Bill Frusco

Hubby called on a Saturday and Jimmy came out Monday. We had a few issues to contend with, leak in the basement, leak from the bathroom through kitchen ceiling, under sink issues, ugh just overall headaches. Got a quote that wasn’t an outlier compared to other companies(ceiling leak not included/to be continued). Jimmy did find that our fridge water line was tapped into hot water line instead of cold (we had no idea that was done). Prior to accepting B.F. estimate, I did a deep dive of reviews on many other sites of quite a few companies and B.F. won out. Jimmy was punctual, courteous and professional. We asked for an estimate for the ceiling issue which is forthcoming soooo?? if all goes well, more positive reviews and recommendations will follow ?

Apr. 25th 2022 - Woke up and noticed a small leak around the toilet so I called Bill Frusco to come and replace the wax gasket under my toilet. Lewis came by same day and was able to knock it out quickly without making a mess. Wife then reminded me about a leak from one of the valves in the basement that lead to our kitchen sink. I asked if he could replace those also with newer half turn valves. He had to run out to get the materials but was back within the hour. He made quick work of replacing both valves also. Not exactly thrilled with the cost but you pay for the experience and it did fall only slightly higher then average if you look up costs in your area. Overall, I was very happy with the work.May 26th 2022 - Furnace fan stopped turning on, tech came out and confirmed it was my control circuit board. Took a few days of back and forth, but today Lewis came back with my new control circuit board. Had a bit of trouble with it at first realizing the supplier didn't give him everything he needed. He ran back out and returned 20mins later with all the extra stuff he needed. After a few minutes of moving all the wiring etc over to the new circuit board he asked me to turn the power back on to the unit. We both stood there staring as we waited to hear the fan spin up again. Then finally it happened the fan roared to life and everything was working again. He then finished by doing a quick check up on the ac unit outside to make sure freon levels were good. We chatted a bit while we let it run for a few minutes and after he verified all was good I went and paid the bill. I would first like to say that Bill Frusco has been honest and fair with their pricing in my experience. I had other companies quote me for doing the same thing and they tried to overcharge me and get me to pay for things not needed. Thank you Lewis and Bill Frusco for being there. I will always be using them for future projects/issues.October 12th, 2022 - Main sewage pipe cracked behind washer and dryer. John was able to come out same day to give me an estimate to replace everything and then come back for the work on a day that worked for me. John showed up on time with another plumber to help with the work. John got to work immediately with demo on the old pipe and sink. He was also able to replace all the old water pipes going to my washer and sink & replace the gas valve due to a small gas smell from when they turned it off. Overall I was very happy with his work and that he was able to answer any questions I had during. Thank you John.

We called Bill Frusco because our kitchen sink kept clogging. We’d run the waste disposal and it would go down, then shoot back up like a geyser and fill up again. I tried to snake it myself with a small 15ft snake I have but couldn’t clear it. So I figured the clog was deep in there. I decided to call a pro. I was afraid this would cost hundreds of dollars since you hear stories of people getting exorbitant fees when getting plumbing work done. The technician they sent, Matt Foy, had it done in a jiffy for a very a meager $99! He (and his helper who I believe was named Frank) showed me where the problem was, no way I was getting to that myself, and how he had to go through a “clean out” pipe in the basement to fix it. While I was at it I had him look at my 10 year old water heater. We just bought our home 6 months ago and although it still worked, the water wasn’t staying hot as long as it used to, so we figured it would break sooner than later. Matt told us about a water heater special they were having and we went ahead and just replaced it while he was here. It took him all of 40 minutes to install that thing! Came home on a Friday and discovered our water line had developed a persistent leak. Checked my neighborhood Facebook page and saw a lot of my neighbors were recommending Bill Frusco Plumbing.It was late, but gave them a call because they claimed 24/7 emergency service. A woman took my information and they called back first thing Saturday morning with a time they would be there.The technician was Brendan, who was great! He arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us detailed options, along with his recommendation, as well as fair estimates for those options. We went with his recommendation, and although he didn't have the needed part on his truck, he quickly secured one from the supply house. Upon his return, he completed the work and resolved the problem in a timely manner. He asked if we had any questions about the work he did or if we had anything else we would like him to look at while he was there.My wife even discussed with him a potential future project she is interested in doing at the house and he made suggestions on what they could do to help.I would highly recommend Bill Frusco Plumbing. They are reliable, professional, and reasonable.

Had a plumber named Jimmy come out right on time to check a leak and provide estimate. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything clearly step by step and was able to do the work same day and at reasonable price. Great service. Definitely recommended.

If you're looking for that family owned and involved, hard working business... Look no further!! You found them. From the front office to the technicians, they are top notch. My wife had them install a new water softener and swapped out some faucets and shower heads. These guys showed up like an army of elf's and handled everything quickly and cleanly at a competitive price. They treated her with respect and answered her questions without talking down to her which so many others seem to do. Great people! Great service.

On 12-16-22 I had a new garbage disposal installed (Badger 5 1/2 HP Sinkerator) in which this particular unit cost $144. This company charged my credit card $1000 for ghost fees that I wasn’t aware of but was informed the following day by the receptionist when I called to asked why I wasn’t given a receipt. I understand that I have to pay labor charges but $856 for a 20 minute installation is insane, it’s beyond ridiculous. After the worker left a hissing sound was heard coming from under the sink. I looked and water was spraying from a flex hose. The worker had damaged a flex hose under my sink causing it to spray water which was not leaking or spraying water prior to his arrival and I was charged for HIS incompetence? In all fairness an adjustment need to be made to my bill. I’m willing to pay a total of $280 to avoid this matter being filed by me at the Private Criminal Complaint Unit. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I’m disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Joe arrived on time, and I showed him our problem. He was able to quote me a price, let me know how he would fix it, and then said he could do it on the spot. I thought I would have to schedule a new time for the actual repair, and that the visit would be for an evaluation of the problem. Joe was prepared with all the necessary tools and parts, and took only about half an hour to complete the job. All is good! I have and will continue to recommend BF plumbing to my family and friends. Thanks for the great service! The reason I did not check the good value on this review is because I don't know what this should have cost, or would have maybe from another plumber, but I wanted it done, Joe was there, and that was all that mattered!

