Having a Home Inspection business and being a prior General Contractor and Operating Engineer I am always asked for referrals. Well I have used Monte and Carla for jobs and all my client referrals for years but had never needed them for myself until today. I was changing a shower cartridge before going on an inspection this morning and the cartridge snapped in half! Having to leave to make my appointment on time I had no water and a house of angry teens. So for the first time in my life I had to call a plumber!
Well who do I call and trust in my home with my family! Monte! First time in my life calling a plumber and walking into my home at the end of the day with a shower valve that worked better then when it was installed!
These are the only plumbers I trust in town for new construction,renovation,repair,and sewer inspection. Don't hesitate and call Carla and Monte at A Better plumbing you won't regret it! Family run business to boot!

Called Mr. McKinney and he responded the same day and provided excellent service repairing a kitchen drain pipe. He was professional and had a great attitude. I sent him photos of my problem and he quickly responded with a very reasonable quote to do the job. No hidden cost or games. I would highly recommend him. He will be my go to plumber for sure when I need plumbing service.

We asked PPS for an inspection as part of buying our house and the septic tank had been previously serviced by them. They failed to report that the leach field wasn't working. We didn't realize that until much later. When we asked them to diagnose the foul smell, they told us it was a cracked lid, replacement of which they quoted us for $2,600. We were able to get the same lid from the manufacturer at $900, but we still wanted to proceed with the service contract. They sent us the contract with the wrong customer information! At this point we decided to stop talking to PPS and tried another company. However, with our special denitrification system only a handful of servicers are certified in entire great Las Vegas! The other company was even worse! So we came back to PPS and begged to be reconsidered for service contract still. We were told that this account was fulfilled and we were done - they do not want to do business with us. My advice - don't you ever buy a house in a residential area with a septic tank. You will regret it. You are left to the mercy of a handful of companies and will struggle.

The people there work very hard to provide top quality customer service, and high quality plumbing fixtures.

The two men, Laney & Rodrigo, were fantastic. Always polite and competent. They went above and above to meet my needs for small modifications. The installation has exceeded my expectations.

Brain and his assistant were AWESOME! Came a day ahead of time, even better. Very professional and easy to work with. Upfront with expectations, over deliveries. My water heater was replaced in an hour. You cant ask for anyone better. Thank you!

They sent out two gentlemen the day after I called about a leak. The guys were very friendly and helpful. They ended up fixing 3 different leaks very efficiently and reasonably. The serviceman, Troy, was great! I will use this company again.

Called 2 weeks ahead from a referral of another plumbing company. Was quoted 800.00-1200.00 to move a washer. I accepted the quote and scheduled the service for a Monday 2 weeks away. Come Monday they didn't show up @ scheduled time (9am) to do the install. I instead get the owner to come over to merely tell me they couldn't get it done today a guy had a doctor appointment. Remember I scheduled 2 weeks ago. I then give them one last chance to see if they would work with me on the price because they didn't come when scheduled, I had already disassembled a closet, pulled the washer and dryer out and cleaned to give them adequate room. Now all that stuff has to go back. He told me it would be closer to 1200.00. At that point I realized they didn't deserve my money, very unprofessional. Lastly and the most funny part, while the owner was at my house another customer called him and said you were supposed to call me Friday and never did, he had to call them back. UNPROFESSIONAL!

Our water heater was definitely broken. It was giving off this bad smell, we had rusty colored water and we were definitely not going to take a shower under those circumstances. I called their contact center, spoke to Lisa, and she gladly assisted me. She sent over Randy to check on our heater, and he did the job well. Now we're back to having hot baths and clear water. Thank you.

they make fake charge(Fraud) and wrong information in invoices, I will call My lawyer to send to court . They charge me 3 Times for one job.
