Two hour arrival window is great. Another company quoted four hours. Martin offered me options rather than telling me there was only one way to fix the issue. I had an idea of how I would tackle the problem and it was a relief that Martin offered the same solution. I opted to let him do the work so I didn't have to risk a negative outcome. For first time customers,
Bluefrog will not charge a trip charge. With another company on The Good Contractors List I contacted, they would have charged $190.00 just to come out and inspect the problem. Very satisfied with Martin and Bluefrog.

My house had a gas leak and Martin Orozco was able to diagnose and fix it very well and fast. However when my house settled in further due to the extreme heat this summer it caused another leak. Since Martin had knowledge beforehand of the issue he was able to come back to my home, fix it again, and also got creative in trying to prevent it from happening again. Also he was able to solve an issue while he was was there that maybe someone else may have charged me more to do a different solution. Thus saving me money right then and there and also in the long run. Other professionals may have done the same or maybe not. All I know is that Martin with BluFrog is one of them that will.

Needed a hot water heater (located in the attic) replaced. Called Bluefrog plumbing based upon prior good review in my neighborhood. They had a tech. out the next day for an estimate. Then the water heater was installed, and the old one taken out, the next day after I approved the estimate. David Kincade was very professional. Kept me informed of the progress. He also had Alan Soukup arrive to help with getting the new hot water heater into the attic. Great job all around.

Alan and his team did a great job replacing all of our sewer pipes and walking us through what would happen. Jacob was great and communicated with us throughout. Due to our homes configuration they were able to keep us with a working bathroom throughout the sewer line replacement (except during the city inspection) We had an issue with a weird noise during flushing after the work was finished and they came out and addressed the issue and fixed it. They also worked with us to make sure our yard sprinklers were working again after all the trenching, there were issues but everything was taken care of. No hidden surprise costs or addons, we paid what was quoted. 10/10 will be using them again for other plumbing needs as they arise.

Blue Frog replaced my kitchen faucet and repaired the leaking bathroom faucets, and the tub handles that were also dripping too! All in one day, for a great price, they sent an email with their technician's pic and he WAS 15 minutes early! And all this during the COVID lockdown. He was gloved, masked and foot booties on and we maintained our social distance for the viral circumstances. He came he saw, did the estimate, went to get parts and returned and got to work and was done in no time at all. All in less than 3 hours! I was amazed. and since I work at home - was able to continue working as he worked. We coordinated very well. Everything looked great and he even filled the new soap dispenser on the new kitchen faucet and it is beautiful! Thank you to Kari at the office for scheduling and all this service in one day!
I work in property management and often have to pay bills for and speak to plumbing outfits across the country, and I don't believe I've ever met a company with their business coordinated so well. and Their trucks and logo are adorable!

Jeremy was awesome he walked me through everything he did. I’m a Senior and have in the past been scammed by business saying I had a problem with my car etc. when both was wrong. Blue Frog Plumbing is the most incredible plumbing company. A few years ago I was looking for someone to install some gas lights outside. I came across them on the Internet and since then I wouldn’t use anyone else.

This week with the weather, a pipe burst upstairs and water came cashing through my ceiling in my bedroom and closet. I called them and they told me exactly what to do and when I couldn’t figure it out, they sent Jeremy here Immediately! He took care of everything!

They are professional, kind, amazing at what they do, and completely service oriented. Alan and Carrie are incredible!

I needed a plumber to handle a clogged kitchen drain. I found bluefrog Plumbing on the Home Advisor website. They returned my call right away and scheduled for someone to come out the very next day. They emailed me to let me know who would be coming, along with a picture and bio, so I knew what to expect. JJ came out and was friendly, professional, thorough and efficient! He handled the clogged drain quickly and even ran a camera down the drain to show me the condition of the pipes. It was done quickly and was super affordable. I will definitely use bluefrog Plumbing again, and I highly recommend JJ.