I had a leaky tub faucet. I called BF plumbing and asked how much to replace it. They wouldn't give a price. I bought the Moen Faucet. A very young kid maybe around 21 or 22 came there. THe price to replace the faucet with customer supplied faucet was $795. Then he said you need to open the sheet rock in back to replace some corroded pipe and install shut off valve. Anyway it became almost a day's job for one young kid and charged me $1495. The jr plumber probably makes $30 per hour. He was left alone to do the work. But they are charging $200 per hour on the young kid. This is OUTRAGEOUS price and exploitation of customers. Spoke to Bill Frusco and told me that I was just cheap and not professional at all. I will NEVER use this service again.

UPDATE: The business owner, Bill, gave me a call to talk about what happened. I appreciate him taking the time to follow-up personally and he said that I was charged incorrectly for my job. As a result, they refunded me for the portion that was an error. Bill made it right, which I respect a lot and I would call them again in the future if I need a plumber.I normally do minor household repairs myself and this review is exactly why. In a pinch, I called Bill Frusco because they have good reviews and because they're advertised as a family business. This is certainly not how any family business I've used before operates. $645 to remove and replace a garbage disposal plus another $250 to replace a PVC trap was downright disgraceful. This disposal is widely available for under $150 and the PVC trap for a few dollars. I'm sure the quality of the work is fine and the technician who showed up was polite. $900 for this job is shameful though, even if you give the benefit of the doubt for supply chain, inflation, workforce limitations, and anything else you can think of. I had no choice but to have it done because of timing and no chance to do it myself. I will NEVER use this plumber again though and would NEVER recommend them either.

Excellent customer service. Office personnel stays in contact with updates and the technician was fantastic. He knew what he was doing and kept me updated during the process. Will definitely recommend and use them again if/when I have any other issues

Scheduled an appointment for plumbing services with Bill Frusco Plumbing. The plumber was on time and provided a good assessment of my issue. The owner, Bill Frusco, followed up with a call to address my concerns in a very professional manner!

They are reliable and fair. The plumber showed up fast, considering we had just called in an small emergency. He went right to the problem and fixed it within minutes. He was courteous and knowledgeable.

John L is a total professional in every sense of the word. Educated and informed us every step of the way and what we need to do going forward so we do not encounter this problem with backups again. I know alot more now than I did going Into today. So thankful my wife wound up using Bill Frusco as they have supported our church Our Lady of Consolation by placing ads in the church bulletin. I mean, who hasn't seen a Frusco truck hundreds of times over the years in the northeast. Reputable,dependable, and always have done great work based on who I've talked to. Will definitely be using them again very soon.

Great experience! Our technician Amir was so polite and professional. Truly a breath of fresh air in customer service attitude. He did a great job of cleaning out our very stubborn sewer clog. We used this company for the first time after seeing very good reviews for them on line. The good reviews were very accurate. The team that did the work at our home, lead by Mark B. Did an excellent job. They were very professional and friendly. The installation was very good and they left the house as clean as it was before the work. As for the company, they gave us a very good price and stuck with it even though some extra work was required. They did not try to upsell us to a more expensive system.

We had a dishwasher installed they had to install an additional valve for the dishwasher. We had a gentleman named Lewis service our home. Dan Paul came to our house and gave us information for installation we needed for purchasing a new furnace. He was very professional, informative and helpful, we would definitely request him if we need any other work in our house.

I used to recommend Bill Frusco until he took me for a $1,500 ride to replace 1.5 feet of Pex pipe. Tried to discuss the price with him and figure out why it was costing so much. He refused to budge and was a bit rude. That being said the technician that was out was super friendly and helpful for the 45 minutes of work it took him to do the job.If you want the nitty gritty I had installed shelves into the wall and poked a hole into the supply line that was slowly leaking (it was installed too close to the drywall!) - this was discovered by myself yesterday after the first technician left unable to find the actual source of the leak. When the shelves were still up Bill's technician wanted to cut out the rest of the wall and thought it might be the PVC drain pipe or the Pex line. They quoted me at $2,000 to take everything out. find the leak and replace it. I thought that was an insane arbitrary number without knowing what was causing it. As soon as I took the shelves down I knew what I had done. I cut the dry wall out, turned the water off and found the 2 tiny holes I had made and sealed them for a temp repair to be able to still use toilets.I called them back and asked them to come back out to replace the bit of line. Bill's technician came out 2 days later and was here for 45 minutes. The repair went well and the work is great but I'm still very confused as to where my $1,500 went.

We had the best experience with Frusco Plumbing. I called in an emergency repair and the office was courteous and attentive. The technician, Joe C. showed up shortly after. He was professional, respectful and thorough in diagnosing and making the repair. He was very patient with me and all of the questions that I had, and put my mind at ease. He was in constant communication with me in explaining the process as he went along. Also, I appreciate that the technician wore shoe coverings. This is our third time using Frusco and we have been very pleased with each experience. I highly recommend!

Jimmy from Bill Frusco came out and installed a new comfort height toilet at my house. In typical South Philly style, my space was tight and 14” rough in. They researched and brought the only toilet that would fit! Jimmy did a great job installing. He was clean, quick and the install was perfect! I would definitely use them again!

I hired Bill Frusco Plumbing & Heating to replace my existing Oil burning boiler with an energy efficient 95+, natural gas, Bradford White combination boiler which now supplies both hot water for our baseboard heat as well as our domestic water. Frusco also removed our existing 40 gallon electric water heater, removed our 270 gallon oil tank as well as installing the gas piping from the gas meter at the exterior which includes a gas manifold for future appliances. The manifold was installed with individual shut off valves and capped appropriately. Mark was the foreman and performed all of the Plumbing work with one apprentice in 2 1/2 days. The oil tank was removed by another duo who had it drained, disconnected and out of my basement in about 2 hours.Mark and his apprentice were very knowledgable, efficient and patient. They took the time to answer any questions that I had during the install and explained the entire system to me when they were complete. The work performed is professionally done, all water piping was installed with copper and black steel pipe was used for the gas lines. All joints were installed with pressed fittings so I am very confident that these connections will last a life time. Mark also made sure that they cleaned up after themselves and literally swept up the entire work space along with removing all trash when they were done.I highly recommend Frusco Plumbing. From day 1 the Project Manager, Bill Frusco Jr. and the office staff (Dana for the most part) were all very responsive through emails, phone calls and visiting the job several times to make sure things were being performed in a timely manner. I feel that the pricing was justified for the work that was performed. For all the aforementioned, I give this company a 5 star rating.

