Called Plumbing Boys for an emergency shower leak issue. Eddie assured me that he would be out that day and even gave me a time slot that he honored. He was reasonable, reassuring and took care of the problem quickly and professionally. I called Eddie early on a Sunday morning in a snowstorm about a burst pipe that was flooding my rental unit. He was there within an hour and fixed the issue quickly and also guided me on how to navigate the insurance and remediation process. I was lucky to find him! Would recommend him without hesitation. Mr. Eddie was friendly, punctual and quick. We asked if someone was available for same day service, and he was. He called us back within a half an hour like he stated and told us the time he will be here. He came on time, was polite, went straight to work and was able to unclog the toilet within minutes! He explained that we needed to flush it at least 3-4 times to make sure the blockage was gone. I Will definitely use him again! Thank you Mr Eddie!

Our plumber was Eddie. He was awesome! He came within the hour and completed our service in 20 minutes. He shared his expertise with us. I did forget to mention that it is Good Friday at 11:56pm! I am definitely using these services again and next time hopefully it wont be an emergency but if it is i know i can count on fast and great services! Thank you so much!

Well my time n my money was well spent. In my situation i had a diff plumber come out n i was just calling plumbing boys for a second opinion n price. Eddie came out(on time) n pointed out the same issue as the other only his price was half. Eddie was honest n explained that a few of the things i was being charged for from the other company didnt need to be touched. Needless to say himself n his employee Steve did the job fast,on time n very much to my satisfaction. Thank you Plumbing boys.

While working one of the employee toilets began overflowing. We weren't able to get anyone out until an hour an a half later. I reached out to Plumbing boys and they provided help over the phone which provided a temporary solution. I highly recommend utilizing them in the future.

INCOMPETENT, EXPENSIVE, SLOW! I hired Plumbing Boys to fix a broken PVC pipe. They had to replace several inches of a pipe in bathroom accessing it from the wall in a bedroom. Their price was high but I was willing to pay $500, since it was an emergency situation and half of the house was left without water. They were unable to repair the pipe the first night and had to come back several times during 8 day period, since the replaced piece kept dripping inside a wall. A hole in the wall was getting bigger and bigger, and we lived without water on two floors. We couldn't bath a baby and use toilets. A small project turned into a big headache. Once during testing, they flooded the bathroom forgetting to connect the pipe on other side. Then the following day the plumber didn't show up and didn't even call. On the 7 th day another Plumbing Boy managed to fix the problem but left me with an ugly plastic wall cover, that was twice bigger than hole and didn't lie flat. I was also shocked to discover $85 charge for sink installation. They only thing they did was putting it back on brackets that held it before. They even neglected to tighten the screws. One would think that after this sink fell down and broke the pipe, it should be secured better than this. They agreed to issues a $85 refund but I've never got it.

TALK ABOUT KNOWLEDGE- Eddie not only gave me one of the most competitive quotes, he also gave me a 15 min phone consultation and answered every question I had. Most companies were short and vague. Eddie took the time to educate me. Most of all he gave it to me straight, which was what I respected most.

Finally I hired a plumber and not only did I resolve the matter alot cheaper than I expected, but I also was informed of preventative measures that will stop any future accidents. Very happy with both Eddie and Steve. Thanks

Plumbing boys installed a water heater for me in March of 2018. The owner and installer were very professional and courteous. Great job. Will use again for any plumbing job

No rating, company very unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment on Monday for Wednesday 9am. Not only did no one show up but when I called to inquire about service appointment, the man stated he was unsure and there must have been a problem with the system. My frustration began when he had no suggestions to fixing the problem. Poor customer service for someone who took off work to accommodate a scheduled appointment.

The Ghost Busters for plumbing issues. The Plumbing Boys not only fixed the issue they explained what may had caused the issue. These guys are friendly and they had done a very good job. Currently they are my go-to for tougher plumbing issues.

if you need a plumber , call eddie the master plumber! i called 4 plumbers including 5 star yelp guys . most didn't even call me back. i called the plumbing boys and they picked up after 3 rings. they assesed the problem and sent master plumber eddie THE NEXT DAY! he came and did the work in record time. he explained everything and i'm good to go! i don't know why they don't have any reviews yet but fortunately i found them and now i'm telling the world. don't waste your time and/or money with anyone else! also i had another issue with my gas lines and he came out the same day. on the weekend! 5 stars!!

This place is awesome...The workers are very kind and come as soon as soon as possible to help with your problem. Very professional and very kind to their customers the way a business should be.
