Matthew A. did a superb project in repairing a defective faucet and installing two new faucets. He also discovered a flaw in our garbage disposal and installed a new one. He accomplished all this the same day he came to provide us a quote for the services.

I called ARS Neighborhood Rooter and Plumber for backed up toilets. Fernando answered the phone and informed me that he couldn’t come out the same day but would be out the next day at 8 o’clock. He came out ran some tests and found out that we had a collapsed sewer system. I told them to go ahead and do the work and they did a fantastic job. They had to dig up our front yard that we just had landscaping done but when they were finished you would never know they were ever digging in the front yard. Fernando and all of the workers were very polite and friendly. The process took several days but we were informed of that ahead of time. So next time you have a plumbing problem give ARS Neighborhood Rooter and Plumber a call you won’t be disappointed.!

They were early for the estimate and waited for me.
Their bid was much lower than their competition. Job was quick! 2 days, and started and ended just when they said it would. 5 months later, everything is working fine.

I was told it was going to be 100 DLLs if it was only a clogg, then the guy said he could not unclog it, that he needed to run a camera and then use a.machine to check if the pipe was broken. He charged 325 DLLs for it. Then he marked the floor and said they needed to brake the concrete floor in my kitchen to see the pipe because it was broken. At the minimum it would be 2400 dlls, and from there up depending on the size of the project. I remembered my insurance covered plumbing, son I called them and paid my deductible for 75 dlls, the plumber came and unclogged it in 5 minutes. There was nothing broken, it was just a regular clogg and these guys ripped me off with 325 usd, I can only imagine what would have happened if I had went for the full project . Beware!

Honest guy and does great work!

So these guys have their main office in Bakersfield,they have one plumber here along with one office girl.They leave the scheduling up to the plumber,I'm not sure what purpose the office girl serves.The guy is an okay plumber but should not be making his own schedule,the impession I get is there are certain jobs he'll do and the ones he doesn't want to do he'll just ignore you until you call someone else. Laughable

He estimated me a price over the phone as well as allow me understand that if there was more problems as well as expenses he would call and also allow me know right away. We called very late in the day due to the toilet being clogged and Kali Sticks Plumbing came within an hour of us calling for their plumbing services and unclogged and hydro jetted our main line. They are very reliable and you can't beat prices. They go above and beyond for their customers!