We contact Frusco Plumbing to install a faucet and garbage disposal after we had new countertops installed. They did a great job and made us aware that our supply piping from the water heat to the kitchen was corroding and already leaking. We had them come again to put all new copper piping in and they gave us new shut off valves at all the points. It ended up fixing 3 other water problems we were having but had no idea they were all related. We can now safely go into the winter assured that our piping is safe, secured and will not freeze since we are insulating it. Thanks Bill Frusco Plumbing and thanks especially to the gentlemen that did the hard work at our house!

I called Frusco Plumbing and was able to get an appointment quickly and easily. I wanted my laundry room sink faucet and my stall shower faucet replaced. The plumber came out, assessed both jobs, gave me a fair price, and was able to schedule the installations. The laundry room faucet was relatively simple. But the stall shower had no access door and it required the plumber, Dan Paul, to cut out tile and drywall in my kitchen to get to the back of the faucet. He did this in a clean and professional manner and installed a new Delta faucet without a hitch. Trust me, it was not an easy job. Dan was fantastic and the entire experience was top notch from the first phone call to the completion of the installations. I will certainly use Frusco again and specifically request Dan Paul.

Matt, Brendan, and Grayson were all polite, professional, knowledgeable young men who answered all my questions and were very respectful of my home. Frusco was my parent's choice for plumbing and heating services, and now they are my choice also. VERY reasonable prices for service.

We have used Bill Frusco for multiple issues now, as they were far and above the most responsive and reliable of several places we have tried. We have a house that has had a lot of issues recently and they have really helped to put out minds at ease and get everything fixed. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Is the word to describe the service. I was having trouble with an old water heater leaking and it needed to be replaced. Called late in the afternoon and spoke to Molly who was more than accommodating providing me with all the information to replace and schedule next day to install a Bradford White water heater! The next morning Victoria was kind and courteous, calling and confirming prior to the technician arriving so I was prepared. Matt the technician was great, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable in his craft. This is our second time using Bill Frusco Plumbing and we are happy to say we have found our family plumber. I am happy to say I found the perfect plumbing company in Bill Frusco Plumbing! This company has pleasant, dedicated office staff and their service technicians are great! Joe C was knowledgeable, respectful, on time and was dedicated to doing the two jobs right! Noticed a leak from basement ceiling. Called Bill Frusco Plumbing and they came out within a couple of hours. They investigated and diagnosed a leak from my refrigerator in the kitchen. Because of water damage, their water restoration people came out (1Stop Water Removal) and they performed their necessary job to dry up everything promptly. Everything is good now and I was very pleased with the promptness and kindness and quality of work!

Everyone was great from Katie who took my call and kept me up to date on when Joe would arrive, to Joe getting to here and making an assessment and doing the repairs. Extremely professional and easy to work with.

I've used Bill Frusco several times in the last few years, and they are always fantastic. I most recently hired them to replace my AC and furnace. Billy came out on a Tuesday, and was by far more professional than people from other companies I sought estimates from. He actually measured the unit, realized my old one was too big for why house, and gave me more appropriate options based on the size of my house. No one else bothered to do that. Two days later, Mark, Brendan, and another guy (I didn't get his name, but he did some electrical work) got the units installed, made modifications to get everything up to current code. and explained everything they did and how to work the new thermostat. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and neat. The units were installed about three weeks ago, and everything in running beautifully. I'm very grateful that the process was so quick, especially when so many companies are scheduling work months in advance and/or have supply chain issues.

I was pleased that this company was able to come to the rescue fairly quickly (and with terrific communication about the timeline so I would know they cared about my urgent needs). Technicians Jimmy and Joe came to snake my sewer backup at the street. They were professional, patient, and reassuring. Drain clearing might be easy for pros, but it can be difficult for us. It makes sense for us homeowners to hire folks with good equipment and decades of know-how. I would use this company again in a heartbeat! My only minor disappointment is that Jimmy said he would have the owner (Bill) contact me for a quote on a bathroom remodel, but crickets so far.

Dan Paul was professional and courteous. He look over the the heating system to see what needed to be replaced and explained what needed to be done. The replacement of the pump took about about an hour and clean up after the installation was quick. Thank you, Dan.

We were very happy with the service provided by Noel today. He came out to inspect for a leak we had coming up from the floor in our garage that would occur when we would do wash. The drain was slow,, and the tub would fill up, but we couldn't understand how the leak was in the garage floor. Noel did some observing while water was running, went back and forth to the street vent, flushed, ran the hose and figured out the problem. He ran the snake and cleared out the problem. He was very thorough and explained the issue. (We never knew there was a trap under the floor of the garage). I trusted this business as I had them out before and requested a large drain in front of my garage door. The hill takes on lots of water when raining and it sometimes runs into garage. The gentleman who came out for estimate explained that I could get a longer drain, however, it wouldn't solve the issue of the drain going down faster as there is a 3 inch pipe under that drain. Very honest guy. Then I had them go to my parents house for a problem. They gave an estimate, and when doing the work, they realized the length of the pipe clog/break was shorter than anticipated, and adjusted the estimate to make it less money. That sealed the deal for me. Price today was very reasonable, and it was a pleasure to meet Noel, who not only did a great job fixing our problem, he was also such a nice, friendly guy. My water heater had a slow leak and needed to be replaced. I called Bill Frusco at a moment's notice, and they were able to replace the water heater the same day! I was also very pleased with the customer service. Highly recommend.

Mark is kind, professional, courteous, friendly (he gladly answered all of my 6 year old son's questions about what he was doing) and he explains what the problem is and what needs to be done to rectify the problem in an easy to understand way. We have used Bill Frusco's Plumbing for over 27 years for various projects we have had done in the home. As I said, I very highly recommend them.

