Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

Doesn’t return calls. Doesn’t back up his work, or his word. Ues anybody else EXCEPT this business. Horrible!

Vince, Frank and Chris were very knowledgeable and professional and got the job done quickly. Replaced two bathroom vanities and toilet. Also put new shut-off valves throughout. Reasonable prices and quality work.

Scheduling was easy and pleasant experience. Shout out to Stephanie! She even called to let me know that the guys would be arriving early. When the guys arrived they went right to it and didn't stop until they found the problem. Mark explained everything and there never was any pressure. He explained what n where and how he would proceed. He also gave us options. We decided to go with getting the pipes to our tub fixed right then and there. The guys went above and beyond in a couple hours... Done! Oh, and did I mention the price was very reasonable. In the past two weeks we had two plumbers come out and each wanted to cut open my kitchen ceiling to get to the tub... Really? I'm so glad I called Mr. Tubs for professionalism, reliability, they are personable, reasonable, have a never give up attitude, not to mention my kitchen ceiling is in tact. You guys are the BEST! Saying bye-bye to those other plumbers. For GOOD!!

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. My experience with the supervisor who called to check on me and the dispatcher who took my emergency call were also wonderful. I’m grateful for their prompt help. Thank you so much!

The worker replaced our toilet and connected the water to our fridge in one trip saving us time and expense. We really appreciated their professionalism overall.

I called Drains R Us because my washing machine in the basement was backing up. Also, the sink on my 2nd and 3rd floor was making sounds.The first thing they did upon arrival was ask me Covid 19 related safety questions, take their temperatures, and ask if they could take mine. They had masks on, put on gloves before they came in.They provided a quality service and explained what the issue was. They were extremely honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The best heating/plumbing pros! My sewer line had a clog and my heater stop working! In the same week! They came in fix both. Very nice and friendly professional service.

Don't do business with this company. They misdiagnosed my heating issue, caused me to take several days off work and then tried to charge me for something no one told me about up front. Had to get another company to come out (Summers Quality) that correctly diagnosed the issue and took care of it quickly. After disputing the charge with the owner, he proceeded to make a claim to impact my credit.

Water heater went so I called Splash. I ended up texting them photos and they gave me a good price moments later. They came out stuck to the price and installed a quality product. Thanks so much!

TALK ABOUT KNOWLEDGE- Eddie not only gave me one of the most competitive quotes, he also gave me a 15 min phone consultation and answered every question I had. Most companies were short and vague. Eddie took the time to educate me. Most of all he gave it to me straight, which was what I respected most.

Daniel was efficient with the work he did. He explained thoroughly what he was doing. After having 2 different plumbing companies come inspect and attempt to fix the issue, he finally got the laundry dry sink to flow after the blockage that kept building up everytime we used any water throughout the house. I will continue to do business with Zoom Drain. I was definitely satisfied with the time, effort, and work Daniel put in. Called this company as my usual plumber was not available, they came out quickly and did warn me if they could not clear the blockage it would be $100 and $200 if they could. The tech came for less than 10 minutes according to my tenant, used a 6 ft auger and did not even attempt to snake the pipes. Called my usual plumber, he asked me Why didn't they remove the toilet and snake the pipe? What type of plumber does not carry a snake on them?. Additionally, I did not receive a call explaining why they could not clear the blockage but instead an invoice was sent in less than 40 minutes from my initial call. I have no problem paying a service charge if the work can not be completed, but this company put about 5% of effort into their work, I would have much preferred to pay someone else who cares about their craft and customer. It seems others have had good experiences, hopefully yours is not like mine.
