I called them a month after another local company cleaned out my drain line and told we I would have to replace the entire system due to collapsed pipes. Jamie came out and cleaned the line and got it draining, and then used a camera to inspect the line all the way to the street, where we were able to see the pipes were not collapsed but had some roots at a few pipe joints that could be managed with an occasional clean out

This company does not stand behind their work. I had a slab leak caused by poor workmanship from their previous repair. Owner refused to cover or repair their work, which was looked at by another plumber and stated that work was done incorrectly and was very poor workmanship. Owner did not even follow-up with second plumber to address issue and chose to ignore their opinion.

Our tub was draining slow, not the sink or the toilet so we knew there must be something stuck in the tub. Just wanted a plumber to come out and clean the drain. John came out and wanted to charge us $300, said he would have to drill through our floor. We asked him a few questions and his answers were I don't know. Thankfully we sent him on his way without doing anything. We rented an auger and did it ourselves. Problem solved at a fraction of the cost. They are out to get you to do more services than needed cost. Will not ever call them again or recommend them to anyone.

Dude knows his stuff

We were having our kitchen sink replaced by Woodie Woods Plumbing and the employee/plumber they sent cracked the counter granite in several places and said it was our fault. Upon inspection, the employee had not removed or loosened the adhesive/cement that was holding the original sink in place to the countertop. He simply pushed on the bottom of the sink trying to force it up and the result was cracked granite.

Plumbers who came out were very nice. Were training a new person who stepped through our ceiling in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. We were understanding until it came time for them to repair the ceiling. First time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Second time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Third time someone came out to look at the damage, then came out a different day to do the repair. (I work nights, so time awake during my sleep, husband having to be off from work to be home with work crew). Then when its finally all said and done, we start getting nasty messages from the office person named Lanie about we need to pay our invoice TODAY! So it is now 10pm (my time), I paid their $2150 for the work they did and am out about that much for missing work. So just be real careful when using them.

These guys are came out when nobody else would. Not only that, they were responsive in a timely manner and very reasonable in their pricing. These guys are now definitely my go to for my plumbing and water heater needs!

They didn’t charge us to come out and give an estimate, they communicated well, showed up on time and were able to come out and fix the issue within 24 hours. The overall cost was very fair (much less than anticipated). I recommend them with the highest confidence.