Jimmy W came on time explained everything made recommendations and did great work replacing my garbage disposal and toilet. I have also had great experience using frusco's plumbing. Jimmy W is just another example of great employees.

We called for a quote for a kitchen faucet installment with faucet already purchased. The plumber came out looked at it and quoted $350. At this time I had gotten in contact with another business who quoted 100$ another quoted 125$ and yet another 145$. After my husband explained this to the tech he called his boss, Bill himself, the owner. Bill said over the phone after the tech told him we thought it was too expensive Then get out of there we don't work for free. This I found very unprofessional and very rude. I feel this could have been said a different way that did not sound so crude. Will not be using their services.

Mark was very professional and very knowledgeable, he answers all of our concerns and he has good timing. The area was clean after his work was completed. I would definitely request him for my next work.One advice I would give to the business in general is to give long time repeat customers a special discount of 5-8%. A small gesture to keep our relationship, since no one that I see in this business does this, we have been using Bill Frusco since 2004 with an installation of our home heater, cleaning and maintenance as well as some plumbing work.

My water heater finally broke down after many years of service and I did my research to find a trustworthy and professional plumber to take care of my issue. I received a call from Mr. Brendan Frusco who promptly setup a time to replace my non-functional water heater. He was extremely courteous and honest in his estimate, giving me a reasonable price for the work order, and telling me the tasks to complete the job. We first called the Frusco team back in 2018, when foul smell in a powder room turned out to be a diaper someone flushed down the toilet at a house we were trying to sell. Quick service and what a relief!We called them again one winter when melting ice flooded our garage. Turns out years of sand washing down the driveway had clogged this drain! Again, great service and a relief.At my mother's condo, the Frusco team were very good resolving a water heater leak from the upstairs neighbor.Most recently, on May 18th, Jimmy W diagnosed and resolved a clogged drain shared by the kitchen sink and washing machine; with a messy wet floor. Called yesterday for a water heater replacement and had it installed today by Jimmy W. Area where heater and water heater located on second floor is pretty tight. Jimmy provided options and recommendations on the install which he explained in detail to us. Install wasn’t the easiest but he went out of his way to get our feedback/comments during the install process. Very happy with Jimmy W and the install.

Matt and Frankie came to my home to repair a leak under the concrete of my laundry room they were on time very polite and did a great job they showed me exactly where the leak was and showed me the broken pipe. Very pleased with their work two great guys, after they left my house my kitchen sink faucet was not flowing normally I called the office they came back to my house within 15 minutes and said there was sediment from replacing the pipe Matt took the faucet apart cleaned it out was good as new I was very pleased great jo guys

Our AC unit kept freezing over and we needed someone to service it for us. After one company no called no showed we reached out to Bill Frusco. They originally gave us a 2 hour timeslot from 1-3 on a Saturday that a technician would come out to look at our unit. As it got closer to 3 I called and they told me the tech was running behind and they wouldn't be able to get here until closer to 4:30. We decided to reschedule as we had things we needed to do. They gave us another 2 hour time slot on Monday from 2-4. Same thing. 4pm approaches and no one has shown up. I called and again the technician is running behind. I just sat here for 2 hours waiting and no one could be bothered to call me to tell me they were running behind AGAIN. We gave this company two chances to redeem themselves and to our disappointment they couldn't communicate with us to let us know what was going on. I find it extremely unprofessional and other customers should be aware of their lack of communication. I'm not one to typically leave reviews about a company but, I felt this situation warranted it. It's not hard to pick up a phone to tell a customer that they are running behind.

The service technician showed up and was courteous and respectful. He answers all of my questions and then installed the toilet perfectly. I am very happy with the service I was provided today and would use Frusco Plumbing again.

Mark and Brendan put in a new air conditioning unit outside and replaced all that needed to be done upstairs in the attic to ensure a perfect, quiet, efficient system. I have used this business multiple times and every experience has been great. Estimates have been on point and even when the work was very expensive, the work is high quality and professional. Most recently Joe, Noel, and two other workers who did the main drain replacement were GREAT; courteous and skilled while keeping me updated.

Called for a quote on a leaky faucet. A nice young man came and looked at the utility sink and said $1,500 to replace the sink and faucet. ??? Really? $1,500?? Seemed a tad excessive to me, so I said I don't need a new tub, what about just fixing the faucet? $500. Naw, I'll look elsewhere, thanks anyway. I called someone else and got it replaced for $150. I bought the faucet myself for $25. Yeah, took a whole zero off that price. Jeez. I can say, thou, that the Frusco repairman was on time, polite and professional, but the price was just way too high for me. Sorry.

I just used BF for the removal/installation of new toilets and faucets in two bathrooms of my home. Jimmy and Frank were both very friendly, worked efficiently and did a really nice job! Jimmy especially was really great at explaining what the job required and how certain parts work (which I personally appreciate considering I didn’t know where my own water shut off was ?). Highly recommended!

When our sink clogged up last night (don't put artichokes in your disposal) we searched for a local plumber. Bill Frusco was our 1st call. Dana answered the phone when I called at 8:02 and took down all of my information. She called me back at noon with an ETA for the plumber. 30 minutes later Andrew arrived. He was professional and informative throughout the entire process. He cleared the clog in under 30 minutes from start to finish. He even explained what not to put down your disposal. The entire process was painless, professional, and the price was exactly as quoted (they have a drain cleaning special going on). I'll be calling them again.

