Evolution called me and gave me an estimate when they would get to my home. They showed up on time and went to work right away.

Started in July by calling American Home Shield and opening dispatch 249721728 regarding toilet leak. They were assigned the job. Told me they would have to order a part as home depot doesn't carry it for specific toilet model. Never received a call. Call them several times to be told a technician would be calling and never received a call back. Going on 2 months, i'm forced to hire another plumber. AHS has added them to my do-not-use list.

Two separate days and toilets are still not fixed
Was told by tech one he doesn’t know how to work on it and the other he new was not fixed when he left the first time and the tank needs to be pulled. Found out tonight they lied to the warranty company claiming there are missing parts and there is not
Office personnel is great but that’s as far as good goes.

Well we had exactly the opposite experience with Evolution Plumbing then everyone else did. Our technician told us he was really more of a tanked water guy and the company knew we had a tankless water heater. He said our water heater was too small for our house, even though it had to be signed off by the City of Ft. worth for compliance. He said he could flush it, but that would be an uncovered visit and probably wouldn't solve our problem. After talking to his boss, he announced to us that the water heater needed to be replaced with a bigger unit for a cost of $2,700. That was never covered under warranty. Run from this company. They took our trip fee and basically acted like they just were looking for an excuse to leave, unless we wanted to pay for a new water heater.

Brandon was very efficient and kept us fully apprised on everything. He is a fine young man who serves you well. Keep him. No complaints here.

I have had 2 clogging sinks and toilets upstairs for a couple of years. Every couple of months we would call the warranty company, they would send out a plumber. It would be fixed temporarily and then the problem would arise again.

This was the first plumber to finally diagnose the issue with the lines and we have come up with a permanent solution. This will save me a lot of money, time and heartache. Thank you Evolution! 100% would recommend all day, everyday. Clean, professional, and definitely trustworthy.
