Introduced tech (Lucas Kernan) in text message with pic prior to arrival. Lucas (+ Cody Stewart ) arrived with my pics on his iPad and quickly proceeded to resolve problem. Was efficient and effective treated my home as if it was his own. Able to handle payment in the field, and reverted with digital invoice and all photos and data I need for a claim. I've always enjoyed working with Aubrey plumbing. Service has always been honest and excellent. I first heard about Tony because they did a previous sewer repair on my house before I purchased the house. When I was having other plumbing issues, when I first moved in, we found them to be extremely honest and ethical, convincing me I found my plumbing team.

As I was beginning to redo my bathroom, my contractor noticed some issues he thought were caused by a sewage leak. Sure enough, when the team came out, our old cast iron was cracked. The team came out quickly and got it repaired, so we can move on to our bathroom next. We had a few other issues around the house, including needing a new water heater, that were promptly corrected.

Thank you guys for the excellent and honest work you guys do. It was helpful to be in constant communication so that we understood what was going on. Shout out to all that worked with us on this project from Anthony to Lucas and James, but especially Catherine (apologize for the spelling if it's wrong) for keeping us updated through the whole process.

I had a leak in my main water line and also needed two outdoor faucets replace. I chose Aubrey based on their reputation. I have not been disappointed - I purposely waited several weeks so I could accurately report on the quality of work. The work done has had no residual problems, no leaks and no issues. Talked with Anthony the owner on the phone and he came out the next day. Walked me through all my options and was very clear and concise. He then had Alex and James come out to do a preliminary repair before the slab repair. Both techs were gentleman and very professional. All around from start to finish these guys are the best. Well I was fortunate enough to meet the infamous James, whose name is mentioned in many of Aubrey's Plumbing reviews, and he did not disappoint. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to diagnosis my plumbing issue. He gave me multiple options to fix my plumbing issue, and explained the work in lingo I could comprehend. I also met Florida Man, 😂what a hoot, and excellent assistant to James! Kathy or Katherine, who schedules the appointments communicated with me throughout the process. The team overall answered every question and concern that I had. We had a drainage issue the previous day. James came out within the hour of me calling. Everything was working properly (of course). He said the blockage may have worked itself out. Their estimates are free! So we had him give an estimate to change the laundry box, it was fair so we had him do the work. Everything was done on same visit! James is professional and fast, everything was done within 2 hours from the time I called the office! I absolutely recommend them to any y'all that need a plumber.

Kitchen sink was backing up due to a clog down the line leading out of the house. Tried my own snake but the snake wasn't long enough at only 25 ft. Guys came in, SAME DAY, pushed it out and got it draining once again. They were incredibly nice knew what exactly what they were doing. Didn't cost near as much as I thought either. If you need a plumber in the Lavon and Wylie area, this is your guy!

I had Tyler come out for a pressure test before foundation work and he was professional gave me alot of good information.

After the my foundation work was performed, the foundation company paid for a different plumber and sent them out. This other other plumber said the drain under the foundation was leaking and gave me quotes for work and would not directly answer questions. He did not seem to want to answer questions and wanted to just give me quotes for work.

I sent that joker away and called Aubrey Plumbing to come out and recheck my plumbing after the foundation work. Anthony came out and rechecked the plumbing and we proved it was not leaking. Anthony was straight forward and explained how he tested and answered all of my questions.

We remodeled our 1950s pier and beam home a little while back and hired Aubrey plumbing to help bring it up to code and make it the perfect place for us to start our family. They did fantastic work on numerous projects including resetting a toilet, installing sediment traps on our water heater and furnace, running drains to the exterior of the house, replacing old rotted cast iron drain lines, and installing 3 new water lines for a washer, fridge, and pot filler. We were very impressed with every step of the process. They were timely in getting us an estimate and completing the project once we gave the ok. Tony and his team do great work. We are planning on remodeling a bathroom soon and will definitely be using them again! Couldn’t recommend enough.

Aubrey Plumbing was the company that the foundation repair company hired to test pre- and post- foundation lift. They were able to detect the leak, and narrow it down to the exact location of the leak, and get it fixed within a week.