I will like to share our excellent experience with Bill Frusco Plumbing, Heating, Drain Cleaning & Air Conditioning. This is a real time review, this entire interaction has taken place within the last 8hrs. From initial contact to completion of service. We awaken to our hot water heater not working. Nothing but cold water running from all of our showers. This isn’t the way one wants to start out their Tuesday. We placed a call to Bill Frusco at 8AM, spoke will their customer service representative and she took all of our information in regards to our observations and our attempt to troubleshoot the issue on our own. She assured us that she would contact us when a technician was available. By 12 noon, Liam a technician, arrived at our home. He quickly and efficiently evaluated our problem with the hot water heater and gas valve. Liam presented us with several options. We choose to have the entire hot water heater replaced. With in less then an hour he had secured a new hot water heater and fully explained what he was going to do to replace and remove our old one. During this time we went about our daily routines as Liam did his thing. At a little before 4PM, we were going over the invoice. The pricing was surprisingly satisfying, we were shown the pricing when presented with our options earlier. We can honestly say that we were extremely happy with the price and quality of professionalism. As I write this it is currently 5PM and what was a problem this morning is no more. I needed a drain cleaning for my stationary tub between my washer and dryer. I’ll try to keep this long story short. In the beginning of July, 2022, I called Bill Frusco for an estimate for service. Upon receiving the estimate via email, they asked for a $400 deposit, for which I provided my debit card but told them not to use it as I had one more estimate to get. On 7/5/22, I let them know, again via email, that I had contracted with someone else and to shred my debit card information. Out of nowhere, on 7/15/22, I received a call from Molly to confirm my appointment on 7/18/22, which I clearly did not know anything about (nor was it even the date of service that I needed) and they proceeded to take $400 out of my bank account…without my authorization. Today is 7/25/22 and still don’t have my money back. BEWARE of this company!!!

Problem with hot water flow to kitchen. Other plumbers kept me hanging. Frusco came the same day and no surcharge for quick service. They also honored a coupon in the clipper. Mark, the plumber, was pleasant, polite, articulate, neat, etc. He tried several ways of resolving May problem and discussed everything with me. More parts are needed. I hope they will send Mark back to complete the repair. He was a real EXPERT!

Came out when I was at work, I had already fixed problem, wife tells employee that husband fixed problem. Employee asked to come in and take pictures, Wife thought nothing of it, allowed him, left him unattended , for about 15 to 20 minutes, Employee leaves later that night wife contacts me while working, saying heater is not working.as I come home later that night, I observe power red wire to aqua stat not connected. Called company back out and same employee says yeah you need a new heater and said it was cracked inside leaking, that’s why it is not firing up. Said burners are shot. Employee gave estimate of 5200 for new system.I then called a different company they diagnosed problem and said aqua stat was shorted out. Payed $1100 to fix. Stated there was no leaks. My heater now works!I then called to speak to owner Bill Fresco, and when I let him know what transpired. He asked me why did Employee ask to come inside to take pics after wife said it was fixed? He said he had to talk to employee. After waiting a couple of days Bill did get back to me , he said his employee did a carbon test and it was leaking, I then proceeded to ask Bill why did employee ask to come in, His answer was I don’t know more concerned about the carbon test. I said why didn’t he say he did carbon test at the time we spoke.. Bill says I don’t know. Bill said that I should get a company to check it that was his answer, not that employee had no reason to come in my house after wife said it’s working husband fixed it. I am now contacting The BBB. Something is fishy. Don’t use beware

The service men (Joe & Izzie) did a great job installing the pipes and everything that was needed to do the job. I would differently recommend them and will use them in the future.

Called with wanting answers for low water pressure inside and outside my house. Technician came out and couldn’t figure out how to fix the problem or have an answer even with the help of calling his boss. Tried to sell me a service I DO NOT NEED! A water pressure reducing valve! Really! I already have low water pressure! A pressure reduction valve is if u have high water pressure to help regulate high water pressure! Terrible scammer!

Just had a major drain clog in the master bathroom cleared by Bill Frusco Plumbing. The two technicians, “G” and Jimmy were top notch. They went out of their way to protect our home and the white carpets we have. In addition to wearing shoe covers, the laid about 75 feet of tarps (up the stairs, down the hall, through the master bedroom, and into the bathroom) to ensure their work boots and equipment would not damage or soil our rugs. That was very much appreciated. Their knowledge of their craft was apparent as they explained every step in using an endoscope-like camera to inspect the pipes to determine the location of the clog, then insert another cable to clear the clog, then re-insert the camera to ensure the clog was cleared and look for any other irregularities that could cause problems in the future. When finished, they removed their equipment, took up the tarps, and cleaned the toilet and the bathroom floor. You would never have known they were there. Who else does that? I would gladly use them again and highly recommend them.

We had a serious cold water leak under our kitchen floor that another plumber would not repair despite telling their dispatcher we could not access the area. Matt and Franky explained everything and additionally pointed out our issues we need to address soon before they become more serious. They repaired the leak and cleaned up the area nicely by putting in new pipes, insulation, and sealing the work area once again.Thank you Matt and Franky. B Frusco Plumbing performed the water supply backflow inspection for our small condo building. The office staff is friendly and professional, and they collect all necessary details to give an accurate quote for the work. The price for the service was competitive. The plumber who came to our building was also efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with. After this experience, we will call this company first for plumbing work.

I was having problems with my main line so i called Bill Frusco’s because they are local and family owned and they sent out Jimbo and Joey. They fixed the problem quickly and they were very nice people. Also, prices were lower than any of the other local companies I called by a significant amount so I’d definitely go with them again. Shout out Jimbo and Joey, they’re heroes.

Had a great experience recently with the installation of a new hot water heater. Phone staff were friendly, professional and patient. I called Wednesday night and left my information, workers came out Thursday to give me an estimate, and finished the work on Friday! Had 3 valves and the P-trap under my corner kitchen sink that needed to be repaired. Was amazing to me that they were able to get it all done in just a few hours, knowing they had to climb into my corner kitchen cabinet and under a garbage disposal to do the work! Super happy, will 100% recommend, and will use their services again!

