A very prompt and courteous response was my intitial contact with ProMax Plumbing. After discussing my water heater problem, a service call was scheduled the very next day. Arriving on time, Daniel proceeded to carefully change out the water heater which included a new shutoff valve and earthquake straps. The invoice was exactly as quoted by phone and cleanup was complete. I would highly recommend the services of ProMax Plumbing.

Vic and his team at Ascend Plumbing are lifesavers! My tub in my apartment stopped draining properly shortly after I moved into this unit 4 months ago. We’d been dealing with the tub/shower taking 40-60 minutes to drain every time for a while and I started to panick thinking that maybe my toddler dropped a toy down there and that’s what was causing the problem. I finally reached out to Vic and he and his team were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He brought out his handy dandy cable with a camera on the end of it, saw that it didn’t look like the trap in the tub was obstructed, but saw that the tub was still draining slowly. He brought in another machine that sucked a bunch of stuff out and voila! My tub is good as new and I was able to enjoy a glorious shower in which I was standing in ankle deep water almost immediately. The Ascend team was very friendly and helpful and I’ll definitely call them anytime I am having a plumbing issue. Thanks Vic!

I called Almco after-hours recently for a ceiling leak in a downstairs unit. They responded quickly and sent out a technician within the hour. Daniel found the leak fast and replaced the section of pipe that caused the issue. He was in and out within 2 hours. We’ll be using Almco for future repairs!

We did a bathroom remodel and Vlad was extremely professional and did great work. Installed bath tub, moved pipes, installed and moved shower drain.

My wife called this company to fix a leaking tub faucet. Sal came over Friday afternoon and gave a quote. We agreed and he said he would come by Saturday morning at 930am. He never showed up nor did he call to let us know. My wife called twice and the first time he picked up and hung up. Second time no answer.

I had an early morning shower gone bad! The shower handle broke and I could not turn off the water. The tub was filling up fast! I called City and left a distressed call and asked for immediate help. They called me back immediately and said the truck would be at my house within 30 minutes. Chris showed up in 20! He quickly assessed the situation, found the cut off and stopped the water. He told me what was wrong, what it needed, and let me know he had the part on the truck. I was thrilled with the responsive and professionalism. City Plumbing is on my speed dial. Eric and Tony are excellent at what they do. Not only did I have a broken water heater, but it had a number of cracks and quickly leaking. They were responsive and quick to offer support, even before they were able to come out. They are communicative, efficient, possess expertise, and extremely affable. They are professional experts at reasonable prices. In addition to installing a new a/c & heating unit. They also upgraded my old cast iron kitchen plumbing which was leaking under the house, which they had to cutout & repair the drywall. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. They cleaned up and even hauled away all the old plumbing. Your mind is put at ease when they explain the problem and how they are going to repair it. Highly professional Very efficient and great at what he does, jobs big or small!

My water heater was leaking and Jonnie Brayall was available to come out on a holiday weekend to repair it. He was very knowledgeable and inspected and explained the various components and provided several options. On top of looking at my original issue, he went beyond and tested the water pressure and thermal expansion. We now know what to look for in the future as he made sure to pass knowledge on. Definitely would call him again for any water heater questions.

Had called them after we had massive issues with a clogged pipe (we were unable to use any toilet, everything was backed up). They sent somebody straight away. This somebody was Alan, he was super easy going and friendly, jumped right on it with the snake and tried to locate the problem. He explained the process in an easy to understand manner. After about 20min, our pipes were cleaned and we could finally use the toilet and shower again. Thank you so much Alan!

Recently I had a plumbing issue in my office and Bryon diagnosed the problem and his tech Matthias fixed the issue very efficiently. I am very please with their knowledge and service.