The first plumber we called was going to charge $$$ and wanted to break into the foundation and our ceramic tile. They also couldn't do it for 2 days, so our water would have been off that whole time. Called bluefrog, and Cuyler was able to come fix it same day. He also came up with a much more cost effective solution that didn't involve breaking up the concrete. Next time they will be our first call.

Three other plumbers had been out and the problem was not correctly identified which resulted in me wasting money on them coming out only to have the problem resurface. We had a constant pool of water coming from our french drain and it attracted mosquitos. When Kyler, from Blue Frog, came out to check it out for us, he cleared out a good bit of mud and leaves, at no charge, before he recommended installing a pop up drain cover to resolve the problem. He left me with an estimate for the installation.

Later Alan came out to do the installation. He handled it quickly and set the cover high enough so we won't have a problem with standing water from our gutters after a storm. Hopefully now we can enjoy sitting on our porch with less mosquitos since they no longer have a breeding pool in our front yard.

I definitely recommend bluefrog plumbing!

Received call within 30 seconds of Angie’s List request. Offered to come for free to do estimate of repair; I thought this was just really effective sales tactics, but the pricing was fair compared to other quotes I received by phone. Mike A. was professional, courteous, and importantly talked me through every step he was taking so I understood how the repair was being performed and progressing. He squeezed and contorted himself in a legendary way to get into a tiny little under-sink cabinet to do the repairs.

Update: called Bluefrog again to help me fix a frozen pipe in Feb 2021. This time, Ray came on-time and repaired a pipe that had burst in two places. Kudos for his efficiency, courtesy, and ingenuity (he managed to make a repair behind cabinetry without having to destroy the cabinets). So impressed by the second visit that I signed up for a membership!

We found out day of service that there had been a scheduling glitch and that my appointment was not on their schedule for the day. Despite not showing up on their schedule and also not having any employees scheduled to be in my area, Bluefrog sent someone out to my property during the time frame I had initially scheduled with no questions asked. Alan arrived within the time frame and was very professional, efficient, and courteous. Martin was a godsend with figuring out what was going on with our natural gas leak. After contacting BlueFrog, they were able to set up an appointment for the next day, come out, and trouble shoot what was going on. They told me that the window of when the plumber would show up was between 2-4. Other companies often end up coming around the middle or so of that time spot. I got a call IMMEDIATELY at 2pm saying the plumber was on their way.
Overall, that was impressive. Martin came promptly and on time as the call said so. He came to the door greeted me. I showed him the problem area and he looked around. Before having me sign anything, he told me the estimate, and it was lower than expected. He was upfront and transparent about everything and explained everything very well. Martin knows what he is doing and does an amazing job. When he was all done he went out to make sure all his tools were put up and came back to make he didn't leave a mess. Which was really great of him. He was also nice to explain the process for maintenance so that i hopefully do not have this issue again. Absolutely amazing job. I'd gladly hire them again and ask for Martin.

I cannot speak highly enough about the integrity and actions of these people. From the Carrie the Office Manager to Ray the Plumber, everything was professional, friendly, thorough and very reasonable. My job was rather small, changing a plastic diverter assembly inside the faucet. I am disabled from back issues and cannot bend to do this myself. I had been ignored and turned down by 3 other plumbing companies I had called, presumably because the job was too small. However, once I called Blue Frog Plumbing they readily accepted my job and were the quickest to respond. They called me twice afterwards to confirm that their guy would be here within the 2 hr window that they had given me (not a 4 or 6 hr window like others will give) and then called once more to let me know he was on time and would be here within 30 mins. Ray arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He spent extra time to find the best price before quoting and starting the work. He did exceptional work, kept his work area clean and picked up after himself. I enjoyed his company and his work was impeccably done. I would not hesitate to hire these people again and, in fact, I won't hire anyone else. They are like family now, and I trust them to be fair, honest and do quality work. That's just who they are. They are very good people and I am glad to have found my plumber for any future plumbing needs! Thanks to Carrie and all the other great people who helped me on such a small project! We are very happy with the results on our plumbing project!! Jeremy with bluefrog plumbing did a fantastic job and was very professional. We had an under the countertop type of ice machine installed. Jeremy came up with a great design to tie into the existing water line of the faucet and drain. Second project was installing a new bar faucet from where just a water valve existed in the wall. Both items had in-line filters as part of the design and the results of both projects were excellent!! Can’t recommend Jeremy enough and definitely will use bluefrog in the future.

