Alex was very friendly , professional and caring. I had called out another company guarantee plumbing who I had a bad experience with and they could not get the job done ! Called dr drain and Alex came out and my drain is open !!! I recommend dr drain for all plumbing problems ! Thank you dr drain !

I agreed with John Foley's review.I went through the same experience with this company as John has described that happen to him and his mom.The guy called Dimitri is totally a scammer. And the company is a scam, if you look up their address, it shows the Aramingo shopping center.He took your money and never do the work, and lying every time that will start tomorrow, every rude.DO NOT USE THEM.

I had an excellent experience. Joseph sent Bob on a Sunday to inspect a leak in my radiator. I had a price on Monday and installation began on Tuesday. I was made a priority because I had no heat in the winter, which I really appreciated.The price I paid was fair and the job Bob did with the installation was exceptional. I received a new radiator installed underneath the malfunctioning radiator. Once I paint the radiator most people won't even notice there has been a repair. I am very satisfied.

I called and spoke with Monique, who was very knowledgeable and competent, and took the time to listen carefully to the four issues I was having. She was very prompt in writing a work order for me and got a technician out the next day. Ryan came and did a wonderful job with everything on the work order. He took his time and when he was finished, he called me to let me know how it all went since I was at work. Gave me an estimate on a job for a price of $1800. They started the job but found out it wasn't what they thought the problem was but charged $1500 for coming to my house. The problem wasn't the plumbing. Will never use again.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Bobby plumbing and heating, I paid a deposit of $1800 for some work to be done, but unfortunately, the person stopped answering my calls and never did the work. I have tried to contact them several times, but to no avail. This is an extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior. I would advise everyone to stay away from Bobby plumbing and heating, and find a more reliable service provider who values their customers and their money.I hope this helps.
