Rich was super responsive. Made the time to come on a weekend on a short notice. Took his time to do the job well, and test properly and also fixed a couple of other issues he notices. And reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended.

I asked Drains R Us to install a dishwasher and also a valve for a refrigerator. They said the cost is going to be $250 for installing a dishwasher and $150 for installing a valve. Two hours later, a plumber arrived and started working on the dishwasher. He installed dishwasher after about 90 minutes. However, there was a junction box under the former dishwasher to connect the power lines. The plumber told me that dishwasher cannot slide in completely and it would stay about 4 inches outside due to the junction box. I asked him to mount it on the wall but he refused. Ultimately, I asked him to let me pull the wires under the floor of the kitchen (in the basement) and asked him to connect the wires in the basement instead of on the kitchen (to let dishwasher slide in completely). I pulled down the wires myself and he came to the basement and connected the power lines in the junction box in the basement, instead of the kitchen. Later he charged me $75 for extra work, which is coming to the basement! He had to connect the same wires in the kitchen but when I pulled the wires to the basement and asked him to connect them in the basement but he charged me an extra $75!! Tuan went above and beyond to help us with our plumbing issues that we’ve been experiencing for about 2-3 weeks now. Tuan, Kit and their team were fantastic. I had them come out to my house to redo most of my drainage system and install all new water lines throughout my house. They were quick to come out and give us an estimate, took the time to understand our needs and were fast to get back out and do the work! The team was very professional and communicative, and the job was done fast. They were very affordable and I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work. My only regret is not calling them sooner - they will surely be my first call with any plumbing issues in the future!I'll also mention that Drains R Us took the time to check temperatures and wear face masks at all stages of the project to ensure everyone's saftey during the pandemic. This people are high way robbers. They came out to my home to fix a valve under my bathroom sink. The guy said he would charge us 150.00 and he would fix it. I thought he had to do a big fix because that is he said the pipes because that is what he said he would do. In less than 15 minutes he was done. I felt that I was robbed because he said he had to do this and that. I think for such a simple job I should have been charge less.

They are the best. I had previously used them for a big plumbing job prior to this epidemic (Sewer line) and they were fantastic. Fast forward to today. I had to have a toilet replaced that developed a crack and I contacted Drains r us and they were able to fit me in quickly. I was a little worried at first but they have a protocol to in place for Covid. They complete a quick check list of questions, the tech takes their temperature and the temperature of any one they encounter (of course with permission). The Tuan was in and out within 40 minutes including the new process. As always they ensured they left the work area in the same condition they found it in. Drains R us are the best and I highly recommend them.

Looking for a reliable plumber?....look no further! I received a call back from these guys and they were out to give me an estimate in about an hour. I was not expecting them out so quickly so I had my mom go over and wait for them since I had to go to work. I was shocked to find out a few hours later that all of my leaks were fixed! Not only were my leaks fixed they had gone over to my mothers house and fixed her clogged sink. I was looking for a plumber for a few weeks making phone calls with no calls back. It was extremely frustrating. It was such a relief to find these guys! It’s good to know that reliable people still exist. Drains R Us will be handling all of my future plumbing needs!!UPDATE... I just used these guys again and received another amazing visit. I called them in the morning and they were there in 2 hours....on a SATURDAY! They could have charged me and arm and a leg but he was honest and explained to me what needed to be replaced! In a matter of minutes my sink was up and running like new! These guys will not disappoint!

I called Drains R Us because my washing machine in the basement was backing up. Also, the sink on my 2nd and 3rd floor was making sounds.The first thing they did upon arrival was ask me Covid 19 related safety questions, take their temperatures, and ask if they could take mine. They had masks on, put on gloves before they came in.They provided a quality service and explained what the issue was. They were extremely honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Contacted Drains R Us for a faucet leak. Tuan was responsive and suggested a complete replacement. He answered my questions and concerns and arrived on time the following day, following safety measures for COVID19 - like masking, taking temp. of himself and his assistant Amir, and of us, and removing shoes when they walked into the house.Even though I had to call them back for unresolved issues and they had to return multiple times to fix them, I appreciate the fact that they were quick to come over again when notified of problems and tried to diagnose the issues at hand.Thanks also to Kit and Joey for helping to troubleshoot. Also, they provide a 6-month warranty for installation work.

Cant recommend them highly enough. I had a sewer flood on Thanksgiving. I was referred to someone else first and scheduled him to come the next day, but he never showed up. I called every plumber I could find, but not one of them could give me a straight assessment of the problem, or an appx quote. Some didn't want to come to me because parking is tough. When I finally called Drains R Us, Tuan answered and quickly knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He was able to come out the same day. When there were signs of an ongoing issue, I called him at like 7am, and not only did he answer, he went out of his way to make sure Id be taken care of that same day. He is highly competent, extremely responsive and really wants to make his clients happy. Pick this guy.