We just moved into our new home and the first shower revealed a major blockage in our main sewer line. I called a few different plumbers and they were able to come out almost immediately. The gurgle in the kitchen sink meant something bad was wrong.
Main sewer - clogged with roots.
Baby on the way in a few weeks. No time for the house to be stopped up! Other plumbers cleared the line, used my own garden hose! No permanent fix. Wasted money.
Called friend. He says call Blue Frog.
Blue Frog comes out, we get a good price, they work with our schedule and we get the fix done the right way to prevent future clogs, and all with a super attitude and professionalism.

I was in a bind with a gas leak and Atmos having locked me out. I called several companies that put me off for more than a day with a variety of excuses. Bluefrog sent a plumber within 3 hours. Jeremy assessed the problem and had to order special tools to repair, but was here the first thing the next day and worked diligently to fix the problem and checked the entire house for any additional leaks. Very professional and trustworthy, which translated into a fair price for the work performed. I highly recommend Bluefrog and specifically Jeremy as your plumber of choice!

Bluefrog Plumbing was great. They were extremely responsive, answered all our questions, and worked with us on pricing. Zach came out with a quote and was very responsive to all my questions working with me and the Alan the owner resolving all my issues and questions. I then spoke with Alan, and took his advice on which water heater to use. Then, Alan showed up at our house to assist Zach in getting the water heater upstairs to the attic. Alan stayed and again answered all my other questions. They were both very professional and when I told them we had new carpet, they did everything they could not to get any dirt or mud on the carpet in spite of the pouring down rain. We definitely plan on used Bluefrog plumbing again to revamp our commodes and possibly our water line to our house. Thanks Bluefrog.

Blue Frog was the most professional and thoughtful plumbing company I’ve ever contracted. Not only are their prices competitive, they use high quality Rheem products and they show up when they say they’re going to show up. I haven't had hot water in my home since the day that a Bluefrog employee and it's owner stepped through my front door. That was over two months ago and I still don't have hot water.

Alan, the owner and apprentice plumber, chooses to blame me. But the real problem is he doesn't know what he doesn't know and neither did his journeyman plumber, David, who was the first to mislead me. It's possible they both suffer from the Dunning-Kruger effect.

See the photo with the two hot water tanks. The one in front was leaking and I just discovered it as I was leaving for the airport. I had to quickly postpone my flight and get a plumber. Blue Frog plumber, David Kincade came to supposedly evailuate but his trips in and out to make phone calls and come back with different numbers was mindboggling. I asked David if they could simply remove the front tank and leave the rear tank operational so that my family would have hot water in the kitchen until I returned home to consider my options. David said that was not possible and unfortunately I believed him. I suspect the person he kept calling was instructing him to upsell me on what I didn't need. I only found out last week that the one tank could have been removed like I asked.

I'm going to come back here and give more detail. But in the meantime I want to advise people that I'm not the only person who was had an issue with this company. The review score looks good but read the bad reviews and know that Bluefrog has several profiles and the bad reviews aren't all in one place. Multiple profiles and fake reviews help to hide the bad reviews.

I probably should mention that Alan Soukop is willing to manufacture evidence and fabricate stories to get out of responsibility, and that's just the plumbing side. They also damaged my wall by knocking out chunks of drywall and didn't even mention the damage they caused. I was out of state when it all happened but I noticed the obvious gouges the moment I returned home. When I mentioned it to Alan Soukop he said I've carried out 50 gallon tanks without damaging walls and your's were only 30 gallons! Mine were actually 40 gallon tanks but the point is he was using a plausible deniability tactic instead of taking responsibility for the damage they created.

