I have used Andrew and crew twice — the first time they came out in the middle of a snow storm (in Manayunk no less) to help with a pilot light / furnace issue at one of my rentals. They were the only ones on the road and every part of that stressful experience was made 100x’s better working with them.The second time they came out was to replace two water heaters, which were quoted at a very fair price. They were able to come out and get the job done quickly with minimal disruption.Communication was on point from start to finish. Dawn, in the office, is a wonderful first impression and very nice to work with and Andrew is super patient and helpful when it comes to understanding the work. They also gave me an accurate time of arrival which is very helpful when coordinating with tenants.I will absolutely be using their services again when the time comes. Thanks guys!

Excellent service from scheduling to repair..explained everything they were doing went out of there way to get it repaired correctly ?

Andy and his daughter (forgot her name) came to visit and see the work we needed done, gave us a fair price, and scheduled us a week later to come and complete the work. A crew of three came and were very professional and courteous and completed the work quickly, and we are thoroughly enjoying our new toilet and faucets! Will hire them again no doubt.

Stimmler did an outstanding job repairing a complicated radiator leak as well as doing much needed maintenance on hot water heater. They were on time, knowledgable, covid compliant, and very professional. Highly recommend them.

Don't do business with this company. They misdiagnosed my heating issue, caused me to take several days off work and then tried to charge me for something no one told me about up front. Had to get another company to come out (Summers Quality) that correctly diagnosed the issue and took care of it quickly. After disputing the charge with the owner, he proceeded to make a claim to impact my credit.

My Bosch furnace/hot water unit wasn't getting power, and I couldn't find anyone who was both able to service it and come out on a Saturday afternoon. Fortunately, it turned out not to be a complicated problem, and Andrew was here and done within an hour of my calling him. I appreciate his prompt attention and helpfulness.

These guys rock! The first time these guys came out to update the gas line connection for a new stove in a house we just bought. It took him about 15 minutes to get it connected and set up. When he was finished he gave me the basic tutorial of our new houses plumbing/heating system. He didn't have to do that, dude could have just bounced when he finished the job.The second time we called was a couple years later to get a second opinion on our old crown furnace. Someone from a larger big name heating and cooling company told my wife we needed to replace our furnace because it was over 20 years old it wasn't worth repairing. When we called Stimmler they gave us a cheaper price to put the same furnace as the big name company, but better yet they gave us a second option...replace a $30 Thermocouple! They couldn't tell me exactly how long the furnace would last, and they did have to replace the thermocouple again a few years later, but that old Crown Furnace sure did keep us warm last winter!

My inside shut off valve was dripping. They turned it and it start drpping worse. They then went to turn off the outside valve and snapped it. Now there was no way to turn off the water. Then someone showed up with a big claw truck to dig up the street and didn't tell me. I stopped them before they got it off the flat bed. They also never gave me a estimate before they started. to do any work. They did inform me on the phone that they wanted the whole payment. I later found out that it would have cost me $3,800 to $4,200.after I called them three times to ask. No mention of the fact that they broke the the shut off value.I ended up with someone else. They didn't need to dig up the street only a portion oof my pavement. Fix within an hour

Avoid. Way over priced and dangerous. The only work that didn't have to get cut out and done over was done by his apprentices.