We had a leak and needed fast service. We arranged for Frusco to come and they would offer a price for the work upon inspection. Within 24 hours we were serviced and were pleasantly surprised with the price. We had just had a shower set replaced and paid way too much, we were skeptical.They were clean, fast and the work was well performed. They left us better than we had been before they showed up by updating the valves to more current. Dave was our guy, and we were absolutely thrilled with the result and the price. I’ve used Bill Frusco many times in the past for over 5 years & also recommended others to their company. The last person I recommended to them said they did not like their customer service. I never had a problem with them in the past but now I see why they said that after my last experience with them.I called them to come out to give me an estimate for 3 separate projects that needed to be done. Before the plumber left I told him that I needed 3 separate quotes and not just one big quote. 4-5 days later I received one big quote for all 3 projects. I sent an email and called to ask what the break down in price was because I was planning on getting the two smaller projects done at once and schedule the third project for a later date. I was told they would give me a call back - I never received a call back. I followed up every 3-5 days for two weeks after never receiving a call back - all I wanted was the break down for the quote to see what I wanted to get done first and when. I called for the last time before I was going to reach out to another plumber because they weren’t being responsive. I finally received a voicemail the next morning saying “we are not interested in doing the work and advise you call another plumber.” She doesn’t say why so I spoke to the receptionist who left me the voicemail, she said they were busy right now with AC’s. It didn’t sound like she was being honest at all because all I wanted was a quote & I didn’t even try to schedule a date yet for the work so I’m unsure why that was an excuse to not tell me the separate prices. I asked if I could get the correct quotes still to get it done after the summer was over to see what she would say & she said they can’t do that. I’m unsure why they even came out at all to look at the projects if they were too busy with AC’s to give out quotes. I was extremely patient with them every time I spoke to someone from their company so I was very confused after I received that voicemail and the way the conversation went when I asked her about getting the work done at a later date. After all of this, I’m disappointed I did not even receive a simple apology after waiting two weeks for a question to be answered and then told they don’t want to do the work.

I needed to find a plumber so I went with Bill Frusco based off of reviews, and they did not disappoint. I got next day service with friendly, respectful plumbers who arrived in the time frame they promised. They called when they were finished with their previous job to say they were headed over. They did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them and will use again in the future.

I am very well pleased with the service I received from Billy F. He has replaced a leaky faucet, performed my yearly heater maintenance and installed a Nest thermostat, which I love and most recently performed my yearly AC maintenance. I also like I can request the same technician so he is familiar with my house.

DO NOT USE FRUSCO PLUMBING.I had what appeared to be a routine leak coming from where a pipe connected to my water meter. The leak had been a steady flow and was filling up a bucket every hour. I knew Frusco plumbing from ads in the Philadelphia area, so I decided to give them a call.Once someone came out, they couldn't have been more unprofessional. I took them to the leak in my basement and they opted to not even attempt to shut off the water from the inside, nor even attempt to examine the leak and its source. Instead, he proceeds to go outside and chip off my metal water cap on the sidewalk (which was unnecessary as it can be unscrewed).Once the water cap was off, he put on a poor performance acting as if he couldn't turn off the valve without force (I have had plumbers come out and turn off this before). When he decided that he could not turn off the water, he wrote me up a bill estimated at $1,995 which included breaking up my concrete (to turn off my water) and replacing the valve as well as the water meter in the house.He left me with the estimate and said I should act fast on a decision as my house was still leaking. This was absolutely unprofessional behavior as he was clearly trying to take advantage and make a profit off of a young homeowner by quoting for an absolutely unnecessary job.Fast forward a few hours later, I had a second plumber come out that simply tightened the connection between the pipe and water meter. It took him less than a minute to resolve and he only charged me $90 for the fix.MORAL of the story: Do NOT use Frusco Plumbing and ALWAYS be sure to get a second opinion/estimate.

Tech had emergency call but kept in touch & arrived to solve the problem, took his time, showed clogged area & explained everything..Will use for future needs. He was very personable.

This has by far been the best experience! The first business to respond to my need of a quote (in the midst of a pandemic). The office staff was so courteous on the phone. Quote was Reasonable, Comparable with very fair pricing. Technician Anthony was punctual and Beyond respectful and kind. Again in the midst of a pandemic, he wore a mask the entire time and was so aware of his surroundings. His work was efficient and very thorough. He made excellent use of his time and mine. Andrew from Frusco Plumbing did a great job taking care of the leak in my tub. He was on time, took care of the issue quickly and told me exactly what the problem was. I’ve always had great service from Frusco Plumbing. When my water heater had to be replaced last year, the plumber took down the door & frame to get the water heater in the closet. Then he put the door & frame back together better than it was. When I need another plumber, I will be sure to call Frusco Plumbing.

Recently had our (20-year-old) water heater die. Contacted some places, ended up with insane quotes because apparently people now tack on hundreds of dollars just because of your zip code (yay gentrification I guess). Finally bought the water heater myself, and then got a few more, also insane, quotes just to install. Went on HomeAdvisor as a last ditch effort. Bill Frusco's contacted me regarding the job in less than 30 minutes after I posted. The woman I spoke to was very nice and very professional, took all my information and promised to call back with a quote. Called me back a very short time later with a very good price, and within an hour I had an appointment for that week. I was lucky, their tech was even able to come out earlier than planned. My roommate was the one who was home, said the tech was polite and professional. The job itself looks very good, and so far so good. It's generally very difficult to get work done in my neighborhood for various reasons, but dealing with Bill Frusco was quick, painless, and stress-free.

Andrew did a great job explaining what caused the leak, options to fix it and updates throughout the process. He was always professional and was on tome each day and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. If there were more stars to give, I would have. The job: replace 30 feet of sewer line from street and reconnect inside my home (including ‘P’ trap at the street & ‘Y’ storm connector at the foundation) in Center City. Eight feet of sidewalk, under a courtyard wall, across a low patio and under a raised patio to the house, 25 of the 30 feet was a ‘hand-dig’. Issi, who was ultimately the crew boss on the job, and Jacob came out and did the estimate, listened to me and then explained what had to happen. We scheduled the job & permits through the office (who always followed up as they said they would). On the day of the job, they were on time with a full crew. The real feel temperature that day was over 100 degrees. I have never seen a crew work as hard as these men. The job was promised for one day, and that’s what it took: they stayed til 10 pm and did the last two hours in the rain. And by the way, they made sure the patios and sidewalks were cleaned off and protected before they left - very professional! Issi kept me informed thru the job. I strongly recommend Bill Frusco Plumbing to anyone who needs a full service plumber!

