From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. Have used roto rooter in the past with some satisfaction as far as quality of work. However used them again to come clear a clog and it was a complete cluster of a mess. The tech ran his snake the wrong way and came thorugh the toliet, completely destroying it and making a huge mess at the same time. The tech spent 7 hours at my house trying to unclog a leak and resetting a toliet that he had to pay for. They then tried to charge me for extra time for a total of $500 +? I objected and he said oh ok I'll just charge you the original quote of $265 (included a $75 weekend service charge.) Turned of there was a clog in the city sewer after all. Two days later the line clogged again. Called the city first and they found everything to be clear. It then took another day for roto rooter to come back out and check things again. The second time they ran a camera in there and found a small piece of plastic or something in the line causing the stoppage. The manager was rude when talking to me about the situation and cut me off as I was trying to explain something to him. I have decided to not use them in the future due to lack of professionalism and efficiency.

First company to answer their phone on the morning that my water heater decided to die. Very polite and helpful. Came out in 5 hours and had me taken care of in about 90 minutes. They are now my plumber of record!

We have been using Fischer and Boone exclusively for almost forty years. They have taken care of our plumbing repairs in five houses as little children grew up to be some of their licensed plumbers. Most recently we had a very difficult stoppage in a sewer line and they worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. Their fees for repeated trips involving several hours work each time were very fair and their work was high quality. We don't shop around when we have any plumbing need.

I asked Sanders Plumbing to come out to provide a quote to replace the main line from my house to the water meter as well as a quote to fix a small leak at the meter. I was required to pay a service fee of $89 simply to receive a quote so that I didn't shop around too much. I was NOT told about this in advance and had refused to have a plumber from a different company out to provide a quote because they were charging a $40 service fee. Had I known Sanders would charge a service fee, I would not have requested a quote from them.

Additionally, the plumber who came out wanted to consult with the master plumber before providing a quote on the replacement and left without providing the quote I had requested and paid an $89 service fee for. To date, I have still not received that quote, despite following up about the quote with Sanders.
