach out to Legacy if you have a slab leak repair. They are professional and know what they are doing.They finished a little early than expected and helped out with a couple of other minor things around the house which they did not have to. Had a great experience working with Wayne and Mitchell! Would HIGHLY recommend

Cole and Alex called ahead and arrived on time.They both were very pleasant and personable.They checked the plumbing, water heater, etc.I asked for a new more efficient Insinkerator which was installed.Leaks under the sink corrected. Faucets and toilets were checked. Thank you Tony and Alex! Finally found a plumbing company we can trust and depend on each and every time. They have come through for us every time we have needed them. Unfortunately we have needed them a lot with our present house. We recently called again, hot water slab leak on New Year's eve. AHS would not cover due to soil movement which is considered abnormal wear and tear (and this is Texas, really?!) So, we called Legacy. I got Tony first, told him the problem, then he got me with their master plumber, Alex within minutes. They moved things around in their schedule to get out when I could be there, which was sooner than originally stated. They talked out the plan with us, really listening to our concerns, going right to work. Kept us apprised of work in progress all along the way. The whole 2 line reroute up into the attic took less time than we anticipated and cost a lot less than we feared. We stick with companies we grow to trust. Legacy is that kind of company!

I just had a wonderful experience using legacy plumbing for fixing our bathtub's problem. Our bathtub had no hot water coming out while the sink in the same bathroom did. We just moved to Texas from another state so we did not know any information about trustworthy plumbing companies. What I could do was search on Yelp and look for anyone who had good reviews. Legacy plumbing popped up right away and their great reviews caught my attention so I sent a quote request immediately and it was very late last night. Got their response this morning at 7 am. My husband called them at 1:30 pm today. The person who picked up the phone call was very helpful. She could give us the quote right on the phone and tell us what problems it could be. She said the earliest time that she could send a person over was between 3pm to 5pm today. Since we were going abroad soon so we wanted this job to be done A.S.A.P, therefore, we made an appointment with her for 3pm to 5 pm and YES it was like other reviews mentioned a very friendly plumber showed up at 3:15pm (of course he called us before he showed up). Steven was really friendly, honest, trustworthy and patient. And from him I learned that the owners of this company were very nice people too. This is why the company has a 5 stars rating on Yelp. They genuinely care about helping people, not just doing business. I highly recommend this company!!

While we (thankfully!) haven't had to use their services often, when we do need them Legacy Plumbing has been one of the best service providers in Collin County. Their staff is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly...and there are never any surprises with either the service performed or the fees charged. We just recently had them replace our two aging water heaters---and the techs were on time, did exactly what they said that they were going to do (and at the price quoted), and cleaned everything up like they had not even been there. Jose and Brandon provided the services this time...and we can't say enough for how they went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly---even doing a little extra that we weren't expecting. Before we discovered Legacy, we had used a couple of different plumbers recommended on various sites...but either the work was sub-standard (and needed re-done several months later), or the staff was unreliable and didn't show up when they were supposed to. We have never had those kind of issues with Legacy...and do not hesitate to highly recommend them.

Sam and Dzenan from Legacy plumbing helped us with some preventative maintenance to install two water heaters in our attic as the old ones were about 10 years old and located in our attic... They worked diligently and shared multiple updates about status of the project during their work, which I appreciated. While the team was here, Sam also updated a cartridge in one of our shower handles and cleaned out the shower head while he was working on the cartridge. Sam and Dzenan also unclogged the drain from one of our upstairs showers we hadn't used yet as they noticed the drain was slow while draining the old water heaters. We appreciated the conscientious manner they approached their work and the extra effort above and beyond what they needed to do just to install the hot water heaters.
The entire crew (phone staff and administration, ground work, and plumbers) were customer focused and very accommodating. The quality of work performed met my high level expectations. They gave me confidence in all the work that they did for me (main water line replacement, water heater replacement). I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing.
As usual, great experience with Legacy plumbing. Came in, professionally diagnosed what was going in with one of my showers and solved in no time. Kudos to Kelly and Gerald for their professionalism and attention to detail.