Blue Frog plumbing did an excellent job on our recent plumbing problem. I appreciated how they thoroughly explained the problem & solution. They kept me informed along the way as the repair became more complicated and required extensive excavation under my house to repair a broken sewage pipe under the foundation slab. They honored my initial quote despite the additional time, labor, setbacks and hassle that arose with the project. Blue Frog’s customer service is outstanding! We have had a terrific experience with Zack, our plumber from Bluefrog. We just moved to Texas, bought a home and were blessed to have Zack with his knowledge and expertise. We had to wait forever for hot water to come from our kitchen sink. The water tank was over 10 years old and the circulating pump was shot. This was the first challenge of many. There was an Instant Hot Box under kitchen sink, not working, but had to be diverted. Zack redid our shower system and installed grab bars for my husband. The toilet in the master bedroom kept making noise and after placing a dye in the tank,, Zack discovered a crack in the tank, replaced the toilet.. Having worked here 3 long days, Zack had us up and running, with great water pressure, a water softener, and hot water in each area.
We not only found an excellent plumber but a friend!

Mitchell was great!! Service was fast and courteous and completed within the projected time frame. He explained my options to me clearly, with what I had asked for versus what he would recommend and why he recommended it: a broken garbage disposal was causing backup in dishwasher drainage, resulting in leaking, I wanted to remove the garbage disposal while he recommended replacing it. He went over the estimates for each procedure, and he taught me a new way to better flush out the disposal to prevent future issues. He even re-piped under my sink where the remodeler hadn't done quality work and made sure that any leaking issues were tested and resolved before leaving. Thanks so much, Mitchell!!
The company also had great communication, emailing me before to confirm my appointment, with my technician's name and photo, calling to let me know Mitchell was on the way, and following up with a call afterward to make sure I was satisfied that the issue was resolved. They were all great. I needed some additional quotes on work that a plumbing company already started. I called bluefrog and their estimate was much better. Bluefrog sent out Mike. Mike came out several times to during the repair process. It became an extensive issue to meet city code and Mike met with the city inspector. The inspector stated his work was good and to code. They were so professional and courteous that I signed up for thier yearly inspections. In the future I will only do business with bluefrog.

I called this morning for a camera inspection, wondering if I have an underground pipe leak (I don't!), expecting to get an appointment next week and even though it wasn't urgent, they were able to come out within 45 minutes! She said they make an effort to have same day appointments (nearly unheard of in any service industry, unless it's an emergency in order to charge more) so the customer isn't inconvenienced. After Martin got here and I explained my concern about what was possibly wrong, he then told me about their membership service plan and the benefits of it, camera inspection included; signing up for it was obviously a no-brainer. After the camera inspection, when he was inside checking for toilet leaks, he noticed there was a new toilet in a box in our master bedroom (when I bought it from Lowes months ago and paid for installation, the plumbers that were sent out said it was the wrong size; it was just a pain to have to haul it outside, into the car, then back out to exchange so it just sat there) so he measured and IT WAS THE RIGHT SIZE!!! He gave me the estimate for having it installed and I got that done, right away, also! Very grateful for Martin's knowledge; great service and experience all the way around!!

Tankless Heater stopped working-second day without hot water: After calling about 20 different places trying to schedule for someone to come out and see what's wrong with the unit (3 year old tankless heater). Every single company said that right now they're too busy. Some companies did not even want to deal with a tankless heater and the ones that did offered two weeks out appointment. I've contacted Blue frog Plumbing and left a voicemail. I received a call back within less than 10 minutes. I was provided with all the information needed for my appointment scheduled for the following date and luckily this company have a master technician name Mike Ashby in my area. I received an email on the day of service to notify me that Mike was on his way to my house and provided me with the arrival time. Mike arrived on time. He explained everything about the unit (which my husband knew nothing about) and he set clear expectations regarding the maintenance service needed to keep the unit up and running, the part needed at this time to correct the problem and provided clear expectations regarding invoices. We received clear information and no surprises. This is exactly what every consumer needs. I appreciate Mike Ashby so much and this company, for providing us with such a great customer service and taking our needs seriously. We will be a customer for life. Thank you!

