Brian Turner and his crew did an outstanding job at our church. Brian explained the process in detail of what had to be accomplished and resolved all our plumbing problems. We received excellent service.

Once again Brian Turner came out asap to fix my broken heater at my business. He made sure my clients had heat and didn’t have to cancel them as it’s 25 degrees out! Professional, fast, and most importantly, honest!

I had an emergency with my oil heater and I called Brian Turner with Turner Brothers. I called his number around 9:00 AM. I explained my problem to the answering service and he was at my house at 11:30 AM. He checked the problem, explained what he needed to do and then told me the estimate and I hired him. He came back to do the service at 4:00 PM and finished in 2 hours. He was very friendly and easy going. He made sure everything was on and cleaned up.

I'm feeling torn about this review. As a new homeowner I have a learning curve and navigating the ups and downs of a newly bought first house is hard enough. We had a terrible time with our basement and long story short after a rat invasion and a rehab of an already renovated basement we figured out our plumbing issue. Turner Brother's were the 2nd opinion. We decided to go with them. They were attentive, had the gear (including a scope that certain plumbers do not have), and Brian gave us the name of a guy who got us some money back on the 10,000.00 we had to spend from bad building. Well just a little money, but it was nice and something. The plumbing so far seems good. Its working and it's been since Jan/Feb2018. They had to dig in front of our house and created a big big mess. I didn't mind. Get it done and working! The cement was hastily done because it was cold and they are plumbers. That's not their job. However, we gave them a deposit to do the cement in the spring when it warmed up. Since spring, I've talked to Brian twice, and 4 or 5 other people. We've had no call backs from anyone and now NO ONE answers my phone call. I certainly don't mind getting someone else to do the cement work but I WOULD like my deposit for it back since it is a 1/4 of how much it will cost. Also I really wish someone from Turner Brothers would just call to tell me that they have too much on their plate. It makes me suspicious of the work they've done in the ground. In my opinion how you begin and end a job is what sticks with people. I'm not sure I'd use these guys again. So frustrated.

I called them this morning they were out within 2 hours and solved my pluming issue in minutes. Very reasonable and very honest people- I would recommend Turner Brothers to anyone! 5 stars Great Work Guys!

We had to have a part of our sewer line replaced and they came out the next day to check out what was going on, and within a couple weeks the job was done! Very fast, reliable and knowledgeable!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for plumbing issues! The prices are very reasonable, they won't try and screw you over like a lot of other plumbers would! Brian was great to communicate with!! Thanks again for your entire teams work!!!!

Turner Brothers came to the rescue when my new home was broken into and all the copper pipes were stolen for scrap money. After comparing prices from two other plumbers, Turner Bro's returned the most reasonable. Not only did Brian come out the same day, he and his associate also gave up their evenings from 7-10 pm to make sure we had running water again knowing that they had no other availability during the week. Their work was neat, everything is mostly functioning as it should, and I can't thank these guys enough!

I really recommend Turner Brothers. They are very responsible and reliable, they always answer your phone call quickly and are able to schedule you in. They always show up on time, do a good job and overall are really nice and respectful people.

Two employees from Turners Bros. Plumbing arrived at 0900 (as scheduled) and were on-site until the job was completed at 0940. The ballpark price quoted for the job over the phone - the removal of an old garbage disposal and installation of a new garbage disposal, and the installation of a exterior hose bib - was 125$ for the visit plus labor and it was suggested at that time by the Turner Bros. representative that the total cost for the job would likely be about $200.After the actual job was completed I was told by the one employee, Mike, that the realized price for the job was $375. When I questioned this and mentioned the quoted price, noting how drastically far apart the realized price was from the quoted price, the employee simply said that he was only the messenger. When I told him I did not have any checks and would need to get more cash in order to pay I also asked at that time for an itemized bill, indicating that I would not submit payment without some sort of a bill and guarantee that my payment as cash was properly received.He told me that he could come back for the cash and that he would have his office send me a bill within the hour, taking down my email address for the invoice to be sent to. About 45 minutes later I attempted to call the main office for Turner Bros. multiple times, unable to reach anyone. I wanted to verify the price and that an invoice was being sent over.Eventually I was able to speak with the employee whom had completed the job (Mike) and he told me that he spoke with his boss and was able to get the price reduced to 250$. While I told him this would likely be 'ok' I also told him I still wanted to speak directly with his boss at which time he conferenced me in with his boss, Michael Turner. I explained the situation to Michael and he told me that typically they charge $125 as a base visit fee plus $190/hour per worker and that two workers are always sent on a job. This was information not told to us when we originally scheduled the appointment - we were only told the charge would be $125 for the visit 'plus labor’. Michael Turner noted that his other employee Brian 'must have quoted us a different price and the problem is Brian isn't around today’.I questioned why the quote given to us over the telephone wasn't memorialized and how could such drastically different quotes be given by his employees. After further conversation of a similar nature, Michael agreed to settle on the originally quoted price of $200. His employee Mike returned to the house and collected $200 cash as payment in full for the work completed after I was e-mailed an updated copy of the new invoice. The new invoice did not itemize time, labor or standard costs, and did not even include my full first name, but simply stated “Installed homeowners garbage disposal” (we had purchased ahead of time) and “Installed homeowners hose drought” (which we had also purchased ahead of time) with a total of “$200” listed to the right.A response was sent to Michael Turner via the pay2go website from which the invoice was sent indicating the invoice had been paid in full in cash. At the end of our phone conversationMichael informed me that “if we charged these prices there we would be out of business.” As a local business owner myself, I know that if I had a member of my sales staff who was unaware of our base rates and was also radically misquoting customers, I could imagine that our business might not be around for much longer, either.While the workers were amiable and quick to the job, I do not recommend Turner Bros. Plumbing.

Turner brothers were very nice and helpful to all my questions and concerns, they put a new heating system in my house and were very professional. Mike and Jeff were clean and neat after the unit was installed I would not go with any other company.

I highly recommend Turner Brothers Heating and plumbing. I have used them for both major and minor plumbing jobs, and the results have always been the same, excellent work.Clean, fast and professional. They explained things in an easy to understand way do yourself a favor and give these guys a call you won't be disappointed.

I called with an emergency on a Saturday night. Brian answered the phone immediately and talked me through the whole thing, he stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes talking me through step by step what to do, didn't even try to get money out of me or ask to come out. Very good businessman, and good person! Thank you so much for your help! You saved my bathroom from flooding!

I was charged $125 to remove the stopper from my bathroom sink faucet. I now have to go out and get a rubber stopper as it was not included. They were literally in/out of my house in 5 minutes. Considering that I'm located within walking distance from their location, a repeat customer (3 other jobs) who has recommended their services, this is very disappointing.

To wake up on a 14 degree morning and realize your heater is not working could be beyond stressful. However, I called Brian at 7am and he managed, in between dealing with plumbing and frozen/busted pipe jobs, to repair my heater the same day!!! The day before a snow storm and the expected polar vortex!!! Brians prompt response and repair made the whole situation alot less stressful!!! Couldnt ask for better service! My house is nice and toasty

Terrible company. I call them for an outside drain issue and they came out right away. Unfortunately, they didn't do ANYTHING for me but made the situation worse. They didn't even let my tenant know they were leaving and they would not respond to my texts or phone calls. It turns out whatever they did caused the kitchen sink drain to not drain at all. This was a disaster.

Honest, friendly family business. Best service call response time. Fixed our water pipe problem and will call them again for any plumbing needs.