Sean took care of a bathtub leak that my home warranty provider’s contract plumber wanted to charge me $175 just to find, and plus he charged me a $60 copay for telling me leak detection and leak repair wasn’t covered by home warranty.Sean found the leak in about 15 seconds, literally. And fixed the leak at a price nearly the same as what the home warranty company contractor wanted to charge just to find the dang leak.Highly recommend Legacy Plumbing and Sean, who spent 10 minutes answering questions about some other plumbing concerns I had.
Legacy Plumbing has consistently provided quality service. We have used them many times and have never been disappointed. They send friendly professionals to take care of all our issues in a timely manner. Sean and Jordan were no exception and promptly solved both of my problems today.
Steven and Ahndre were great! Switched out our water heater. They were knowledgeable and courteous. Can't say enough good things about them! Carmisha, in the office, was also super helpful. She calmly walked me thru (via phone) getting the water and gas shut off to the water heater so that we limited the damage. We will definitely be using the company in the future!

They worked on our shower and ordered a new faucet and didn't correctly reconnect the old one so we didn't have a shower until the new parts came in. Afterwards the shower head still leaks. The billing system has many places on a tablet for you to acknowledge that they are not responsible and there is no warranty for a number of items. The billing system also has a timer on the tablet. Each project has a timer on it and due to the way it's structured we wound up paying much more for the entire job than if they had just charged by the project. We had to get a replacement plumber for a commode repair and the price was half what was quoted us, because the new guy charged for the job instead of by the time. If you use them, be sure and read the fine print. They sold us a membership and when I called to complain and make sure it didn't renew, they didn't even look up my case or offer a cancellation of it due to my displeasure. We are unhappy with the large bill, the work, their billing, and their lack of care when I called.

They rebuilt my water supply box in front of my house. It was leaking for quite awhile I suspect. They had to dig out using their hands because it was so muddy. The pipes were about 3 feet down. What a mess! When they left you couldn’t even tell there had been an issue. Love these guys. Thanks again.

I have used Legacy Plumbing for several years now. Every single Legacy Plumber who has come to my house, have been friendly, professional, clean and well dressed and very personable. Jeremy and Jordan bonded with my dogs! Molly loved Jeremy! Mike and Hubert not only fixed my garage disposal, but Mike knocked down 2 wasp nest on my porch for me!!! Jeremy also noticed the wasp nest when he came and offered to get rid of them, but I didn’t have any wasp spray. These guys go above and beyond to help. I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of Kelly and Dzenan. A couple of great guys going above and beyond after normal work hours. Calling Legacy at almost 5pm for a busted water heater. I expected to schedule the repair, but 30 minutes later they showed up to finish the job!

Here I was , already to come here and give my sparkling review and go figure, that is all these guys get and if you use them, you'll understand why. We called on Friday late afternoon and they were here bright and early Monday morning.I was not here so my wife dealt with Mike and his apprentice Gerald, the 2 gentlemen that came to do the work (fully masked up and socially distant) and when I got home she was gushing about how nice and professional they were. Seriously, I could write pages just on what my wife told me. Everything from trying to help get the dog to calm down (she is not a fan of strangers) by taking off their hats (they offered) to noticing we had a similar interest and offered up some personal advice unrelated to the task, kind of like an old friend would do.Nope, not done; they were here to fix 1 toilet and replace one. Well, when they went to fix the broken one they pointed out that it was in worse shape than I had noticed and needed to be replaced, it was cracked. They had 1 extra similar one in the truck so they replaced both AND cleared a drain as a courtesy. I am not sure how much more I could say to convince you to give them a try. They have another customer for life.
We had a pipe burst during the 2021 Snowmaggedon. Canon and Ahndre went above and beyond. They were courteous when they arrived and quick to do their work. They explained everything in a way that I could understand it and had no problem repeating if I was unclear. They helped me understand the whole process consulted me on general contracting that would need to be done after their work was done. I signed up for the Gold Plan because there is no way I would use any one else for plumbing issues in the future. 10/10 I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

WHEN WE FOUND THE WATER LEAK UNDER OUR KITCHEN SINK WE CALLED LEGACY PLUMBING----AND FROM THAT FIRST CALL TO THE FINAL EXIT WE WERE TREATED WITH THE UTMOST COURTESY, PROFESSIONALISM AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE. ENOCH HEISE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS-----FIXED THE PROBLEM AND GAVE US ADVICE ON HOW TO KEEP THINGS WORKING WELL. I always get prompt service and fair prices from Legacy Plumbing. Mike Collard is great at fixing issues in my old house and explaining what needs to be done and why.
Thank goodness for Legacy plumbing. When my garbage disposal quit working I called several plumbers. Clifton was the only one who asked me questions and told me how to reset it myself. His advice worked and my garbage disposal is working. Hoorays!

Water heater didn't need to be installed. Alex and Andre pointed that out and saved me some money. They installed a shutoff valve and some retrofit to do some preventative maintenance and were on their way. Very professional the both of them. Thanks!