Tuan and his team were courteous and professional. They replaced all the cast iron in my house and the outside drain. Very clean as well. You never would have known they were there besides the beautiful new pipes. Not only was the price great, Tuan was able to come up with a sensible solution that kept the new pipes closer to the wall, made it cheaper and will help with eventually finishing the basement. Hi I highly recommend Tuan at Drains R Us Llc for your plumbing needs! I called yesterday early eve regarding a partial clog in our home. When our washer water would drain, the basement toilet would bubble and backyard outdoor drain would fill up with water. As soon as the washer stopped draining out all the water, everything would go back to normal. Tuan came out the next morning and the job was bigger than expected (we’re a corner property with a front lawn), so he called up his partner to assist. Everything was taken care of and we all all good to go! I just did a load of laundry and no problems when the washer water drained. Thank you Tuan and partner for helping us out! I decided to use Drains R Us because of the great reviews and because they were open on Sunday. My pipes were clogged and we couldn't use any water at all (toilets, shower, sink, etc) without flooding in the basement. I called first thing Sunday and Kit got back to me very quickly. In an hour, Tuan was at my door, another hour later and the water is flowing! Tuan was nothing but professional the entire time, taking his shoes off when he came in (without me asking) explaining the issue and ways I can prevent it from happening in the future. Finding a service that you can trust can be nerve racking but I plan on calling them for any issues in the future and recommending them to friends in the area. I don't use a plumber often so I am not familiar with their pricing, but according to my brother who is also in the city, who had the same issue and used a well known plumbing service, Drains R Us gave are a fair price. Highly. Highly. Recommend.I had flooding issues which resulted in a violation from the city for plumbing defect. Our home insurance sent out a plumber that told us it was the lateral that was blocked. The city told us that it was our curb trap that was blocked. We didn't know who to believe at this point, only that we had 10 business days to resolve the issue or else our water would be cut off.So glad we found Drains R Us. They not only unblocked everything for us but helped us get that violation lifted and we didn't have to pay thousands for unnecessary repairs.Very knowledgeable. They know exactly what they're doing. Tuan was terrific! He was very quick to respond and to come and help solve our problem (stoppage of our drain out on the sidewalk) and communicated in a very professional yet friendly manner throughout. He also was generous in talking through with me what had happened and how we could avoid reoccurrence in the future.

Great service. Tuan gave us some excellent advice about updating the faucet and shower head. He replaced the seal in the tank of the toilet and snaked the drain in the sink. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a plumber.

These guys helped us really get out of jam at our rental property. We had an ejector pump break which caused a lot of issues with our tenants and as a new landlord I've never had to deal with this kind of stuff. The were fast, efficient, and had great communication. Hopefully I'll just be referring these guys instead of using them but if anything does come up they will be my first call.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have a condo in Fairmount and these guys are the third plumber we've tried out in the past few years. Hands down they are the friendliest and do not try to push you into more expensive repairs!Had some leaks from the relief valve in our hot water heater and the condensation line from our HVAC unit. Tuan came out and looked at it, and gave me my options - the cheaper fix would be to re-glue everything, and the more expensive fix would be to replace the piping. He didn't try to push me either way and let me make the decision. Decided to re-pipe everything, and he was great! Highly recommend and will most definitely use again!

Returned home from our honeymoon to frozen pipes. Called about 15 plumbers at 6:30 AM on Sunday. Kitt from Drains R Us called back and was at the house within an hour. He took a look around, gave a free consultation, and suggested we simply needed to heat the area with space heaters and central air. About four hours later the pipes had unfrozen and our water was back on. Kitt and Drains R Us were honest and saved us a ton of money. I appreciate their punctuality and honesty. Would use again.

Kit & Joey spent 5 hrs. at my house today unclogging some old pipes with tough to remove clogs. Kit was very honest before he began the work by telling me that snaking the drains may put a hole in the home’s old pipes. He said he’d give it a gentle try and if the drains didn’t clear, he’d have to remove old pipe, replace it with new, and in the instance of the kitchen sink, reroute the pipe. Fortunately, Kip & Joey were very skilled in manipulating the blockages, and very patient, so all blockages were cleared. They also replaced piping and faucets in my kitchen & bath. It was a lot of work, but they never complained. All estimates Kip quoted up front remained in place & were very fair. I’m hiring them agaIn mid-September to replace my water heater & sump pump. Most painless repair experience ever. Tuan and his team came in and cleared out a clogged pipe in my kitchen sink. They were here exactly on time and were very clean and professional. I would recommend these guys!

Definitely would recommend this plumber.Had an issue where my main sewer line was clogged and caused sum sewage water to come in my garage.Called Tuan at 10AM and he was out to my house by 12pm the same day. He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me what needed to be done to fix the problem.He was done in a half hour.Very affordable!

Kit replaced our garbage disposal in half an hour! He is a rockstar! They were on time, and responded to me right away at 5 o'clock on a Saturday. They arrived Sunday morning and got it fixed promptly.

I called Drains R Us on a Saturday morning when our drain clogged up. By noon the problem was corrected. Very professional and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I called them about a shut off drain for my washer. It was the holiday's but they got back to me & came out n fixed the problem. This is the 2nd time I have used them for a problem & defiantly will again.

We had them come to unclog the drain and not even a week later it clogged back up so when we asked if there were any guarantee there were none plus we had to pay the full amount that we did the week before.
