Staggs Plumbing was extremely responsive to my service call and very helpful in answering my questions. They provided upfront pricing for the repair at the time of the estimate. Josh and Matt walked me through each option that we had for repair of our slab leak. Staggs Plumbing did a great job in the repair that involved tunneling under the foundation to reach the leak. Josh oversaw the repair work and ensured that everything was done efficiently and accurately.

I’ve used AAA Auger three times now and they’re always great. Peter came out this time and he was friendly, informative and fast. I appreciate that they keep you updated on arrival times and send you a picture of the person coming to conduct the repairs - which adds an extra layer of safety/security. The service fee is more expensive now, but what isn’t these days? AAA Auger will always be my first call as long as they continue to provide such great service. Thank you, Peter!

CPR Plumbing did an outstanding job for us on short notice, from the first day I called to ask why our water heater was making noises to installing a new water heater. When they heard that our water heater had completely stopped working during the recent cold snap, they moved our water heater replacement appointment to a week earlier! I had a little water leak concealed inside wall. Called various plumbers , and they were either incapable to pinpoint the hole, or excessively reluctant to cut the drywall. Woodruff Water Heat's people came, found the leak, cut the wall, and fixed the harmed pipe. They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and got the job done in time.

Scheduled service on a Monday morning. Took off work and waited but no one ever showed up. Never got a call advising there was a delay or that they would be late. I had to get back to work. When I called Dallas Sewer Hydro Jetting Service , the guy asked me why I didn't call them to find out why they were late. After that comment, I advised I would not be using their services. To me, it showed a lack of concern which could reflect in their work, as well.

I can understand that things come up and delays are always possible. That's when you make a call to the customer to ask for a different time or explain the delay. Since there are plenty of other plumbing services available, I was able to get someone else fairly quickly.
