John was incredible. He found my leak in the wall upstairs & fixed the pipe. What I appreciated is instead of cutting into the wall in the bathroom, John first cut from a bedroom closet (so the cut is not visible in everyday life).

Quick follow up. Easy communication and a good price. The work was done quickly and effectively.

Honest and so professional! The prices are so fair and Rob always does an amazing job. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with plumbing. :)

Mick is a friendly, honest, trustworthy, and safe. Even though plumbing troubles are a pain, we look forward to chatting with him because he's such a great guy. He's always on time, quick to fix the problem, and helpful with advice on how to avoid future issues.

Best plumbing service EVER! Period!

We just moved to a new house in Hillsboro with a large front and back yard but w/o a sprinkler system. After much research and trips to HomeDepot I ended up installing some timers and manual sprinklers.

The problem... both front and back spigots had major leaks so I couldn't keep the spigots on so the timer could do their thing w/o wasting gallons of water a day... what to do? Call Jorge Lopez at Plumbing Craftsman!!!

Although Jorge was on vacation when I first reached him, he took the time to talk to me to understand the problem (he even asked me to take pictures of the spigots and send them to him so he could be sure). Throughout his vacation he kept checking in with me and as soon as he got back to the office called me to schedule the repairs.

From the moment he arrived at our place you could tell that he was very professional and knowledgable and very friendly and personable.

He explained all the issues why the spigots were leaking and the different approaches to fix them.

To my surprise, he chose the cheapest approach!!!

I'm not a handymay type of guy at all so he could have made any story up, like: oh we need to replace the entire plumbing of the house to fix this and I would have been ok, let's do it.

In 1/2 an hour he was in/out and my spigots and timers are working beautifully and I don't have to worry any more about turning them on/off or if I left them on and I'm just wasting water.

Through his honesty and excellent work, he won a customer for life!!!

We found ourselves in need for a plumber for a toilet issue, so my husband called around to several places to start with a quote for assistance.
He ended up going with Plumbing Kings, as they were able to get to us within a few hours (on a Saturday) and the quote was a bit lower than other companies we had called. Steven arrived at the estimated time and primarily corresponded with my husband during the process of repair. My husband is not an easy man to appease, but he said that Steven was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue (which apparently was difficult to resolve, even for an experienced plumber, due to older, cheaper parts that were used during the initial construction when the house was built 20 years ago) and to explain the steps he was going to take to resolve it, and did so very thoroughly (and my husband loves to ask questions). My husband believes that the service was fairly priced, and the issue has been resolved; no issues since. Highly recommend the Plumbing Kings, we will certainly have their information on hand for any future issues.

Five Guys took care of a shower head that would not stop leaking for us. The problem turned out to be beyond just a faulty shower head, but they were able to fix it easily. The charge for coming out wasnt too bad either.

Rushing Mechanical has done an outstanding job meeting all of the Town of Somerville's HVAC needs. They service all of our facilities and have a fast response, knowledgeable techs, and an excellent office staff.

I had Sergio from Happy Plumber come out to help me install some piping to fit a new garbage disposal. The pipes started to make a very loud noise when draining, and after a couple days it started to leak. A couple days after that my kitchen sink flooded. I called Sergio to see if he could come back out to fix it and he said he'd get back to me. He never did, and didn't answer any of my calls after that. He also never sent me an invoice for the installation.