After newly buying a house, we had foundation work and discussed our entire cast iron sewage lines needed to be replaced. It was a HUGE job and expense, we had quite from multiple plumbers and went with bluefrog. They had one of the most cost friendly quotes and definitely the best warranty of 20 years. I honestly thought I would never have a favorite plumber, but here I am and I can't say enough good things about them. Alan and Martin were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Their office staff kept us updated with set arrival times and promptly called to schedule follow up visits wherever we needed them which was very appreciated.

After the pipe work was finished we also had additional work to flush our water heater and replace our refrigerator water line. Martin even took the time to walk us through how to shut off our water line if needed in future and gave us a free water shut-off key. Highly recommend them to anyone, big or small work!

EDIT: I received a call from the owner, Alan S. after my review. I can tell Alan cares deeply about customer service and satisfaction and he wanted to see how he could right my situation. I explained to him my experience with his company and he listened. He said he would talk with his technician to understand what he saw during my service. Cannot recommend for small work. They provide 5-20 year warranty on their work, so it may be beneficial if you're doing larger projects.

- 5 day ordeal and still a bum toilet

TLDR: An initial $1,200 estimate for clogged toilet ballooned to over $4,500 once the employee began work. Paid local plumber $200 and everything flows smooth now. I just wanted my parent's toilet unclogged.

Blue Frog's Employee came out Monday for a free estimate. The $1,200 was for 5 ft of sewage pipe replacement which includes a new drain cleanout. That sounds fair. Wednesday, Blue Frog's employee began cutting pipe. He estimated an additional 30 ft of sewage piping would need to be replaced for a cost of $3,500. Alternatively, he offered a $900 hydrojet cleaning instead of pipe replacement, which is what he said is causing the sewage to backup into the home. I opted for the cleaning. He comes out Friday with the hydro jet machine and also to install the drain cleanout and piping. He tries to push in the hydrojet line only to say the hydrojet line can't pass through. Employee says additional pipe needs to be replaced because it's broken. I decline further work. Employee says we still owe $900 for a hydrojet clean. He gets his boss on the phone who insists we pay $900 for a service that was unable to be done. His boss genuinely justified charging $900 because his employee had to unload and load the hydrojet. I get you're running a business and you have overhead costs, but I don't see how you could insist on charging for a service you did not provide. Reluctantly, I agreed to $250 so we could part ways.

I paid Blue Frog $1,450 for work and when I flushed the toilet it STILL backed up waste into the tub. The next day, I found a REAL plumber who charged me $200 and now my parent's toilet flushes fine. The issue wasn't outside the house; the issue was INSIDE. It turned out to be a clogged toilet pipe which he unclogged with the snake thing. Additionally, this man went underneath the home, inspected the pipes and told us why blockage was accumulating. He made sure the toilet flushed, he went out to look into my parent's new beautiful drain cleanouts and I watched with him as the gunk made its way out the house and to the city sewers.

My experience with Blue Frog left me feeling they focus more on business rather than fixing the problem. Hustlers in plumbing uniform. I would have been out $4,500 and STILL no functional toilet. And for that, I stand by my rating.

