definitely a memorable experience. Without getting into details, we started off with a bit of a misunderstanding about the job and schedule. Mick contacted me and definitely remedied the situation. The work that was done was extremely high quality and efficient. He provided steady communication throughout the process. They definitely went above and beyond to develop goodwill and these are the types of ethical vendors that I would hire and recommend again and again.

They were truly awesome! I've had plenty of people do repairs on my house. However they were the best. The plumbers were extremely friends and professional. Moreover, they fixed a broken pipe in the ceiling that some other companies would have overcharged. I will certainly use them for all my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

They really saved the day for us! I contacted these guys after I had previously tried another company and had a TERRIBLE experience. They informed me that they could come out on the same day that I spoke with them . He came out and he quickly had everything back up and running by using the HydroJet. Everything was explained and quality work was performed. The price was more than fair for my area... The original plumber we called could not get the problem resolved quickly. We called Right Price and they sent a team to our house within an hour on the weekend. No charge for the service call which was great because it was a weekend. Their team quickly figured out how to fix the problem and we gave them the business right away. The owner, Mick, was very helpful and considerate. He gave us a senior citizen discount and was very honest about the work to be done. The icing on the cake was that it initially looked like we needed a new sub pump and more electrical work. Obviously more costly. Their team was able to recondition the existing pump and lines and no need for all the new items and cost. They could have easily have been the more expensive route, but saved us a ton with the fix. That was a life saver. Don't hesitate to call Mick and his team. They are a family owned business that still believes in old school honest customer service. They have a customer for life with us. Amazing Service! We called at around 10 am after we noticed our tub filling up from the drain with dirty water. They showed up in less than an hour and took care of the problem. They were friendly, worked quickly, and answered all my 6yr old daughter's plumbing questions. Highly recommend!
