Daniel is a great guy and I highly recommend him for all of your plumbing needs. He quickly came out and replaced my water heater and has been extremely helpful with some of the manufacturers issues I have been dealing with since. 5 stars all the way.

Juan went above and beyond to get my bathtub running even though it was a BIG drain pipe issue.

I had Ascend out to replace some very old cast iron drainage piping beneath my house. Randy was responsive even though he was out of town at the time of my call and quickly made a plan for a house visit. After the estimate, he had Rafael come out to complete the work: removing the old piping and replacing them. Rafael was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was patient with my questions and overall took care of everything I needed. I would absolutely use Ascend Plumbing again. They provided great service, at a great value.

DO NOT USE IDEA PLUMBING! I am a Veteran Widow! I am also paralyzed and home bound. I called Idea Plumbing because my air conditioner was not cooling. Needless to say the tech. was out 3 times for the same problem and I was charged all times... I finally called Anderson Plumbing they charged me $79.00 and fixed my AC and they Gurantee work. If my AC stops cooling they will come out and fix AT NO CHARGE... CALL AROUND BUT SAVE YOURSELF STRESS DON'T CALL IDEA PLUMBING...Sdsofine- San DiegoCharles you are so right! I too was never given an estimate on repairs. Tech came out said he fixed AC and charged me $162.00 for a 45 minute jobIDEA PLUMBING TECH Will Come out and fix problem without telling you the cost before the work! ANDTHEY DO NOT GURANTEE THEIR WORK...DON THE OWNER WILL MAKE UP EXCUSES FOR THE EXTRA CHARGES. BUT WILL NOT HONOR WORK GURANTEE. ..

They have the best customer service and technicians of any company I've been to. They were able to diagnose my plumbing leak and fix it for a fair price. I can't recommend them enough.

Manny F did a great job for Rooter Rooter. He cleared the drain line between the house and septic tank efficiently. The equipment worked. Time between my first call and clear drain, possibly less that 2 hours.

I am never happy with any type of contractor, but Point Loma was in one word, perfect! From the begining to the end and so easy and not expensive. Simply the best!

I'd list the services but ARS has failed to release the detailed invoice prior to payment. Work began in October and was completed in December and I'm getting nothing but lip service. It was a major project, inside and outside, and I'm still waiting on the Invoice & the Asbestos Clearance Report. I'm still without a toilet & vanity because the floor installation cannot be done without the asbestos report. AND I NEED A DETAILED INVOICE.

I contacted Morey Plumbing for a clogged toilet Shannon set up appointment she was friendly . Shannon offered same day service with a two hour window . That's great service . Shannon called to let me know that Paul would be arriving in 30. When paul arrived he was knowledgeable and friendly . Paul fixed the problem in a timely manner . I would definitely recommend Morey plumbing to family and friends.

For several years Andrew from A Pro plumbing has done numerous plumbing work at both of my homes here in San Diego and in Riverside County. He is always professional and does an outstanding job. I have never had any problems with any work that was performed. Recently he installed a new top of the line toilet and a incredible state of the art bathroom faucet. The previois faucet was very old and took precision to remove in order not to jepordize the sink. Andrew went above and beyond to ensure there were no scratches or cracks in my porclain sink.