Recently I have called them for fixing a leaky faucet. They arrived well on time and kept me informed 20 min before arrival time. My Review is organic. i never got paid to leave reviews like others here on this company profile. From top to bottom ,Allen the owner, Carri the receptionist and their technicians, these guys are super unprofessional. Unfortunately, i called this company 8 months ago to replace my working but old water heater, they come in and change it and since then i had to have them to come in and fix the brand new water heater over 10 times. the technician showed up and had attitude with our building concierge and the management fined me $500 for his misconduct and i had to pay the electrician $400 to come twice to verify the wiring and he confirmed that there was no problem with wiring and finally they changed the water heater again and this time they blamed it on breaker and the wires again and they said there is no power. The technician Jeremy and Zack has no clue how to use multimeter. Once my electrician connected the wires correctly, the water heater start to work perfectly. now i am dealing with a leak and a broken door. again last time they left their tools at the property. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. YOU END UP PAYING MORE AND BEING FRUSTRATED and possibly fired from your job because you have to stay home till they show up. If there were Zero Star, i would have given them 0 Star. They don't check their work and as a result they have to come back all the time. Super incompetent and no work ethic what so ever.

Even though the weather was wet and rainy at times, Blue Frog completed the front sewer line replacement quickly. The roots of the 22 year old oak tree in our front yard had damaged the sewer line. Their evaluation of the pipe damage was professional and was verified with video of the snake camera inspection. They explained how an inner sleeve repair, proposed by other contractors, was inadequate and risky because of the separation of the broken pipe sections. They routed the new pipe around the root ball of our oak tree to reduce the chance of future pipe failures. They were courteous and responsive during the whole process. The work was backed with a twenty year warranty. Excellent job in every possible way!

Following the deep freeze in February, 2021, our church was experiencing a 0.3 gph water leak. We called a local plumber, BlueFrog Plumbing, to help us locate the leak and repair it. Allen and Jeremy were very methodical in their efforts to locate this slow, “difficult to find”, leak. They carefully explained every step and analyzed the test results to determine the best way forward. As an engineer by training, I was very impressed with the way they tackled this very difficult problem of finding a very slow leak, as there was no indication inside the church. Following several days of digging under the church, they located the leak and repaired it. Besides being very professional, they carefully explained exactly what they were doing every step of the way in a manner I could easily understand. Also, we thought their pricing was very fair and reasonable. I would recommend BlueFrog Plumbing to anyone in areas north of Dallas.

This is a 2 part review. A few weeks back I had a leak under my sink. Blue frog tech Russ came out and assessed the problem and was able to give me a great deal on replacing the shut off valves in my entire house. He was able to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time for a great price. During that visit, he talked me through the benefits of the Bluefrog elite membership. I decided to sign up.

Now with this winter vortex in Texas in few weeks later, of course we had a pipe burst in our attic. I reached out to them via their online scheduling system on Tuesday night and had Jeremy show up at 8am on Wednesday. Jeremy arrived during all of the craziness, found the burst pipe and had it fixed all within 30 min. Nothing but great experiences with Bluefrog. I will continue Bluefrog for all my plumbing needs. I had a couple of small things I just needed looked at, mainly not having cold water in my shower. I found blue frog through Angi. My tech arrived promptly, receptionist was kind. One of my issues was a nothing burger, he was kind enough to just help me fix it real quick, that was great. It was with my other issue that problems rised. The estimate to fix was fine enough, just replace a part, this isn't an issue that is detrimental to fix, I'd been living with it for years and can continue on, but I decided to move forward. I even agreed to sign up for their service plan. Mind you, we're about an hour into this by now, and most of the time has been spent on selling said service plan, and discussion in general amongst things not really having to do with my service needed. He even took time to show me that they pay Angi to get my information, and how much it cost. That stuff really rubs me the wrong way, seemingly guilting me for the work to be done, but we were pretty far into it at this point. He gets to work to fix my issue, and within a few minutes it's discovered it isn't something they can actually fix, my entire shower plumbing needs replaced? We need to start ripping dry wall? Old quote is out the window, now it's a whole new thing. I had told him from the beginning, I just wanted it checked out, If it's an easy fix that's great, if not I'll live. So I just ask him to put it back, I'm not trying to do a whole new project. Somehow hours have passed, only 20 minutes top of real servicing stuff, most of the time was spent on selling me stuff. Selling me the service plan, selling me why I should replace the shower stuff, giving me warnings on why I should. I mean, I get the genuine concern, but I was upfront with what I was looking for in this service, a quick look and fix if possible. In my estimate, I didn't feel warned enough, if at all, that this could become a whole other type of project, and the whole thing felt sort of predatory at that point. He even stated they can still maybe fix the original problem quickly, but it'll cost additional 200 for him to drive the part to a shop in fort worth and back, and that was another maybe at the end of the day. I didn't want that either, I get that services cost money, but again, by now, the little things had added up and the whole experience wasn't ideal. I also realize I might need the new service now, but I'd be doing myself a disservice not quoting around on it, or looking for second opinions, so for now I just wanted things put back as they were. All in all there was maybe twenty minutes of actual work in the 2.5 hours he was there, mostly again felt like I was being sold stuff in that time, and for that I was out a 172 service fee. I get that there still needs to be a fee, although nothing had been really done, but the nonstop selling, the little actual labor, the Angi guilt, it made it a pretty sour 172 dollars to spend. I should state I don't really blame my tech in all of this too, he was really kind, I think he was doing what he is told by his company bluefrog, but I don't really feel like the bluefrog practice is one for me.

