I have used United Mechanical for close to 10 years on all of my properties. Any time I have an issue relating to plumbing or HVAC I contact United Mechanical and a professional service tech arrives within the estimated time I was given over the phone. The service techs are always professional, friendly and clean! I have used companies in the past where this is not always the case. If you want a job done the right way I would certainly recommend giving United Mechanical a call!

The technician, Bryan, was courteous, knowledgeable, and only charged me for a $79 service fee. Nonetheless he fixed a faucet leak and tightened two sink spigots. A bargain in my opinion.

Dustin and Nick were here to replace our Tankless water heater and they did a wonderful job. Dustin even went beyond to explain common problems with Plumbing and how to avoid them around the house. Also, made sure that the roof was fixed properly with the new vent. Highly recommend.

From the call into the workplace to request service to the duty being done was AN overall nice expertise. Solve Flooded loos came bent on my house inside forty five minutes of my call. self-addressed the problem and quickly got it fixed for me.

I first used Gary's Quality Plumbing services when I moved into my house in 2011 to do a plumbing check and then fix several items from the inspection report. Subsequently they replaced my two water heaters in 2015 and 2017. Work is always high quality. Adam came out this month to fix my leaky shower, a faucet stem had to be replaced. I also asked him to put in quarter turn valves and hoses under a couple of sinks so that faucet replacement becomes easy to do myself. He did all this and was also nice enough to wear a proper N95 mask while he did all this. With the BA.5 variant spreading rapidly I did not want to expose some high risk people in my house to it. I am very appreciative of that.

Tony and Juan are professionals through and through. I contacted them near midnight with a semi-emergency because my water was turned off. They came out the very next morning. They were respectful when entering my home, wore shoe gloves on the carpet, diagnosed and repaired my issue, and billed a fair price for their service. I will be happy to call again if I ever need their service

Brian and Jorge were able to repair and replace my flex ductwork after a racoon had torn it to shreds. The crawlspace is super tight and I had other companies turn down the work until I had it dug out but that's not in the budget right now. These guys took a look and felt they could get it done and they did! Excellent wok, great attitude and a pleasure to work with.

I had a leaking showerhead driving me insane, but the plumbing company fixed it quickly. They were courteous and professional.

I have used Plano Plumbing several times now for my house in Plano and there really isn’t anything bad I can say. Jack and Mario and the team have always been quick to answer my calls, questions and concerns. They come out to my house within 24hours of calling them, they are honest and upfront about pricing (right? Who would have thought there was an honest plumber out there haha) and they show and explain everything to me and give several updates throughout the process as they fix the problem. I have used them for clogs, leak detection and a busted pipe and they have never disappointed. Will only be using them for all my plumbing needs. 10/10