Love these guys. We've been using them for years from major jobs like water and sewer lines to toilet and Water heater replacement. Our most recent Disaster occurred on a Sunday night (December 17, 2017) after 10:00pm when our water heater went, spilling water all over the basement. To make matters worse, the shut off valve to the tank was not working. We called the answering service who had a technician call us almost immediately. He explained that the tank could not be replaced until the morning but was able to walk me through the process of shutting off the water without shutting down the whole house. As promised, a technician arrived first thing Monday morning, replaced the tank and valve, and cleaned up after the job was complete. You couldn't tell he was there after he cleaned up. This has always been my experience with Bill Frusco Plumbing. Professional, caring, quick to make the repairs and always at a very fair price. And living in a house that is at least 90 years old, I've had some serious plumbing issues that have always been professionally repaired by Bill Frusco Plumbing. Jimmy and Nick were WONDERFUL! They are astute professionals, cognitive of quarantine protocols, and I will ask for them personally in the future. I even threw a surprise leaky toilet/wax ring job on them at the last minute and they were able to address that issue along with a pipe and shut off valve replacement on another toilet and got our household back up and running. My laundry tub was backing up,called a plumber to come out to snake. They informed me the pipe out front by the curb trap was broken. They gave me a high estimate. Called Frusco and another plumber for estimates. The one plumber wanted to resnake my drain out front to see if they could unclog. Well they got the snake stuck in the pipe!! After a week of trying to remove it,even cutting my stack pipe to see if it was stuck,which it wasn't. I called Frusco,they came out and within 14 hours had the job done and the snake(which actually was stuck in the city drain,not mine) removed. They were awesome,and stayed till the job was done. If you want a good plumber who has great prices call Frusco,I will never use anyone else but them in the future. Thank you to Bill and the crew for working so hard for your customers.

My heater stopped working during the sub-zero temps last week. I called Frusco they said they couldn't come out until 2 days later. I wasn't happy about that but said that would be ok... I'll just use electric space heaters until then. When the technician did come he said all it was was a bad thermal coupling. This part can be bought in a hardware store for $10 to $20. He had the part, installed it in about 30 mins and the heater fired right up. For that I was grateful, but then was shocked when he said the bill was $269.00 ... which was absolutely ridiculous!! I was definitely overcharged by a company (Frusco) who I thought I could trust. It was NOT an emergency service... which I understand would cost more (they couldn't come until 2 days after my call) So I don't know how they can charge an outlandish price like that for a cheap part and a 30 min. repair. I will never use this company again. BEWARE!!!!!

On August 6th, 2019, I had a new Curbtrap and Lateral pipe replaced in the front of my home by Bill Frusco Plumbing Co. I must say that I was very pleased and happy with their work. They were also easily accessible by phone if I had any questions or concerns. I joined a special program sponsored by the City of Philadelphia called American Water Resources. It covers repairs and new street pipes for Philadelphia residents. You just have to pay a monthly charge which is very very reasonable for the consumer. It is a great program!! They contracted me out to Bill Frusco Plumbing Company. I recommend all Philadelphians to join American Water Resources since it will dramatically cut the high costs of hiring a private plumber.

On Sunday, June 18, 2017, I called Bill Frusco Co and left a message for emergency replacement of a sidewalk trap in West Philly. Roto-Rooter had snaked out the trap and waste line the day before and informed me that the trap needed replacement. To my surprise, Bill Frusco called me the same evening and sent John to the site on Monday. Then I didn't hear from them with an estimate. I called and emailed them to find out when I could get an estimate. On Wednesday, the secretary said I would get an estimate in 20 minutes via an email I had provided. It never happened! There was no follow-up. Period!!Why would a company be so eager to respond to a job request and never follow up on it? Whatever reason, it speaks quite poorly of the management of this company.

I used Bill Frusco for a very simple repair. While the plumber was OK the price was outrageous. I should have gotten a second estimate.

I already purchased the connector and all the tech did was put the connector on, about 5, 10 min then told me it would cost $125!!! For 10 min of work! I am on unemployment/furloughed and that cost me more than a days work. He also gave me an estimate for something else..I'm guessing he was here for maybe 30 min. I really wish he would've told me the price before fixing it. Such a rip off. I wish I tried to bargain with him, but I was so stunned.

Called Bill Frusco on Jan. 27th because of water service. They had their estimator at my home within a half hour. Received a great price to have job done and completed. A few day's later received a call from their office telling me the job was scheduled for Feb. 10th per weather conditions. around 9:00 am on the 10th they arrived and started to work. Water was back on and completed same day. All holes outside of home were back filled, Spoke with Mike about Black top sinking a little bit and he had someone come out the next day and put more fill. Then a couple of days later the concrete work to side walk was completed all work done within 2 weeks. Would highly recommend Bill Frusco. I was completely satisfied. Thanks again.

I'd like to thank the owner for responding to my post about the high price I was charged to have my heater repaired. He explained that during frigid temperatures the prices they charge are competitive with other heating companies. He said all heating companies charge premium rates during cold spells. Although I don't feel it's right to charge higher than normal prices the colder the weather is (excluding emergency service of course), and that it's not fair to the customer that these companies do this, I shouldn't have singled Bill Frusco Plumbing out. For that I apologize, they do fine work and want to thank the owner for reaching out and explaining this to me.

I specifically requested Andrew because I like the manner in which he works. Efficient, quick but still takes time for attention to detail and potential problems. Having past work done by Andrew, was a complete success. I will always recommend Bill frusco Plumbing and request Andrew as my technician

hot and cold pipes were put together backwards so there was hot water in my mother in laws toilet….she thought something maybe wrong, this is not a new way of cooking hot dogs( in the hot toilet tank water)… talk about working up a sweat on the toilet…..the service person who was out said “its been that way since the house was built” thank you for this and charging her extra,……..Karma

My pipes needed replacing, it was supposed to be a 3 day job, it started on the May 16th, 2019 and still going on, everyday the techs were late, no one called to say they were going to be late, they remove my radiator from my bathroom and now, it's going to take until Saturday, May 25th, 2019 for them to replace, because all of the sudden a Hearing specialist is needed to put it back in when a regular tech took it out. But, they are not just unprofessional, but one of the techs used my bathroom while working and didn't flush and left his urine .....just nasty!!!!!

