I contacted Code Blue based on a referral and couldn't be happier. José has been out several times for various plumbing projects that my older home keeps throwing at me. He's not just a super nice guy...he's also really knowledgeable and upfront about every aspect of every job...if there is a potential issue we could run into, or a more cost effective approach to a problem, he lets me know ahead of time. The work is always done really well and at a fair price. Seriously these guys are great.

Very unprofessional, came to location with all info and expectations I had given to Adam over phone.Some guy shows up, No idea, took a he to just take drywall out to replace pipe.Left for a hr.was in and out a lot? Tried charging me for all the time he was Not doing anything. A job that would take a real Plummer a he and a half , he charged 500.00..RIP off, I contacted co.No response.still had to have someone come in and complete, he left pipe way too long, Very disappointed. NEVER USE AGAIN...Not BBB accretion.

Home warranty told us the unit didn't work because it was dirty and improperly maintained. Duke's of Air came out, did an actual check, and found the real problem. I would highly recommend Dukes of Air.

Professional, knowledgeable and reliable. My husband tried to replace our toilet that was rocking and was getting worse. All the YouTube videos showed the part that we didn’t have. So we called Arrow Plumbing and Doug came to the rescue. He identified the problem and even did an extra job to be able to install the flange. The weird flange we had, wasn’t even attached to the floor. We are very happy with the job and reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Referral from a close friend; she maybe embarrassed now.... Definitely get a second opinion! This guy shows up with his son that’s fine; but don’t show up acting like you don’t have time to do the work or act like you have no idea what was discussed prior to you coming over and only spend a total of 10 mins... I asked when the work could be done and stated he couldn’t do it that day. Mind you; was intending on paying him upon completion of work that day... Said he’d go back to the office to draw up a quote... cmon you couldn’t have done it right there?! could have been way more efficient! The list goes on. Wouldn’t recommend.

That still doesn't address the fact that nothing got done.. I don't know anything about toilets and expected you to try other things; rather than just throwing your hands up in the air; saying oh you need a new toilet... I called and expected something out of the appointment. Maybe you should consider retiring.

So I have never posted a negative review on google before in my life. This is my first time. Judge contents for yourself. Good luck with your plumbing issues.I called Bob Hamilton with a drain pipe sink leak and a corroded pipe section above my washer/dryer. They came and were reasonable within timeframes. They offered multiple all-inclusive offers for projects I asked for them to address. My mistake was that I was distracted on conference calls during interactions. I trusted the representatives to take care of this issue without much oversight. I signed for the cheap version of what they offered and let them have at it while doing my job from home during Covid. Plumber was friendly and pleasant.All repairs for both issues were completed in 2 hours. The sink had an issue with decreased water flow. The plumber made me aware that calcium can move when water is turned on and off causing this new issue. He recommended I consider getting a new kitchen sink faucet. It didn’t sit right with me that I had a new issue that was unresolved after paying a large sum of money. I called in and they came back the next day and replaced the faucet for free. This was nice and appreciated.In the end I ended up paying $2,344.62 for this. The invoice/receipt was sent to my email (pictured). On the second day when the guy came back I asked about what a drain repair level 4 means. Is a drain repair level 1-3 something simpler than an exposed kitchen sink drain pipe? Why do I not have an itemized receipt? He told me that this is how Bob’s does it. At no point was the new company of ARS referred to. They seem to be working off of the brand name they purchased. At no point was I given the opportunity to discuss any of my issues with a manager that could help resolve the problem. The plumber called in and had discussions and made decisions on opportunities without involving me.So yeah... $2,344.62 for a kitchen sink drain and a 10 inch section of water line. My friends told me I over paid by at least $1000. Guy made more than $1000 an hour...Truth of the matter is if this was priced fairly and transparently via itemization I wouldn’t be here now. But here we are. It is my mistake lesson learned. Don't be rushed when making decisions like this. Don't trust anyone.At the end of this process I was approached by the company to make the situation right they refunded me $1000.00 for this job. Still expensive but I really appreciate them making it right in the end. They push for high customer satisfaction and that is a good thing.

Clint was on time, courteous, and very knowledgable. He took his time assessing the damaged drain and discovered that it’s not only cracked but clogged as well. Upon fixing those he then walked through the house accessing any additional concerns with bathroom sinks, showers, and toilets. I will be using Mr Rooter for all my plumbing needs from here on out due to Clints exemplary services.

In addition, his main plumber, Carlton Short, is highly skilled and quite personable. Nina, Mr. Johnson's office manager, provides excellent service and follow through. I highly recommend this company.
