Joe and Jen were so awesome to work with! I contacted Rhead Plumbing for a second opinion and was pleasantly surprised at the quote I was given. I was able to get the repairs needed within a couple of weeks versus a few months.

We were very pleased with Rhead Plumbing. We were referred by a neighbor who is a realtor when we had a leak from our upstairs bathroom which was seeping through the ceiling in our kitchen. We recently had Rhead Plumbing repair a clogged AC drain pipe and replace some old shut-off valves. I called and explained the situation and received a call back from Joe who gave me an estimate over the phone. We set an appointment and Joe communicated with me when he was on the way. Can’t say enough about how good Rhead Plumbing is. Not only fixed our draining problem but took time to double check that it was all draining fine. This was above and beyond what other plumbing companies have done. Even though it was not part of original trip Joe took time to repair a faucet that would not shut off in shower.

Rhead Plumbing was very easy to deal with and very efficient in opening and cleaning out our stopped up drain. He gave me a price that I agreed on and though it took a little longer that was the price he charged. I had him give me an estimate on removing an old bathtub and installing new plumbing and a new walk in shower. He did the work and it came out very well and was considerably more reasonable than those advertised on TV and Facebook. I would recommend this small business to anyone. I was very impressed and I don't impress easily.

Joe, from Rhead Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend. We had an emergency major water line break in our front yard on a Sunday. I called four different plumbers and Rhead Plumbing called me back right away. Rhead was able to fix it on Monday so we were without water for less than 24 hours. It was fixed before I got call-backs from the other plumbing companies. Joe was professional, informed us of exactly what he was doing and re-plumbed the access so we could get to it more easily. Called Rhead Plumming to install a water heater and shower. I wanted two shower heads installed one in the normal position and another overhead. Joe made it happen for me shower works perfect just what I wanted! I was also very impressed with the care he took getting the water heater into my basement. Very tight squeeze! Joe Rhead diagnosed my problem as a slab leak on the hot water side, re routed the hot water from the water heater up through the attic and down the wall to the back of my kitchen sink. It was brilliant! He figured out the problem and came up with a solution that did NOT involve digging up any of the slab. He worked his tail off to get my home up and running that day, and he is my hero! I cannot recommend him strongly enough to equal what he has done for me!

Rhead did a great job moving a gas line for me. The original builder on my 20 year old house cut corners and I was not able to replace a broken wall oven. Rhead was able to move the line and even helped me make sure the oven fit perfectly before they left. I will call them again if I ever need a plumber.

Joe came, on time as always, to fix our outdoor hose bib. It's 23 years old and the recent cold must have pushed it over the edge. He installed a new bib with a built-in vacuum breaker, sealed the bricks around it, cleaned up the area, and was done in less than an hour.
I like that he knows what he's doing, can explain it to me, and doesn't act all offended when I ask him to do so. Our go-to guy!

When my outside faucet started leaking, I called a number of plumbers for quotes, but chose Rhead Plumbing based on reviews. I'm glad I did. I had managed to get the leak stopped so with the emergency over we scheduled the service for Friday. They called me the next day and said that their schedule had opened up and they could be here a day earlier.

Joe arrived, assessed the problem and had the valve replaced quickly. One issue with the project was that, because siding had been added recently, the valve connection was inaccessible. We talked about options and agreed that the siding would need to be trimmed open to allow access. Joe removed only what was necessary. Then he created metal trim plates that matched the shape of the siding to close the gap around the valve. He did an outstanding job and it looks great.

I highly recommend Rhead Plumbing and will be using them for any plumbing projects that spring up.

Joe was very responsive an was able to talk through my issue over email and we set up a time for him to repair my plumbing problem. he gave me a price target over the phone and we came in at the bottom, it was more than I planned to spend but the issue we have dealt with for over 2 years is resolved and I would say worth it, but honestly it was an issue that should have been caught in an inspection, but I am happy with Rhead Plumbing and their service, quality, communication, and timliness.

Twice! Joe and Jennifer have been awesome for our family by helping us with not one but two plumbing issues in the last year or so! First with the February freeze Joe came out late on a Friday to shut off the water and repair an external faucet that had ruptured and was shooting water sideways out of the house. A very cold, muddy and messy job handled promptly and professionally. Second time out was in the middle of a classic “in-over-my-head” toilet flush system replacement. With a shaky tank and a questionable valve shut off in front of me I called Rhead Plumbing to lend a hand. Joe showed up at 7:15am before his other scheduled jobs to replace the valve and get us going in the right direction. No need to look any further for a plumber. I called them because a big box store broke my hot water valve for our new washer and dryer install. My sister visits and says you need new toilets. Okay, the house is only 18 years old how do you determine when you need new toilets unless they don't flush? Well, I called Rhead Plumbing and Joe installed low water, higher seating, and easy flush toilets. I didn't know what I was missing (You'll appreciate it as you get older).
