Jesse H did a fantastic project on this work call, and talked with my brother in law who had professionally installed our unit to figure out best practice for solving the problem. Jesse being willing to work with another pro workman and respect his work shows what a quality technician he is. We were also glad that he was willing to educate us in simple ways we could take care of other simple maintenance on the unit to extend it's life. I called ARS Neighborhood Rooter and Plumber for backed up toilets. Fernando answered the phone and informed me that he couldn’t come out the same day but would be out the next day at 8 o’clock. He came out ran some tests and found out that we had a collapsed sewer system. I told them to go ahead and do the work and they did a fantastic job. They had to dig up our front yard that we just had landscaping done but when they were finished you would never know they were ever digging in the front yard. Fernando and all of the workers were very polite and friendly. The process took several days but we were informed of that ahead of time. So next time you have a plumbing problem give ARS Neighborhood Rooter and Plumber a call you won’t be disappointed.!

Outstanding work.

We have been using Master Plumbing for years and all were good until this year. We had a leak in the ceiling. Tony came and detected the leak. Gave us the estimate a bit high for replacing a cartridge for the shower. We were OK with it. He came back the next day, couldn't replace the cartridge after he worked at it for sometimes. He then said it's broken, now he has to replace the valve. The cost would be double. He went out for a break, came back and increased $25 more. We called the office and they said the price is what the technician said. The fix was good. But the pricing was very unprofessional. We should have called for another company.Master Plumbing used to give estimate for the job when you called. They didn't do it this time and let the Technician that came to your house to give out the number. We never had to call another plumber for a second estimate. But we will have to from now on.

Great company and service. Gus is very knowledgable and does good work. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent, professional work at a price point that is substantially lower than the big named companies in the area.

Came home to a flooded basement on a Sunday which happen to also be a holiday. I was able to have someone there within a few hours and he found the issue within 10 minutes. The prices they quoted were far lower than anyone else in San Diego that I had spoken with. I’ll definitely be using them again if I need any plumping repairs.

I was told it was going to be 100 DLLs if it was only a clogg, then the guy said he could not unclog it, that he needed to run a camera and then use a.machine to check if the pipe was broken. He charged 325 DLLs for it. Then he marked the floor and said they needed to brake the concrete floor in my kitchen to see the pipe because it was broken. At the minimum it would be 2400 dlls, and from there up depending on the size of the project. I remembered my insurance covered plumbing, son I called them and paid my deductible for 75 dlls, the plumber came and unclogged it in 5 minutes. There was nothing broken, it was just a regular clogg and these guys ripped me off with 325 usd, I can only imagine what would have happened if I had went for the full project . Beware!

Look no further. This company is the real deal. Exceptional service hands down.

There was a leak in my ceiling. We had no idea where it was coming from. Turns out there was a small crack in the pipe in the master bathroom that was the culprit. I was impressed with the professionalism and meticulous nature of the Pro Plumbers San Diego as the searched for the leak. The repair was more intensive than I was expecting, but they did everything that they could to make this process as painless as possible.
