Very professional. Alex came to my house provided excellent customer service, took extra time and care of me.

I never write reviews, but have to warn people about this place. Am not sure they are even a real plumbing company. See if you can find a physical office at the listed Aramingo Ave. address - I could not.This company said they would get started immediately on work at my elderly mother's home for $1500. I paid it. 28 days later, not a single ounce of work was done. Every few days I was told by a guy named Dimitri that work would begin today or tomorrow. It never happened. Eventually Dimitri lost his mind or something, told me we're done, threatened to file vindictive claims with his friends at Philly L&I because he was tired of hearing from me. Sure enough, L&I sent out a notice of violations and massive fines.I am still trying to get things sorted out with L&I at my mom's house and am still trying to get my $1500 back. Please don't let this happen to you! Look elsewhere.Best,John3/17/2022 update: This guy (Dimitri) just called and threatened to punch my elderly mother in the face. This is insane.

Professional, kind, skilled, easy to work with.

Late yesterday afternoon we called for a plumber. Bob Clark showed up this morning at 8:30 after calling us first. He was efficient professional and did a great job we are very happy with the work.

Huge sump pump issue, fixed the same day. Great work!

They were quick to respond and provided constant communication. I would highly recommend!

My plumber of 25 years sadly passed away. I needed a new plumber. I found David and Anna Marie. Extremely professional, prompt and caring. I like that he is in the neighborhood. Will be giving his name to my friends and neighbors.

Done the job on the spot and great. We are really pleased with their service.

Tyler came on time He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills explaining what the job tasks involved. I would highly recommend him. If we have any other issues I will certainly request him.

Wade is not reliable, he says that he will be there at certain times and do not show up at all.One of the jobs he was paid to repair, the faucet and shut off valve leaked a day after he installed it , Wade did not come back to repair it, he was called several times, A complete no show! Find someone else!!

I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced. Someone got back to me within 5 minutes of my call. From the initial call to completed installation took about 2 hours. Mike and Ed were courteous, worked clean and came fully prepared with a replacement faucet. These guys were reasonably priced. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend these guys if any plumbing services are needed.

I have the opportunity to encounter many contractors in my business and have used many plumbers over the years. Personal Plumbing & Drain are marked as preferred in my contact list and my most recent plumbing needs reminded why that is so. I had to leave a message but received a call back within a little over an hour (my limit for return calls from contractors). Roland came out, determined how to address the problem and did so efficiently. This plumbing issue was rather dirty, and he cleaned the area so thoroughly that I felt confident I did not need to clean again. Very satisfied with the customer service provided and work performed.

I would not recommend them to anyone! Makes up prices as they go and have no respect customers. I would definitely not recommend Emilio Melendez to do work in anyones house! EVER Absolutely ignorant.

Denny is a great guy and best plumber around!!

Update 11/1/2022:I had a small claims court settlement with Bobby, and he agreed to return a portion of my deposit. He also apologized profusely at the time about not finishing the work. Since then the deadline has gone past and he never sent the check as he promised and stopped answering. I would say I'm surprised but I experience that once already. Yet one more example of how untrustworthy and unreliable he is.Original:I hired Bobby to do a full water service (replacing the lead water supply line from the street) because he seemed to be a down to earth hard working honest guy in person. Boy was I wrong. After we signed the contract and I gaved him the deposit, he took couple months to get the permits and start working. May be that was due to the city, but on the day he finally came to do the job, he stopped working in the middle claiming the weather was too hot to finish. He just covered the street hole with a steel plate and left. It has now been 3 weeks later and he still hasn't came by to finish. During this time, he would promise to finish the job on a certain day even confirming it the day before, then just don't show up and ignore all calls. Unbelieveable! He wasn't even willing to just get on a call and give a straight answer. I couldn't believe how unreliable and untrustworthy he turn out to be. Stay away!!!
