SPECIFIC PLUMBING WORKS

Hot water tank went out the day before Thanksgiving. We were assigned Specific Plumbing Works by our home warranty provider. We received a quick callback followed by an on time, same day, appointment. The team, very professional and friendly, quickly assessed the cause and in less than 15 mins had authorization to proceed in replacing the defective water heater. Specific Plumbing offered to install on Thanksgiving but we opted for the day after. The team was on time, very professional and friendly - answering all of our questions. I would like to add that the office staff was also super and provided friendly, high quality, customer service. We are very pleased with our recent experience with Specific Plumbing Works. Kind of hard to review when they haven't bothered to show up or call. Like the other review stated it is because of Home Warranty has chosen them to deal with. Busted water line on a Saturday, closed on Sunday, nothing on Monday and now Tuesday and still nothing. Upsetting to think about their service along with my home warranty provider. I did the repairs at my home myself. Was not going to wait without water.If you are needing plumbing service stay away from this bunch just like they chose to stay away from us.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The only reason I am dealing with them is because of my home warranty company. They showed up 2 hours late with no phone call for the first appointment, didn't have the materials required for the job, and never showed up for the second appointment to do the work. They never called, closed early so they were there when I called and filed a complaint with my home warranty company. STAY AWAY!!!

The plumber was very helpful. Antonio did everything to help me. I will definitely call them again if I have another plumbing problem and ask for Antonio.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! Have called at least 15 times for a follow up to work not done with no answer! 52 days and problem not resolved.
