Jack has come out to do an estimate for me on a unit that needs replacing soon and come out for repairs on another unit. Both times he answered the phone quickly, came out the same day, and followed up repeatedly to make sure the work was done right or we didn't have any more questions/concerns. Customer service and professionalism are impeccable. His prices are great, and he stands behind his work. He will work very hard to earn and keep your business.

Al and his team helped me replace a water heater. They were extremely helpful navigating issues with my home warranty company, notified me with any updates and were always willing to accommodate any of my requests. The guys showed up on time, went over everything that they were doing with me + gave me some helpful tips. Highly recommended.

Garret with Z plumbing is a saint! He is the only reason Z Plumbing is receiving any stars. Tony is the CEO and is ok with below-par work.

Tony sent a crew to work on the issue Garret provided direction on. After a week and a half (Labor Day included), the issue wasn’t fixed. Garret returned and had to completely undo what the crew did and correctly fix the problem.

Angel (Office Administrator) shared that the project's slow progress was due to the contracted team being carful since it was a gas leak. When Garret came out to check on the work he was upset and shared the work was not done right and he needed to redo everything.

The project took almost two weeks. Garret completed the work in four hours. There was a need to dig in our yard due to a buried pool.

Communication on the project was only great when Garret was on the project. Garret was pulled off our project by Tony (CEO).

I did receive a call when my finance was submitted. Other then communication on payment I was never updated on the project timeline. I was instructed to chat with the contracted team to see how far along they were.

I don’t usually say this but I HATED this company. Garret is the only person on that team who cares about the family he is providing services for. Very disappointed.

We had an emergency toilet shutoff leak/fail and At-Ease Plumbing was out within a couple hours and had it fixed in 30 minutes. They did a fantastic job!

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.

Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .

We noticed our old water heater leaking and called them in the morning at open. By afternoon we had a new water heater installed. The prior water heater was poorly installed and the plumber took the time to correct everything and install new pipes, turn offs, exhaust, and connections as needed. The install took a lot of work and a trip back to the shop for equipment due to the old heater not draining but we ended up with a professional job at the quoted price. Would not hesitate to use or refer to Speake's.

Started in July by calling American Home Shield and opening dispatch 249721728 regarding toilet leak. They were assigned the job. Told me they would have to order a part as home depot doesn't carry it for specific toilet model. Never received a call. Call them several times to be told a technician would be calling and never received a call back. Going on 2 months, i'm forced to hire another plumber. AHS has added them to my do-not-use list.

I cannot speak highly enough about this Company! In addition to being some of the friendliest people I have ever met, both Michael and Jason are honest, timely, efficient and hardworking. We paid $4350 to install a tankless system with recirculating pump and flood-stop valve in our home. They represent themselves as the experts but took them 2 or 3 tries to eventually got the system up an running. Mean while they left me with 2 significant issues. One the condensation line leaks and two the flood-stop does not shut the water off completely. These are major issues as the unit is in my attic. I have tried to contact them, but they ignored my calls, emails and texts. Be Aware!

Best plumbing company we've ever had! We've moved around a lot in the last 25 years because of the military and had many encounters with plumbers in various states. We would rank them #1 by far. They are honest, reliable, and their prices are fair. This is a local family owned business; Mark and his three sons do excellent quality work. We've been with them for the past few years and they've pretty much done it all for us: toilet replacement, leak under the sink, water filter, sewer main blockage, shower hot/cold cartridge replacement, kitchen sink faucet replacement, etc. Won't go anywhere else!
