Be aware of this company. They were supposed to tunnel to make a repair not go through the tile. When confronted with the error, their employee lied and claimed he was told by the owner and myself to drill through the tile rather than tunnel. The experience got worse from there. I used them on my personal house and have referred them to clients in the past but the way they treated my client was completely unacceptable. Make sure you get every detail in writing if you do decide to use them.

Alex upcharged me after we agreed to a price. And then when I called him he laughed and didn’t care one bit. Do not use this company.

Jacob and Emery did a great job. It took them about 2 hours to replace 2 waterheaters. Very professional, knowledgable and polite. One heater was leaking. Hauling away old heaters can be messy, but they also cleaned everything and did not leave anything behind. I would greatly recommend this company based on my experience. Thank you.

After carefully reading all the reviews, I decided to call Bruce to unclog my toilet. He said he'd be here in about 45 minutes. Bruce was here in 30 minutes. He unclogged my toilet which had 30 disposable wipes in it. Very professional and honest. Also, VERY affordable. I live in Plano and compared to others I called he was the cheapest. Some guy tried to charge me $250. Bruce was way cheaper, honest & quick. Took him abt 45 mins, and he was done. Call Bruce for your plumbing needs. AWESOME JOB!!!

Robert was very responsive and quickly came out when we had a plumbing issue at our home. He took the time to carefully investigate what the issue was and he explained it to me so well. I appreciated that very much as he took time to tell me what the problem was and what the options were to solve and repair the problem. He completed his work and he was so kind to explain all of it to me. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will call them again, it is an honest and caring company.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
