We're in the process of buying a house and a foundation guy said we should get it checked for water leaks in foundation. Our option period was short but Paul was great and worked with us in getting a hydrostatic test done, and then came out for an isolation test once leaks were confirmed. I had them come for a 2nd opinion when I was told by Bacon Electric that my pipes were caving in and needed replaced immediately or my house would flood and the price would be $36,000.00! That is not a typo on price it was going to be thirty six thousand dollars for only 1/2 the houses pipes replaced. Adr came out and ran their cameras and stated the pipes were fine, they just needed flushing, which they came and flushed them a week later. These guys are very caring, honest and efficient! we will use them from now on for sure!

My household have been without water since Friday and we may have been w/o water much longer if a great person like Zach hadn’t come out.
Zach immediately displayed professionalism while assessing the issue. He kept me informed every step of the way and although the primary issue could not be resolved on his house call, he was adamant about me having some running water before he left.

As he wrapped up the visit he reassured me that I at least have cold running water to be able to flush the toilets, clean, and cook until the major issue is fixed.

His professionalism and passion for what he does has given me the ability to be a bit more patient while waiting for the final fix!!!

I look forward to him coming out to complete the repairs.

I highly recommend ADR Plumbing for any plumbing services.
I had a leaking under the sink water heater which needed replaced. I called ADR PLUMBING and I got a reasonable price to replace it that afternoon.
From placing the call to completion of the installation, the whole process was A+++++ Professional.

I had a text letting me know Paul was on the way (arrived a little early even), a picture was included so I knew what he looked like, Paul walked to my door handing me his business card, very well presented. He listened to my issues, told me he'd take a look, explained what he was needing to do and went to work. He cleaned up every single thing. Didn't leave any mess for me at all. Very professional and caring person. We need additional work for our 58 yr old sewer pipes but Paul explained what to do until we can get those repairs scheduled. I would definitely recommend ADR Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest and professional plumbing company. I had a shower valve that I mistakenly ruined trying to remove an old calcified cartridge filter. There was water leaking and I had no choice but to turn the water to the house off. I called ADR Plumbing early the next morning and Paul answered the phone. He was very professional and up front that he had a very busy day scheduled, but would do his best to stop by. Paul was able to make it out a few hours later to my surprise. Another thing that I like is they text you to let you know they are on their way. Paul was able to replace the valve fairly quickly. He and his coworker kept the work area clean and cleaned up after they finished. I definitely will use ADR Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Paul!

ADR PLUMBING IS THE BEST!!! I am so happy i found this wonderful company. I had a clog , resulting in water coming up through my bathtub, and also leaking at the base of a toilet. I called Paul and he was professional and helpful. He was able to make it out to Ft Worth the very next day, even though they were fully booked for the day. When Paul arrived, he explained everything in great detail and explained our options and never pressured me one way or the other. He is very knowledgeable and a straight shooter. He fixed the problem quickly and it only cost me $300!!! Which is super crazy considering i had a plumber from Ernies plumbing come out and quote me $1300 and never even told me how he was going to solve the problem I had. I am so happy I found ADR plumbing. Sharla is great. If you are looking for a prompt company with excellent communication, this is the perfect company! CUSTOMER SERVICE = 5 + stars. Paul followed up with an email and description of the problem and even included pictures so I could see just how bad the clog was.
I have had 3 family/friends use ADR plumbing since I found them and they have all been VERY happy with the communication and great service offered by ADR!

Well to start off we moved in on 1/13/23, had a service request on 1/15/23 because the first bathroom had water coming from under the bathtub and into the closet of the room closest.

1/16/23 - unknown company comes out and digs a hole and installs new pipe 20ft under house and another 10-15ft to the end of the front yard.

1/22/23 - another service request because neither restroom is usable. Shower and tub are backed up with water/dirt.

1/23/23 - our rental company assigns another company to look at the issue, they don't want to touch it because they could be held liable. While that company was still here, Justin with ADR showed up and I had informed him of everything and he said that he would verify. He comes back and lets us know that he contacted our rental company and they would like him to take a look for a second opinion. Justin (ADR) came in after our rental company had cancelled the service request that brought him out in the first place. He was very helpful and professional. I am very much appreciative of his work and the dedication that ADR and their employees have to do their best to help. It was about to be 2 days of not having the use of either one of our restrooms. I am thankful for Justin, Paul and the entire ADR team to fix this issue. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful experience with ADR plumbing! We had a plumbing leak and had to turn off the water in our house. Within hours of us calling them, they came out and fixed the issue, staying far after most business hours. They were respectful of our home and us and worked efficiently to provide us with the best solution for our leak to guarantee the longevity of the fix.

This is the second time I've used ADR Plumbing Co.
My water heater quit working and couldn't keep the pilot light lit. Called ADR and Paul was here within an hour. After trouble shooting, he replaced the faulty ignighter which was all it needed. A few other plumbers I contacted suggested not to spend money on a 9 year old WH. I guess time will tell, but pleased to pay $ versus $$$$ now. Once again the job was done courtesly, professionaly and exceptionally well.

This is the third or 4th time we used this company. Very professional. Sharla kept us updated about arrival of the plumbers several times to keep us up to date. Justin arrived on time (actually much earlier) with. his assistant and explained everything that had to be done. We had a stem replaced on the outside of the house and they were able to save me some money using less parts. I forgot to tell them about a leaky faucet in the bathroom but my wife asked them and I hated bush whacking them with a schedule they were on but they took time to make repairs. Reasonably priced, very professional, answered questions just a great company and so nice of them to make repairs in the bathroom. We will use them again

ADR replaced all of the cast iron drainage system due to multiple leaks the old pipes were original from 1959. They were super professional and efficient. They all seem to take great pride in their work. Paul, the field supervisor, was right there with them the entire time and everything he promised from the original estimate was spot on accurate. I was very happy with the services of ADR Plumbing! It was extremely hard to find a plumber when the entire state of Texas froze and pipes were bursting everywhere. Zack with ADR plumbing made it to my house surprisingly fast under the circumstances. He correctly identified and fixed multiple leaks. He was very professional and kept me informed and educated throughout the entire process. He also went above and beyond advising me on related issues, such as how to take care my other plumbing needs and deal with the city water bill. After the work was done, I received a very comprehensive report with excellent pictures, which will help me handle my insurance claim. Justin came out to open up the sewer line and evaluate how to fix this problem. After having roto rooter of fort worth come out they charged $400 plus to snake the toilet and didn't even fix the issue. Roto rooter left a mess for us to clean up after but Justin with ADR plumbing cleaned up after words and gave us the best price possible. Thank you Justin and Paul

My landlord contracted ADR Plumbing to inspect and repair multiple suspected leaks in our home. The service request went in on a Monday, and I received a scheduling call from Sharla (the best!) within a few hours. Brandon was at our home Tuesday afternoon and conducted a quick and expert assessment of the leaks, made plans to return the following day to repair them, and patched what he could during the service assessment to prevent continued excessive water usage overnight. Both Sharla and Brandon were generous in the knowledge and guidance they shared with us as we navigated this process as tenants. I am amazed that our leaks were totally resolved within just 48 hours of the request going out, and that we received this level of friendly, trustworthy service along the way.

Justin and his helper did an awesome job repairing my slab leaks. They got it done quick which I was really surprised. We didn’t have to stay long without water. Paul gave me a good useful tip beforehand to fill my tub with water so we could flush. They all worked hard in the Texas heat and really got underneath the house and actually found several leaks.
