I called and within an hour or so Stinson plumbing had two very professional guys show up and work on a pair of clogged sinks until they were working like new again. They cleaned up the sinks and cabinets afterwards leaving no trace that there was ever a problem or repair. I'm super impressed with the car tracking to show where the techs were on their way, the video of the working sink, and the electronic documentation and emailed copies of everything. Very professional on every level.

What started as little became a huge repair. So thankful we had them, they were so helpful, they work with you, and work really hard (not just individually, but all as a team!). Thank you for all you have done and still have to do. Especially in this heat!

*FAR* exceeded my expectations! Michael and Chad were honest, straightforward, on time, professional and effective at the work they did. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who ever has the misfortune of experiencing a slab leak in their home or place of residence.

The plumbers were great. Professional ,polite and knowledgeable . Explained everything to me.

Told us we needed a new toilet but since it was a wall mount it would be over $600. We paid, they installed and the toilet would not work after the first flush, unless you left it for about two hours in between flashes. So we called them back out they determined we needed to replace the pipe underneath the house, they wanted $12,000, we paid half and we were going to pay the other half after the work was done. They said it would take five days. It has been three weeks. We have a huge hole in our side yard, which is a hazard. We have called every day for four days and received false promises that they would be out. We have now consulted a lawyer and are seeking recourse. Buyer beware.

This company has been a major disappointment, they are not professional in any way. They dont even have the decency to call their customers to let them know if there has been any issues with their order. Instead they wait around hoping it will fix itself or hoping you will call them. We have been without hot water for going on week two now all because they didnt think to investigate our order. Will not be going with this company again.

Easily the best plumber we have ever worked with. Aside from just being incredibly nice and respectful, their pricing was beyond reasonable and their communication was top notch. They let us know how far out they were via text message which made planning very easy. They also came out without hesitation late in the evening when other plumbers wouldn’t have bothered or charged crazy “emergency” fees. I cannot speak more highly of the service provided, they certainly have a customer for life!

Hawk worked with us to get the best unit selected for our needs. The actual installation was faultless, and when they finished I had trouble finding anything to vacuum behind them so I didn't !
Fernando is a perfectionist doing his work and I really like that work ethic. There has been only one problem, Hawk told me this unit would be quiet, but they did not explain that I would have to look at the thermostat to see if the unit/fan was running. We also have been very pleased with all plumbing repairs done by Hawk technicians. It is great to only place one service call that corrects the problem the first trip.

I had a leak in my house and after many companies that were giving me over priced estimates I called Intuition Plumbing. Thank Godness he was very kind, fast, professional and gave reasonable pricing. Did the job perfect and will for sure call him again!