Matt arrived on time for our appointment working around my scheduled. He was clear about what the issue was and fixed it very quickly.

I had a clogged drain line. I called Bill Frusco and they came out the next day to snake the line. They gave me a one hour window and were right on time. After clearing the line, they stayed for an additional 20 minutes afterwards to make sure the drain was working in perfect order. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Can't say they didn't have room for us that day. Meaning that I called whomever was OnCall that day and waited several hours for a maybe. Rather than waiting longer we went with another plumber.

my sister 's rental house is located in north east Philadelphia and her house needed to replaced the curb side p trap . we called bill frusco plumbing to do the job . we paid $3200 for the replacement and cement pavement is included in the job that stated on the bill. they told us that they would come back to in two week to put the cement pavement . it has been more than two months since they finished the job and no one come back to take care of the curb side . They left the vent expose without any cement . i called them and the lady told us that they are so busy . all the cement job are back up and told me to wait for phone call . no one call still.

The service tech was name Jimmy, very professional, quick, he cleaned up too, I have nothing BAD to say about Bill Frisco.

The pipe connector from my Garbage disposer sprang a leak. It looked like a simple job to me, so I went out to Home Depot and bought the parts I thought I needed. I took apart the plumbing, and things went downhill from there. I simply could not get it back together. The stupid drain pipe thingy kept slipping off the disposer outlet pipe.I watched YouTube videos about how easy the job is supposed to be—ain’t I stupid: nothing I did worked. Took the thing apart and put it back together several times, but, no go. At this point I began to lose my religion; and the « F-Bomb » and other assorted nasties, escaped from my lips; and my wife rushed in and demanded I stop doing whatever I was doing and call a plumber.Thankfully, for once, I listened immediately. This was sunday, and Bill Frusco advertises in our church bulletin, so, I took a chance and called his office. A nice, young, sounding lady took my call, and passed it on. I was called back and told I would be contacted sometime on monday, and I was.A technician was dispatched to my home, later, on monday to scope out whatever needed to be done. I also had a problem with my shower leaking and added that to the job.The technician needed to go out for a part, because my shower is so old that it’s hard to find parts, so he bought a new part. He returned and fixed the shower, and, while he was at it, also readjusted the bathtub fixtures handles.He then went to the kitchen and had the disposer drain together in 10 minutes. He spent about 15 minutes filling the sink with water and testing the disposer. Everything works great.All that for only $245.Was it worth it? You bet it was.

Will never use this company again. I had my drain cleaned out and the first time it rained it backed up i called because it was supposed to be under warranty and they told me it was only for 30 days and thats not what the paper said. I called turner brothers plumbing and they came rite out fixed what fruscos was supposed to do fast and efficient . Thank you turner brothers for taking care of this mess.

This company has poor customer service skills. I called them last night regarding a gas issue. This is after they installed a new boiler in my home. I called them at least twice last night and spoke with a live answering machine service. I am glad that I opted to contact PGW because no one returned my calls. In addition, they really don't try to coordinate with your schedule. They set appointments by leaving you voice messages and expect you to be available at that time. Lastly, their techs are unprofessional because they made sly comments to me under their breath.

Completely inappropriate and unprofessional service. I simply called to ask for documentation of the service performed for our unit being not up to code and the owner, Bill, was completely rude, did not listen to me, and hung up on me. Will not ever use this service.

I called on behalf of my elderly neighbor who swears by him. Pleasant on the phone and they showed up as promised. Job--done.

Very very bad experienceOn March 30th one of Bill Frusco technicians installed a LG split unit compressor unit for apartment 1R at the address 1116 pine street Philadelphia on the roof of the building to replace a defective unit, after the installation they turn the unit on and it did not work and the computer board blow up so they said that the electric line is inadequate and it needed to be replaced (electric should have been tested and checked prior turning on the unit) needless to say now I have a new unit with burned out computer board so they ordered the parts they needed to repair the unit and came back on April 14th they replaced three parts and I paid another 600 dollars they turned on the unit it did not work, so they said they needed another part for the part of the unit that is inside the apartment, they got it and came back on April 27th they replaced the part, I paid another 250 ( it was discounted from 350 because the unit did not work again) and the unit did not work.So then they give us an estimate of 4800 dollars to install a new split unit JUTSUWhich is ridiculous since my unit they they installed is brand new and under warranty.Ever since we have been calling them every week to come back and repair the unit and they have been ignoring us and the only phone call we got from them is to follow up with the estimate they gave us for a new JUTSU unit for 4800Finally I contact another company they came and replaced the parts again and the unit work fine now.I enclosed the statement from the new repair company stating that Bill Frusco tech. Crossed wires and he called LG and they walked him through every wire and when that was corrected the unit worked fine and that what Bill Frusco tech. Should have done instead of running out of the door when the unit did not work, and I have to mention that when the unit did not work he called his boss and kept yelling back and forth but he never typed to call LG in front of me or try to resolve the issue they stole me money and tried to brush me off.

I like that they use state of the art technology to make repairs. Avoiding a lot of digging up grounds when it is not necessary.

Fixed a curbtrap for a neighbor of ours, w/in 24 hours sink hole in street & sidewalk. They did not backfill the hole after work, they filled w/asphalt. Left a mess outside as well. Called the company, asked to speak to the owner sectetary was hesitant after i complained. A worker came back out 2 days later w/the back of his truck filled w/asphalt. Asked why they didn't.backfill w/the dirt they took from the hole when they dug it up, he said talk to my boss. No stamper to stamp down the asphalt he used his feet (was wearing sneakers). Then he got in his truck and went back & forth over the sinkhole & then continued to fill w/asphalt. If u have a problem w/a curbtrap I would NOT recommend these plumbers!

Ripoff artists, had a clogged drain, they charged me almost $1500 to replace curb trap, still poor drainage because they admitted they were wrong, that wasn't the problem and they didn't use the camera inspection because that is on a different truck then wanted to dig a tunnel under my house and replace entire main $$$, I told them to hit the road, called another plumber, paid them $95 to snake my drain and problem solved, always get a second opinion.
