Excellent service. He did a full demo job on my mom's upstairs bathroom, extending the bathroom a few feet into the hallway. The tile work is great, and the bathroom is flush with the walls in the house, making it seem like the bathroom was always this big. My mom has been showing it to family and neighbors, and they all compliment how modern and spacious it looks. Andrew was reliable and worked with my mom on design choices and options, making suggestions about modern setups and placements with the extra space. She's very satisfied with the result and would definitely hire him again on future projects.

I contacted Andrew because of a clogged kitchen sink and water leaking from my dishwasher. He responded back in minutes and was able to come out the same day. He figured out the issue was a clogged pipe in my basement. He went to pick up the parts I needed, installed everything and got my sink unclogged and my dishwasher to stop leaking all within a few hours. He gave me a very reasonable price and was very honest and friendly. He took time out to explain the issues and how to prevent any future problems. Our shower's diverter faucet was busted up and after some unsuccessful attempts of trying to fix it myself, I figured it was time to reach out to a professional. Glad I reached out to Andrew. Within 24 hours he was at our home on the job. He was courteous, professional, and was kind enough to field my many questions about the steps he was taking to fix the problem; he was a very patient teacher! The shower is back to normal now. Very satisfied. Contacted him in the morning and he came around by early afternoon, very prompt. Explained very clearly the root cause of the issue, the options, and the plan to fix. Though he was called in to fix a leaky toilet, he also noticed our sink drain had a minor issue and fixed it gratis. He also provided some tips for other potential issues we might have with our shower and how to keep an eye out for any problems that might arise. I feel like I got a bonus plumbing assessment for our second floor bathroom. Above all else, he was very pleasant and friendly.
