Despite some staff going on vacation, Heald juggled schedules and made a beyond-the-call-of-duty effort to acquire a new unit and spend hours to install it just prior to my sister coming back to a now-cooled home. I am forever grateful. The company owner installed the unit and he was a pleasure to work with. I recommend this company without reservation.
