Hourly Service Charge $300 plus a trip charge $60 was not discussed at no time until the end of the assessment (Staggs is located in the same city as residence). He was going to charge for an hour until I pointed out they had only been here for 30 minutes. He revised the charge for 30 minutes. So after being charged $210 for their estimate - which he did provide their estimate right on the spot but was 82% of the original estimate provided for the entire replacement of the ss. When questioned why the estimate wasn't closer to 50% of the previous amount, no answer was provided. Appears to me that they were not interested in doing the work, only to charge a consultation fee which is sprung on you at the end of their visit.

I work for a dentist in Richardson and we needed a plumber to come and run a water line in one of our rooms. I called a couple of companies but either they were not very helpful or they were too expensive. She immediately gave me some very reasonable quotes and had Paul come to our office the very next day. Paul was very nice and experienced and got the job done the same day which was a huge plus for us. The pricing was VERY reasonable and a job well done. We totally recommend Texas Plumbing to anyone.

Quality of plumbing repair was typical of an average plumber. Pricing was outrageous. Scheduling was difficult - had an appointment on Friday morning, the guy came and looked at the issue (apparently the initial appointment is not for plumbing but for some sort of scheduler to come out???) - I had opened the drywall to expose a plumbing leak in the upstairs bathroom, and there was a leak at the valve at the house in the main line from the street / meter. Was given estimates based on worst-case repair of line from the street, which would require replacement of the entire line, or repair of supply line somewhere under the slab (issue was neither - the valve had given way and needed to be replaced). Guy scheduled service maybe Saturday or probably Monday, depending on availability of plumbers. Plumbers came on Saturday afternoon, with no call letting us know when they would arrive. Leak in bathroom was repaired, although they did not relieve pressure in the line before cutting the pipe and made a mess in the wall and the kitchen below. The main line leak issue was identified as the valve and repaired. They insisted the repair estimate applied and that the correct pricing for replacing a valve is thousands of dollars.

Was having a new gas stove installed only to find out there was no shut valve to the oven gas line. Then the old gas line broke and now I had a gas leak. Called Earls and they were able to get to me within hours. Copper and Danny were nice, professional and quick. Copper had the shut off valve installed within minutes to stop the leak while Danny was putting the pieces of the stove together. They installed the new oven and and made sure it I could still open my dishwasher. (They are perilously close) Super happy! Will call them again when I need a plumber.

I called Dallas Hydro Jett they came and washed my main line very professionally cleaned and definitely will use them again
