I had a great experience getting my hot water heater replaced by Aqua. The technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me. They moved an end table in my living room to make sure they didn’t bump it when removing the old one. I had had a poor experience with a different plumber the day before and I’m so glad Aqua was referred to me instead. They came out quickly, replaced my heater and valves quickly and took the time to clean up their workspace. It was half the price of what I thankfully knew to be a really unfair quote from a diff company. Friendly plumbers, good service, easy to schedule/pay and I got an invoice right away. Billy and Jimmy came on time both days and were super friendly and professional. They explained the situation thoroughly and clearly knew what they were talking about. They were even helpful in recommending services for other work that can be done. Prices were very fair and we could not be happier with the work. Recently, as the weather turned colder, I thought I was turning on the heater, but nothing happened. My house felt like a barn. I called Aqua Plumbing & Heating and the next day Billy arrived and fixed the problem and took the time to bleed the radiators. I truly appreciate the quick, efficient service. Services have been great! I have used them for my home and today for my mom’s house due to a leak coming from the cold water for the water heater. They immediately came as soon as possible diagnose the problem and fixed it all within an hour. Got everything up to code and install properly. Great work!

Billy came out to give me an estimate the same day I called. He was fair and beat my other quotes. We were able to quickly get on the schedule for repair to our pipes on the curb. Trevor and Jim came to do the repair. They were very professional and really nice - easily the best contractors I have worked with and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for help with piping issues.

No one wants to have to replace your sewer pipes, but if you do, these are your guys. They were responsive, explained every detail of the process, helped us navigate our insurance and did a wonderful job. The guys were friendly, they worked quickly (dug up the sidewalk, replaced the pipe and reset the hole in one day) and left the job site spotless. Very professional, highly recommend!

These guys were so great! Super communication, really quick to respond and not a rip off. Our new house was flooding with the recent storms. We thought it was a sewer issue, but it turned out to be a construction cover up we would’ve never been able to guess. So glad we got them to look at it. I called to get a gas line installed for a personal heater… they came out gave me an estimate I called maybe a week later set up time for the plumber to come out…. He came out did not have any parts I had too tell them once again what I wanted done… then he told me he needed to go to the shop and pick up some parts… and that was the last time I saw or heard from anyone this was a Saturday… I get a call Monday afternoon saying our guy is on his way… of course I denied the service.

We had a pipe leaking behind a wall in our basement. I called someone else first and they couldn’t see us for 6 days. So my wife went on eyes and ears and someone recommended Aqua. I called and in 2 1/2 hrs they were at my house to look at the problem ( it was 4 pm ), and they next morning the job was finished.Job well done! And my wife said they were nice guys.

Had them come out to unclog drain and inspect plumbing issues. They were the only place that correctly diagnosed my plumbing issues during first interaction. Will definitely use them in the future.

I am very satisfied with the emergency service I received from Aqua Plumbing. My serviceman Vinny was very courteous and fixed my plumbing in a timely manner.

I was crossing the street at a crosswalk (Susquehanna & Cedar, right outside Loco Pez) and a guy driving an Aqua van yelled at me and my pregnant wife for taking too long to cross the street and looking at his van when it looked like he wasn't going to stop at all. Lots of name calling once he realized I was taking pictures of his van. Another driver told me he'd cut them off too.Says it was his number on the side of the truck, so I guess he's the owner. Don't know how he is as a plumber but I wouldn't let this guy anywhere near my house.

Mike and Bobbie (I hope Igor his name right) was very informative explained everything to me from start to finish. And the cleaned up the area. Will use this company again.

Billy and his team at Aqua were great. They handled a problem I came across needing plumbing rerouted in my bathroom for a new vanity and identified other issues that I didn’t even know about and corrected everything so quickly and left me with clean looking new pipes I will never have to worry about. I find Billy to be honest when he describes what he anticipates will be an issue and even when he gives me a heads up about things for the future that aren’t necessarily an emergency. I have used them before for major and minor work and will use again!
