They were responsive, affordable and honest. They quoted me $175 to fix a clogged pipe and despite the problem being more complicated than anticipated and requiring an additional day, they did not jack up the price. I was very impressed that they didn’t try to change the price despite putting in more work than expected. Will def use them again if necessary.

Overall, Atteris - Houston Plumber is magnificent. They charged much less than another company estimated. The plumbers gave me a few maintenance tips as well. Overall this is a really good service and I highly recommend them.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Wish I could take back every dollar I gave to these guys. Very unprofessional and shockingly rude. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING. Started with a simple purchase of some 1-1/4 galvanized pipe. I got the pipe home and it wouldn't fit so I measured it to be about 2 OD. They sold me the wrong size, which is a simple mistake anyone could make. However when I called to let them know they got very defensive and accusatory, told me I didn't know how to measure pipe etc. over the next few days they started trying to avoid my calls, wouldn't even tell me when they would be at the store so I could come talk to them. In the end the plumber told me to F off and hung up on me. I don't normally submit reviews and this was only a $50 purchase but these guys really were bad and I want them to lose business as a result. Go to another nearby plumbing store there are lots around.

On the expensive side but did great work. Wife and I had water rushing out of a pipe and needed help ASAP and they were here and everything was fixed within 2 hours.

This is an amazing company that has done quite a bit of work for us in the past. They are the only plumber I would call. They are the best of the best!

Called them about a tankless water heater giving an error. The guy showed up the first time and said he needed to clean something out and tighten some screws that it would fix the issue… it did not! We called them out again Monday 4/4/22 the technician shows up calls the water heater manufacturer and is told to check the gas pressure, the tech didn’t have the correct tool to check the gas pressure so he said he would be back the next day. We never heard from them again, I even called the office to see if they would be finishing the work or not and nothing. We had to hire someone else that did have the correct tools and fixed the problem in 15min. We will not be using Pegasus Plumbing again.