Did I hit the jackpot when I found Bluefrog Plumbing and Drain! I discovered a leak coming from the ceiling just as I was leaving the house... panic set in, as I didn’t have a plumber and didn’t know who to call. I got the number to Bluefrog from Home Advisor and called immediately. Within 40 minutes, their leak detection specialist, Cuyler was at my front door. It didn’t take Cuyler long to find where the problem was coming from. He patiently showed me what had happened and gave my options for the repairs. While Cuyler was here, the owner of the company, Alan, called me to introduce himself and to make sure that Cuyler was doing a good job. After dealing with my insurance company, Cuyler came back to finish off the repair work. He is professional, courteous and he knows what he’s doing. Kerry, who runs the office, was also very pleasant to work with. All in all, a miserable situation turned into a positive experience. Bluefrog is the best! Their staff is friendly and helpful. Jeremy came out to our house and replaced our water heater. He took time to explain a few helpful tips on how to maintain and care for our water heater and answered all of my questions. These guys do great work. We’ve used Blue Frog plumbing several times. Our first experience with Blue Frog plumbing was when Mike came to replace one of our two Lennox brand AC compressor units. He kept us informed as to each step of the process. My husband was very pleased with the work & how knowledgeable he was with the Lennox product.

Some time ago, We again called on Blue Frog plumbing, to request Mike to install a new tankless water-heater. Mike again, did a fantastic job. He’s extremely efficient professional & polite.

Yesterday, We called Blue frog plumbing & requested Mike again, to come install #2 new faucets in our master bath. We knew they were very heavily calcified and very hard to turn. We provided the new faucets & Mike walked us through each step to replace the faucets.

Unfortunately, because of the minimal space & how poorly the builder installed the granite top, it was extremely difficult for him to maneuver the hardware to fit the space. Any other plumber would’ve given up. Not Mike! He takes so much pride in what he does .

We are so blessed to have Blue frog plumbing help us maintain our home.

Had a great experience with Bluefrog. First, Cuyler and Alan arrived on time, which I really appreciate. They quoted $700 to fix a drainage problem at my house, but they started working and discovered the problem was more simple than originally thought. They ended up charging me less than half the price of the original quote. I really appreciated their honesty. I highly recommend them!

Update: The humidity dropped from 80% to mid 50's. Big improvement! Thanks for the extra advice!

My mother’s water heater quit working so we had to have it replaced. She’s a widow in her 80s and gets quite overwhelmed by these types of home repairs. I had a hose that needed to be disconnected from faucet. I was unable to get it undone and winter temps were getting lower:( I called and they came right on out. Took care of it and were able to not charge. I will definitely refer them to others and call them for future needs.

