Jose R was very diligent about getting our drain cleaned out. He initially had a shorter snake for the drain. When he couldnt get the drain unclogged he drove from La Mesa to Solana Beach to pick up a longer one. Got it unclogged right away all this within 2 hours. and they came out initially within 40 min. $89. Thank you!

Powers Plumbing really helped me out of a jam. I had a toilet clogged and needed a plumber to come out as soon as possible. They were timely and much more presentable than what I expected from a plumber. Very kind, and cordial, had a great experience.

I spoke to Don about this appointment a few days before his team showed up. The day of the appointment Joe showed up and addressed my issue. He was nice, courteous and was confident in fixing the broken pipe. He also worked overtime until the job was done correctly. Certainly not the cheapest, but you pay for what you get. I would use Don and his team again! Thanks again for the work, 5 stars.

I had my VIP AC service done a few days ago. The technician was very nice and respectful. After he had left, I noticed a strange hum coming from the vent. I called Anderson the following day and reported the hum. They came out today and discovered that it was the type of filter that was installed. It wasn't the type I had used in the past, so it was making a different noise. He replaced the filter and the strange hum disappeared. The technician apologized for the unpleasant noise, even though it was not due to an error on his part. Anderson really appreciates my business and I am very happy with their service. The VIP service is great.

Luis helped our business today. He came on time and solved the clogged drain very quickly. He not only was very clever with his diagnosis in finding the problem in my 1881 old house he fixed bad work done from previous contractor and also found a small leak and fixed it very quickly. He was working for more than five hours and only charged $382. He cleaned up the whole bathroom after and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He will forever be our on call plumber at our business and home too. Thank you! there are still hard working good people who have your best interest.

I was very happy when I called Bill Howe plumbing and was able to get an appointment on the same day within a couple of hours, because we all know that a day or two without your sink or shower is a real inconvenience. I was even more pleased with the plumber that arrived. Asher called me 30 minutes before arriving and was very professional and very good at his job. Asher quickly fixed the problem and was also respectful of my home, he even sprayed down the shower after the clog was cleared. He said“ I wanted to clean it up so you wouldn’t have to”If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will definitely use Bill Howe plumbing and I will request Asher again. Thanks!

Absolutely terrible customer service. The only reason I am dealing with them is because of my home warranty company. They showed up 2 hours late with no phone call for the first appointment, didn't have the materials required for the job, and never showed up for the second appointment to do the work. They never called, closed early so they were there when I called and filed a complaint with my home warranty company. STAY AWAY!!!
