At-Ease plumbing came out on an early Saturday morning to install a new water heater at a very reasonable price. Our regular plumber said they couldn't come until the following week even though they advertised 24-hour emergency service. We were very appreciative, and At-Ease Plumbing became our new plumber.

I recently had had it with my old toilet and needed a new one installed. I got a recommendation (quite a few in fact) to use Rhead Pluming as my choice. I'm so glad I did! Not only was Mr. Rhead pleasant and kind, he was very responsive and showed up when scheduled and did a fantastic job! I love my new toilet!

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.

I have called these guys twice and every time they have been super friendly and punctual. I had a clogged up sink in my upstairs bathroom and they showed up, fixed it and left. Their price is very competitive and I completely trust that they are not going to try and price gouge me. They put suggestions about needing to replace my faucet without trying to high pressure sell my wife. I highly recommend them!!

Two separate days and toilets are still not fixed
Was told by tech one he doesn’t know how to work on it and the other he new was not fixed when he left the first time and the tank needs to be pulled. Found out tonight they lied to the warranty company claiming there are missing parts and there is not

So these guys probably saved me hundreds of dollars. I had had an issue where the back hose faucet was shooting scalding hot water. I had estimates from a couple other plumbers and the general consensus was that it was going to be a $800-2000 job to fix with some random break in the walls, when I called these guys. Michael was on the other line and told me, with a newer house like mine, it was probably just plumbed incorrectly having a pipe going through the attic, where it was heating up. He told me to run it for three minutes to see if it got colder. It did. Four other plumbers missed that and were going to charge me an arm and a leg for what essentially was a non-problem. They didn't do any work, but I love these guys now.