Had a clog in my upstairs shower that is a “high-use” area considering I have quite a few kiddos. Called on a Monday and had an appointment the next morning from 8-10. Zach H knocked on my door at 8 AM and was extremely pleasant and wonderful to work with. Martin was exceptional. We had received multiple quotes for a fairly large issue thanks to the trees in our front yard, and Blue Frog was the best overall quote. I was surprised by the exceptional quality, proper expectations and attentions to detail. Not only was our problem fixed for a reasonable amount, but Martin had three stuffed blue frogs for our kids. Aaron A., the plumber who came to our house in Frisco to repair a broken water line in our attic this week did an excellent job and got our water back up and running in no time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. He explained everything he found and used video to make the problem and repair easy for me and my husband to understand. Jeremy is fantastic! I had a hot water problem that I thought involved a new faucet i installed. When I called the faucet manufacturer, they said it was the hot water heater. When I called that manufacturer, they said it was the faucet. Jeremy quickly determined it was the hot water heater, and gave me several quotes with different repair and replacement options. When I made my decision, bluefrog got me scheduled right away, and Jeremy completed the work in 4 hours. I will absolutely use them again.

Blue frog and their technician Martin and scheduler Tara were fantastic to work with! We had a water heater with a faulty gas valve. They were communicative, on time and very professional. The faulty part was under warranty and Martin called the mfr. and handled getting the part ordered and delivered to me. As soon as I let Tara know that the part was here- she was able to get Martin back out the next day to replace. He was on time again - and finished quickly. I could tell that they really cared about the fact that I didn’t have hot water and did everything possible to get me up and running again. I would highly recommend.

Blue Frog located and fixed a sub slab leak under our home that required 30 ft of tunneling when it was brutally cold in February of this year. Once the leak was located they were very quick and efficient about getting it repaired and made sure that we had running water as soon as was physically possible. They also did a complete overhaul of our existing water heater setup at our request and replaced it with a more efficient and adequate sized one for our home; one that is able to keep up with the multiple back to back showers that occur daily. Our plumber, Corey was very personable, knew his stuff and was even super patient and sweet with our 3 year old son who was constantly asking questions. The owner, Alan and his team were very communicative and quick to respond with any questions or concerns that we had during the whole process. We would absolutely recommend them to any of our family and friends should they ever require plumbing services!

Ray at Blue Frog might be the nicest service tech we have ever used. He came out the same day we called to check out our issue and informed us that we needed a new kitchen faucet because the one we had couldn’t be fixed. Because of that, we weren’t charged for that visit. After buying a new faucet, he returned the same day to install it. Great customer service and workmanship. I would recommend Blue Frog to anyone.

We called them early one morning for an emergency sewer system issue in brand new bathroom installs and they were super responsive, found the issue, gave us an estimate, told us exactly what they would do. They were extremely thorough and did exactly as promised. We could not be happier with the service that we received from Allen and Jeremy and their team at Bluefrog plumbing!!! Our house was built in 1960 and the plumbing had never been redone (unbeknownst to us). We still had cast iron pipes throughout the whole house basically. We had a kitchen clog, which we had someone look at and they wanted to cut through our foundation and hardwood floors in the bedroom and through the brick on the outside of our house by the kitchen. Thankfully we got a second opinion and called Bluefrog who refused to cut through the foundation since Texas already has some crazy foundation issues with the ground shifting like it does. When Jeremy and Allen initially came out, they spent a few hours here running their cameras through EVERY pipe in our house and diagnosing the whole problem. They gave us 3 options with 3 estimates and we ended up just replacing the entire plumbing system in our house. At first I thought they may just be trying to sell us on the biggest option - after all they are a business and salesmen but MAN AM I GLAD we chose to replace it all. Once they got under the house, the old pipes just starting breaking before they could even touch them. Turns out, these guys knew exactly what they were talking about!! Not only that, but they were SO nice and so professional and really made us feel like we were family by the way they treated us. I am the kind of person that will pay more for good customer service! The crew that came in to dig the trenches and then fill it back in (and also re-cement our patio they had to cut through) did such an amazing job. I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone in the Dallas/Fort Worth area- they have a customer for life with us!
