Installation was excellent. The Hot Water Heater was a superior model. Extra parts were needed, and they did not charge for the extra parts or labor. will never use another plumbing company.

I have used this company several times and the quality of work was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. I’ve also called them several times on matters which were checked but did not need repair and I was not charged for the service hall. The last time he was here, I had a leak in the irrigation system which my gardener had attempted to repair but there was still water pooling in the area. He told me to wait a few days and if the area was still wet to call an irrigation specialist because their rates were less expensive than a plumber. Again, no charge for the service call. This is definitely a company that is reliable and honest. I highly recommend them

Big Frank’s was very responsive and provided same day service for a fair price. Needed a shower valve and drain installed because we were converting our tub/shower to a standup shower only. He did quite a bit of work for a reasonable price. Frank also provided us with tips to make sure the contractor that’s installing the shower is doing it correctly. He and his wife were very friendly which was a plus. Highly recommend Big Frank’s.

My faucet was backed up and it wouldn’t drain. My home warranty was previously sent out by another company and I was told I would have to cut behind the wall. I asked for a second opinion and this guy came and took his time to snake out the drain it was a tough job but he got it done. I can’t remember his name but he had just bought new riding equipment. The man Who came was quite but professional. He located the problem right away. It took about two hours complete the task. But he did a good job. Very pleased.

Charges so much. Not on time. Two months later the part they fix breaks. And they charge $1,300. I called them the owner sounded rude. What cheap part or labor work they did. It is not worth it. Don’t get work done from this place.