This is truly a great company. We have used them a few times. Always prompt, and friendly. They give a detailed explanation of what is wrong and what will need to be done to fix it, and the cost to fix it. Highly recommended this company to anyone needing plumbing service.

Contacted Anthony Morgan on November 19 th to come and do a hookup of all my plumbing after having new countertops installed. He set up an appointment for November 23 rd, he was great! Anthony was great about communicating about arrival time, as well as what my options were, and the cost involved. Excellent Service. Great prices. Incredible competency. I've used Aubrey several times now and Anthony and his crew are my go to guys for plumbing repair. They are incredibly professional, good to their word, and do a fantastic job. During one job I was literally invited down UNDER my house to inspect the newly installed plumbing. Last time they dealt with a root penetration in the main line in record time, cleared and repaired the problem, and even checked for other problems. Don't call those rooter guys. Call Aubrey Plumbing when you need serious repairs.

Tyler did a super job fixing our bath tub. Now we are are able to pull the tub handle faucet forward and receive water without hearing a loud knocking sound. Thanks for getting the bath tub working perfectly at a reasonable cost.

Aubrey plumbing has worked on two plumbing projects at my house. In both cases they arrived when they said they would (the owner called me the morning of the appointment to verify the appointment and to specify when they would arrive), they did the job, and the keep the area relatively clean.

I would use Aubrey Plumbing again. Their work is excellent/professional, and they take pride in providing a service that is done right. If they come across a problem, they provide the homeowner with the information and possible solution options, and the (most importantly) the ability/consider to review the the options and ability to make the best decision for the homeowner.

Aubrey Plumbing is great! They came in and detected the hot water pipe leak under the foundation. Instead of breaking up the floor in the master bedroom, they were able to route the new line in the attic and take care of our problem within 2 days. I live in Greenway Crest and I have been here for over 25 years. During that time I have used many plumbing companies all with the same we'll get to you when we can attitude and prices rivaling a Mercedes dealership car repair. I decided to try a smaller company and called Aubrey Plumbing, and I am glad I did. They provided quick responses and texts letting me know when a plumber was arriving, and James, our plumber, was very professional and took great pride in the quality of his work. He removed and installed a new tankless water heater in record time, and replaced outdoor piping for a gas leak. Worried, based on their pressure test, that I might still have a small gas leak in the house the owner/manager came late one night to check it out since James' had a personal emergency. You don't get that with the larger companies. They found the small leak and repaired it. My experience with Aubrey Plumbing was amazing, and I recommend that you give them a try.

I called last minute when I ran into a snag during a toilet install. Lucas was finishing up his day and came right over. He was literally in and out, finishing what I started hours earlier. Aubrey Plumbing will always be my only call in the future.

My name is John Freel and I had an issue with my toilets not flushing. and in the past, it was usually at the main sewer line or the vent on top of my roof that would have tree roots growing in them. I had called Rescue Rooter, who I used in the past, but due to the Economy being so bad, that alot of companies are rooking people for all they can get. Rescue Rooter came out and did not do what I had asked and then put me off several times, then didn’t even access my issue with the roof vent. My wife who is a realtor, uses Aubrey for home inspections so we called them out! The two technicians they sent out were James Weisdorfer and Alex Sabillion. Being a little gun shy, I asked James what he could do and what it would be to fix the problem and he was super professional and politely told me two ways he could get the job done and even showed me the prices on his tablet which is a blessing compared quotes most companies just tell you verbally and expect you to go with it. His first way to save me time and money was to go through my toilet to clear out the clog. It worked and he saved me a lot of money this way!! This is righteous! In all my 50 years of dealing with plumbing issues , these guys are the best!!! My wife loves them and I am so glad we found Aubrey LLC.

We haved hired Aubrey plumbing for 2 occasions. Both times he was great. Last Saturday, we found our water heatwr was leaking and water flooded in our garage. It was memorial day weekend but he was willing to come out on Sunday to replace the water heater. We will hire him again for future any plumbing issues and highly recommend him to others.
